Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

This coastal themed beachfront condominium features spectacular views from every room! Overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront unit is located on the 14th floor and offers fantastic sites of South Padre Island's beaches, and Saida Condominiums tropical grounds. This two bedroom/two bathroom beachfront condominium entails a spacious living area tastefully decorated with island decor. The dining area allows guests to eat while taking in the beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The refrigerator includes an ice maker. The bar offers two additional seating places for guests to sit. The master bedroom offers an abundance of room, a comfortable king size bed, large bathroom, and even a love seat for additional seating. The guest room entails two full beds, a full bathroom, mini fridge, and small kitchenette. This room has the option to be rented separately in case a smaller party comes along.

Excellent vacation and wonderful view of the Island. I was able to take in the ocean breeze with a view of the surf and SpaceX! Clean room, spacious living room and a cool AC…what more can you ask for? Easy access right off the Causeway; I will look to stay here again soon!

The accommodations were clean and in a great location. No issues with the condo itself. There was only one working elevator which made for a large traffic jam before check out time. Other than that the stay was great. Views were amazing.

Building worn down. Needs Reno! Elevator situation, only one working for 13 + floors is a problem. Pools dirty. Parking an issue. Actual condo ok. Needs updating. Showers very dark- hazard. Great view.

Very Disappointing

Location was good. Pools were nice, cleaned daily. Good access to beach. The condo felt dirty and very outdated. It had a horrible smell of urine. We had to buy air fresheners & candles. Showers had mold. There are ROACHES. We will not be staying here again. This is my first bad experience with VRBO rental.

Enjoy staying at Siada - however , the owner can do a better job with the interior- updates. Also the cleaning is ok… but the corners and baseboards are really dirty. I love SPI and also the staff at the resort… I just think the owners need to put more kitchen utensils and make sure all appliances are there- ie- mixer/ electric can opener- the condo we stayed in didn't have either. So I went and purchased one - took it home of course. I will continue to use SPI for our future visits.

Lovely Condo

Overall the condo was very nice. Beautiful views, the facility was clean and grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Condo needs a little maintenance; bathroom shower fan doesn't work, vanity lights flicker on and off and there is a buzzing noise coming from the outlet, a little scary. There were no bath mat or hand towels in the bathrooms. We rented a two bedroom which consisted of two units 144 and 145. Bed in 145 was very comfortable. Two queen bed mattresses in 144 were hard as a board, very low quality. Other than these few minor fixes, this was a fantastic condo that we would rent again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in South Padre Island!

Grounds and facilities very well kept, clean and beautiful. Pool and beach lovely. The condo Unit had issues. Door knob to get into the unit broken, linens in master bedroom need to be laundered as they smelled very musty and grimy. Mattress in master was absolutely horrible, just one giant sponge with zero support. I slept in the chair the last night. Unit very dusty, and shower and shower curtain in the master full of mildew. Dehumidifier in the 2nd bedroom very noisy. Will definitely be back to this complex but NOT this unit.

Roaches

Both of the units I rented had Roaches in the kitchen. I didn't cook any meals after I got up in the middle of the night to find 5 or 6 roaches scurry out of sight on the counter top near the sink. My parent's unit had so many the first night there they demanded a pest control company come out immediately or issue a full refund. Next year I will stay at a different property.

Great Experience

The entire apartment was clean and nicely stocked. We had a great view of the beach and being on the top floor we experienced nice breeze all through. We lived here for a week and was very relaxing. The beach access, pools and tennis courts were all worth. The pnly downside in the apartment was the beds. The mattresses were little uncomfortable as we lived for a whole week

Great location but really needs to. Be updated

The location of this condo is great, easy access to the beach. The check in process was not made very clear and it was hard finding the condo. Our room # was 9145 but is on the 14th floor, was not made aware. When we first arrived one of the AC units was not working and it was 100 degrees outside! It was warm in the condo and the condo felt dirty. This condo is very outdated which didn't help it feel any cleaner. The cabinets had dishes but inside the cabinets were so dirty and just looks like the dishes were thrown in there.

Highly recommend!!!

The check in process was very fast!! The property is great, very clean and very friendly staff. The condo was beautiful with amazing views and very spacious highly recommend if you are in the area for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

Great view of the Spaceport

Check in was a little weird. Has to go to office to get key code and passwords written on a little bit of paper. Condo was nice, clean, kitchen well equipped no Keurig View was amazing. Spaceport and ocean Padre has lots of restaurants and bars. It’s nice and clean I would stay here again. Definitely will go to Padre again

Will never stay here again. Condo looks nice on line but not in person. It needed big time redo. Not worth the price. When you have broken tile you are suppose to fix it, not cover it up with a rug.

SPI Rentals was awesome in every regard except a little more communication of check-in and check-out procedures would have been helpful. Saida Royale was beautiful except the entrance was dirty. #9145 was great- what a view!! Strange odor (suspect A/C open drain), cracked tile in bedroom, no broom, On-demand water heater was not dependable. Other than those items everything was great.
