Betlem is a wonderful village with breathtaking scenery of the mountains descending to the sea. The coastline is rugged with numerous coves and bays to explore along winding footpaths. Betlem is an ideal location to get away from it all and an ideal location for walking, cycling and there are several golf courses nearby. There are 2 bars/restaurants and a small bakery. Nearby is the town of Colonia St. Pere which contains superb bars/restaurants, a sandy beach, promenade, new marina, banks, pharmacy and shops.

Hervorragend und sehr idyllisch

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit allem Komfort in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Berge und den angrenzenden Gemeinschaftspool. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist ruhig und harmonisch. Den Tennisplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartment

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann alternativ auf der unteren oder oberen Terrasse sitzen. Der Zugang zum Pool ist direkt über den Garten. Uns hat die eine Woche bei bestem Wetter sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gern, immer wieder, es war einfach sehr schön!

Alles was eine FW enthalten muss, war da. Pool u Tennisplatz waren einfach ein schöner Zusatz. Ganz ruhige Anlage. Zwei Kühlschranke waren genau richtig. Guter Kontakt mit Vermieter.

As the apartment was double booked, I do not recommend booking with the property owner.

Très bien

Excellent séjour, maison très agréable et spacieuse . Emplacement super pour découvrir l est de l île. Piscine très appréciable. Parfait à part qu il y a un problème de pression d eau et souvent peu d eau chaude . Pas de cafetière à café non plus et une climatisation est installée dans la chambre mais inutilisable car pas de télécommande, un peu frustrant. ..les chambres à l étages sont très très chaudes ....un four et malgré les ventilo on a eu chaud mais C est l été en même temps ! Malgré cela qui sont des détails la location est super . Un très bon séjour et nous reviendront . Petite attention pour Stephane qui intervient assez rapidement et avec qui l échange était fort sympathique et efficace !

Location très calme , bien située et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Il manquerait juste un parasol en état, une glacière pour les pique nique et un vrai petit congélateur pour des glaces. Le quartier est très calme, la proximité de la mer est appréciable et la piscine superbe! Je le recommande vivement !

Ruhige Lage, großer Pool, große Doppelhaushälfte

Ich war mit meinen Teenkids für 10 Tage dort. Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet...Kleiner privater Garten mit angeschlossen. Großer Gemeinschaftspool (hab morgens immer alleine meine Bahne gezogen--toll)...Schlüssel und Ausrüstung zum Tennisplatz waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns ausprobiert. Etwas weit ab vom Schuss...(Man braucht immer min. 25 Minuten um irgendwo hinzukommen)...Zum Ausspannen grandios.

Vacaciones en Betlem

Betlem es un pueblo bastante lejos de la capital(aeropuerto)distancia una hora con coche. Un lugar de naturaleza mixta, muy bonito, perfecto para relajarte, dar paseos por los alrededores, respirar aire puro y olvidarte del ruido del la ciudad. Puedes visitar diferentes sitios cercanos en coche y realizar tus compras tranquilamente sin presión de atascos. Es un lugar tranquilo donde no hay mucha gente. No tiene playa grande, solo hay una playa pequeña andando 15min aprox. La casa tiene piscina grande para adultos y para niños. Tiene cancha para jugar 🎾 tenis. En la esquina de la calle hay un pequeño restaurante. Los lugares turisticos mas visitados quedan a 30 o 40 min en coche de Betlem. Precio del alquiler es razonable a la calidad. Nosotros, lo hemos pasado muy bien👍. Unos días de vacaciones excelente. Lo recomendamos 100%

Fijn huis. Volledig ingericht en een goed zwembad. Sommige onderdelen zijn aan vervanging toe, zoals het sanitair en de koelkast. Het handig zijn als de verhuurder een instructieboekje maakt met o.m info over wifi, tv enz.

Insgesamt OK, leider funktionierte WLAN nicht. Das Abfallmanagement erfordert eine Schulung!

Insgesamt OK, vor allem der nahe , große Pool. Die Polster im Wohnbereich bedürfen der Pflege mit dem Staubsauger. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum müsste einmal grundüberholt werden. Die Geräte (Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) waren hilfreich!

Heerlijk verblijf

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis. De locatie was goed. Minder fijn was het hotel aan de achterzijde waardoor het uitzicht en de privacy slechter was dan dat uit de advertentie bleek. De uitrusting van het huis was zeer compleet. Al met al een aanrader!

Me ha parecido correcto. En general, es como aparece en la descripcion y en las fotos... Pero hay algunas cosas mejorables, por lo menos, segun creemos las personas que estuvimos,que pongo aquí por si sirve para mejorar, aunque no lo hago para protestar: olor a humedad(supongo que será por estar cerrado mucho tiempo).... no hay batería de cocina para poder cocinar (las ollas y sartenes NO se pueden utilizar) aunque tenga muchos accesorios de cocina... aunque hay dos neveras, una de ellas no se puede utilizar porque se congela todo lo que se mete... el microondas no funcionaba... el agua de las duchas sale con muy poca presión (supongo que será por la red de agua)... los colchones son muy blandos y no hay cortinas o persianas que tapen la luz... no hay ningún canal de la TV española a pesar de estar en Mallorca...y hay "accesorios" que están, pero están rotos o no sirven (sombrillas de sol) Espero que tomen estas indicaciones por si les pueden servir de algo, no como algo para criticar por criticar.

Really nice house with all of the facilities. It was clean tidy with a lovely private garden.

The house was excellent value for money. It had everything we needed. The house was perfect for children and was in a great location which was nice and peaceful. The sea was only a few minutes’ walk away. The view of the mountains was stunning. We would highly recommend the house.

viele Sachen stimmen in der Anzeige nicht

Leider gibt es keinen wirklichen Meerblick - man kann das Meer ein wenig durch die Bäume sehen-mehr aber auch nicht, Meerblick würde ich das nicht nennen! Check-Out Zeit ist um 10.00 und nicht wie geschrieben um 11.00! Es gibt auch kein Internet / Wlan wie angegeben - das wurde bereits von einem Urlauber bemängelt, leider jedoch nicht geändert! Der Grill war ein "20,00 EUR Grill" aus dem Baumarkt und komplett verrostet und für uns nicht nutzbar. Der Garten lag voll mit Baumabfällen. Bei der Buchung ging leider nicht eindetig hervor, dass die Miete an den Vermieter direkt zu zahlen ist und nur die Gebühr an FeWo, der Vermieter hat mihc daraufhin an die Zahlung erinnert, nach Telefonaten war dies geklärt und ich schrieb dem vermieter, dass ich seine Bankdaten benötige damit ich die Miete überweisen kann-die Kommunikation war nach der durch mich unverschuldeten und verspäteten Bezahlung nicht sehr höflich (keine Anrede und kein Grußwort) in der ANtwort des Vermieters. Das Haus ist an sich sehr geräumig und schön (Ausahme ist der teilweise muffelige Geruch im Haus und die muffelig riechenden Couchen und die drch gelegen Matratzen!). Bäder absolut Ok, größe des Hauses super! Alles an Gerätschaften vorhanden. Lieder war das Moskitonetz im Schlafzimmer wo das Doppelbett steht viel zu klein und somit unzweckmäßig - der Ring an dem das Netz hängt ist viel zu klein und eher für ein Einzelbett geeignet (wie im anderen Schlafzimmer wo zwei Einzelbetten stehen - dort passte es auch).

The property and the facilities are perfect for a quiet family holiday. All of the facilities are safe for children with a full size swimming pool with paddling area for toddlers. There is also a secure tennis court. There are nearby bars which are quite and serve excellent food. The sea is only a few minutes' walk away.
