Buona sistemazione.

Buon appartamento in zona molto comoda. Piscina ben tenuta e molto utile. Letto non matrimoniale ma alla francese e consiglierei di dotare meglio la cucina. Comunicazione precisa e tempestiva.

Logement super avec un très bon emplacement

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, c’est un logement propre, simple mais très pratique. Petite résidence très calme avec parking gratuit sur place. Il est très bien placé, à 5 min de la plage à pied, proche de restaurants, supermarchés. Il y a une piscine et avec la chaleur c’est vraiment pratique ! Terrasse très bien placée pour manger dehors. Il manquerait juste des casseroles un peu plus grandes pour 3 à 4 personnes. Seul bémol en été, la climatisation qui ne fonctionne qu’avec un minuteur. La nuit c’est très dur de dormir en plein mois d’août sans clim, et si on la veut il faut se lever toutes les 2h pour la re déclencher …

Un séjour parfait a Paphos

L'hébergement est très bien situé. A 5 minutes a pied des commerces, et des plages. L'hôte est super, il est très disponible à n'importe quel moment de la journée. je recommande.

Needs a major update

Were do I start….. I’ll start with what was wrong with the apartment: No battery in smoke alarm. Bedroom window broken and unable to open. Leaking bathroom sink with missing plug mechanism. Inadequate fridge. TV inoperable. Now the good point: The location is excellent which saved the holiday. All the above was passed to owner so hopefully these have been fixed or replaced.

Basic but clean

We really loved the photos in the listing, and this was the main reason along with the description we chose this property. There were a lot of good things, it was spotless on arrival, the ease of entry, the comfy bed, the sweet little pool and access. However, there were a few things that I wasn't happy about. There was no Wifi despite it being listed in the description. Kitchen: It was clean, very tired looking, the kitchen cupboards were incredibly basic, there wasn't two matching wine glasses, no cafetiere [we ended up buying one and leaving it], the cooker was old. There was nothing to wash dishes with, we ended up buying dishcloths and scrubbers. There was 1 pot of salt left, [in all other properties we have stayed in there are store cupboard basics left by owner or prev. occupants]. I did let the owner know that there wasn't a cafetiere and my response was 'there should be one there'. Bathroom The bathroom was spotless but very tired looking. No plug in the sink, cracks in the tiles, toilet seat a bit iffy. And there was 1 toilet roll and a spare, and again no cleaning products [either for human or to clean the bathroom]. We ended up buying a 10 pack of toilet rolls and cleaning products. [we left all the stuff we bought, except the cafetiere, as she didn't need it, with a sweet neighbor who past the time of day with us] The flat felt damp, despite being aired day and night. We couldn't reach the air con to use it and it didn't look great. In the bedroom one of the panes of glass was wholly inadequate for the surround and had a gaping hole in the edge. Living Room The sofas were not sofas, they were futons and indescribably uncomfortable to sit on, I had to sit on the cushions and put pillows on to make it bearable. It rained one night and there was nowhere to sit and eat inside, we had to bring the outside table in, wipe it down dry it and a couple of chairs and sit on to eat. I think this apartment is a base camp for people who are out all day, somewhere to sleep and have a basic breakfast. The location is a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, however, it is a little bit run down and dirty looking. I wouldn't not recommend it, as I say it was clean and would make a decent base camp. It just wasn't for us. I think the owner could produce a laminate with some simple instructions i.e. how to work the hot water, explaining the pool and sun lounger situation, and some form of welcome message.

Great holiday

This property is perfect for calm holiday. Nice and quite neighbourhood. Everything is close by walk-beach, restaurants, groceries. Best place to stay in at Paphos.

A great place worth visiting

Apartment consistent with the description and photos. Perfect for 2 people, but also 3 people would be easily accommodated. Neat and tidy! Pool clean and perfect for an afternoon rest after a stay by the beautiful sea. We recommend it with all our hearts! We would love to go back there! Tip: check SPAM before your arrival, because there may be a message from Max's manager on how to get to the apartment :)

Appartement proche commodités

Appartement très bien placé proche des supermarchés, à 5min de la mer à pieds, 10 min du port, quartier calme et piscine bien entretenu super agréable avec des journée toujours très chaude. Appartement un peu juste pour 4, petit frigo et manque une cafetière sinon l essentiel et la! Max est super réactif à toutes nos demandes. Vraiment.t je recommande et ne manquerons pas de revenir si cela est possible 👍

Es war sehr schön

Schöne kleine Wohnung, in schöner Anlage. Pool wird täglich gesäubert. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Problemen ist sofort jemand erreichbar und es wird sich gleich darum gekümmert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Excellent apartment in a small lovely complex. Pool very convenient, just a few steps from the sunny patio. The immediate location has seen better days but a 5/10 minute easy walk brings you to many lovely bars/restaurants.

I'm very satisfied customer

I was overall satisfied with the accommodation. It was clean and in a very lovely and quiet neighbourhood. It has its own swimming pool which was lovely. Distance to the shops and bars was good. Distance to the beach (Alykes beach) was not far. My only disappointment is the Fridge was small, considering that it’s a place to stay on a self catering basis and I did not have enough space for the water and drinks that i purchased from the local supermarket . Great Little Find

Basic but adequate for two people. Apartment was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was much needed. This is a quiet complex and the pool is ideal. Comms with Nick were excellent - he was always quick to answer. The surrounding area has seen better days but there are some great local and cheap restaurants 5 mins walk away. The harbour area is only 10 mins walk and is great for the evening. All in all we really enjoyed this holiday
