The master bedroom is graced with hardwood floors, king sized bed and a vaulted ceiling. It also has boasts the best view of the townhome with the press of a button as three large single pane windows reveal majestic panoramic views of the emerald coast. The master bathroom has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a large tiled shower. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, a queen bed. The bathrooom has a tiled shower with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The downstairs bedroom has ceramic plank flooring with a queen bed and a full size bunk bed. The bath downstairs has a tiled shower, custom cabinets, and granite countertops as well.
Some additional inclusions are a 75" smart tv in the living area, an outdoor play area that is located just off the back deck (Great for small children!), a private outdoor shower at the base of the back porch, and the walking surface of the upper deck is composed of composite board (Cooler than standard decks and you don't have to worry about splinters or nails!) You will also enjoy the gazebo added on the back porch.
Sealee is located 3/4 of a mile to the west of the famous Pier Park shopping and eating resort. Also, you can enjoy festivals of fireworks during certain times of the year that are shot from the pier (which is visible from the back porch!)
Beachfront Sealee couldn't be in a more convenient location. Most essentials are within walking distance of the townhome. This includes a Winn-Dixie grocery & liquor store, CVS pharmacy, Buddy's Seafood Market, Gas Station, McDonald's and several other restaurants.
Our cleaning service provides professional and friendly service. They are very thorough (The unit will be cleaned and ready for your vacation when you arrive.)
