Hi, My name is Licinia, and I am a married mother of four. I was born in Portugal, however, I have lived in Toronto, Canada since I was 8 years old. I work in Education, assisting children with Special Needs.
Why they chose this property
As a child, I remember going to the beach with my parents and grandparents and looking up the hillside by the beach and wishing we lived there-- I just loved the location.
The apartment has everything we need to accomodate a family of six. (a son and triplet daughters)
It has apool, was next to the beach, lots of storage, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

What makes this property unique
The apartment has stunning panoramic view of the beach, the lagoon and the ocean.The property is just a 2 minute walk down the steps to the magnificent beach of Foz do Arelho.Foz is situated literally where the lagoon meets the Atlantic, on one end of the beach is the lagoon, calm and inviting, and on the opposite end is the Atlantic Ocean with its rolling waves. Restaurants and cafes line the promenade of the beach. You can dine at one of the best fish restaurants in the area while the sun is setting over the ocean or go to one of the bars and enjoy a cocktail or two...
Sit and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony and while keeping an eye on the children swimming in one of the 3 swimming pools. The balcony has morning sun and an unobstructed front and center view of the pool area.
