Your host
I purchased this place brand new, first owner. Love it, when you live in Sydney you can be outside 9 months of the year in comfort, thus I wanted an apartment that had great indoor and outdoor crossover.
Why they chose this property
This apartment was built on common property of the building that was unused - thus no common walls! free standing on top of the garages (no noise from below either) and a balcony above that only owners may use (thus it is virtually unused). You are less than a mile from the beach, a quick bus into the city, and near lots of great food and drinking spots in buzzing Bondi.
What makes this property unique
Location location location. Amazing sliding doors and in/outdoor living. Miele gas and oven, dishwasher, the kitchen has most appliances you could want except a microwave. Privacy! Great shower with rainheads.
