Moose Creek Lodge - July Special - Free Round of Mini-Golf

We believe that Moose Creek Lodge is the ultimate Helen Georgia Vacation Rental. This cabin is a tribute to the incredible talent of several local craftsmen and artisans. This one-of-a-kind cabin is built in the Adirondack Mountain architectural style with a timber frame wood interior, hand-hewn log porches, and mountain laurel porch railings. It is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or any special occasion.

July Special - One guest will receive a Free Round of Mini-Golf at the Bavarian Mountain Miniature Golf and Arcade Center when two or more play! The July Special is valid for reservations with an arrival date by July 31, 2024. Valid for One Free Round for One Person per Reservation. Remember to mention that you would like to participate in our "July Free Round" special in guest comments or notes when booking online. The coupon will be sent to your email address as soon as we have all the requested info and the reservation is paid in full.

The kitchen cabinets are handcrafted from antique wood removed from a local barn and topped with a solid copper counter top. The bathroom sink is a locally crafted pottery vessel which sits atop an antique barn wood slab. From the large walk-in custom tiled shower to the huge antler chandeliers, every detail of this cabin was crafted for rustic mountain luxury.

On the large screened in porch, you will find a bubbling hot tub, a swing, rocking chairs and a charcoal grill just waiting for you to use. Sleep beside a roaring fire on a one-of-a-kind king size bed, handcrafted by a local North Georgia wood workers. At night, cozy up to a bonfire under the stars at the outdoor fire ring. Relax in the indoor jacuzzi garden tub and stretch out in front of the huge wood burning stone fireplace. Children love the built-in twin beds on each side of the fireplace.

Outdoor fun is just minutes away with fishing, hiking, paddle boating, swimming or canoeing at Unicoi State Park and Smith Lake.

This luxury cabin in Helen GA is the perfect destination for those seeking a comfortable rustic escape to the North Georgia mountains, but only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and activities in downtown Alpine Helen.

You're close enough to downtown Helen and other activities. We loved the ease of check in and out. We did have someone randomly show up the cut the lawn. Definitely shocked us as we were relaxing. He was nice and got it done quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin

My wife and I rented this cabin to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect setting for us. It was very secluded, but still just a short 5-7 minute drive to downtown Helen. The cabin is cozy and welcoming. We really liked the open floor plan and the exposed beans in the ceiling. We also enjoyed the hot tub and large front porch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Birthday vacay!

Both my boyfriend and my birthdays passed while we had our stay and we were impressed with the cabin. It’s very cute inside and was very clean upon arrival. The hot tub worked perfectly (besides the lights but the experience overall was amazing). The weather was below 50 so the hot tub was an amazing touch.

I appreciated the secluded setting which was only a short drive to Helen and Unicoi State Park. Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable bed, garden tub, hot tub, and a wood burning fireplace - there was reasonably priced firewood for sale at the end of the road. There was a small TV available with a satellite TV connection that had very limited viewing options and a signal that came and went. I didn't intend on watching any TV during my stay so this was minor inconvenience. All necessary appliances, dishes, and cookware were available and if I were to stay here again I would certainly bring plenty of food to grill and avoid dining out. Highly recommended and a good value. Looking forward to a return visit next autumn.
