Wonderful time at Penmarch
We had a wonderful tim. The house has room for 9 adults, and a huge salon with space for all. Godd kitchen, adquate bathrooms. All in all a lovely stay

Wir sind nun 1 Woche wieder Zuhause, träumen aber immer noch von unserem außergewöhnlichen Urlaub in der Villa „Ker tumulus Rosmeur“. Wir haben uns im Haus extrem wohlgefühlt. Es war Natur und Entspannung pur. Das Haus, das Meer direkt vor der Türe und die wunderschöne Region, aber auch die Geschichte des Hauses und des Grundstückes, über das wir uns informiert haben. Ein wahrlich geschichtsträchtiger Ort; ein Ort, der sehr viel zu erzählen hat! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es gibt keinen schöneren Ort, um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen.

Nous avons passé des vacances en famille formidable grâce à la magie de ce lieu, chargé d'histoire, ouvert sur de grands horizons, permettant l'observation de couchers de soleil magnifiques et tous différents chaque soir ! La localisation du manoir est tout simplement idéale, proche des plages et des rochers pour s'y amuser, proches de lieux emblématiques du pays bigoudin et proche de Saint Guénolé et Penmarchque nous avons découvert à cette occasion : à ne pas manquer ! Tout est là pour passer un séjour de rêve que nous ne manquerons pas de renouveler si l'opportunité se présente ! Das Haus liegt gut an der Küste, es entspricht voll den Abbildungen, und meinen Erwartungen. Die Gegend ist unschlagbar, zumindest nach meiner Meinung. Es ist ein altes Haus mit Charakter, aber das ist auch von den Bildern her zu erwarten. Gerne immer wieder.

Ce fut la deuxième fois que nous louons auprès de Alain et nous ne regrettons encore une fois pas. La maison (et son histoire) est magnifique. Nous avons vraiment pris plaisir à y séjourner une nouvelle fois. La vue est impressionnante et l’accès à la plage idéal. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse. Un site exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est grande et confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Nous avons vécu une tempête avec des hauteurs de vagues à couper le souffle. La proximité de la plage de la torche nous a permis de nous initier au surf en famille grâce à « rise Up » que je recommande pour leur gentillesse. Proche du port et des commodités nous pouvions y aller en vélo.

Un emplacement de rêve
Une maison d'un charme fou. Il faut aimer les maisons anciennes avec du cachet. Les plafonds à 4m50 et les volume placent cette maison dans la catégorie d'exception. Un accueil très agréable et chaleureux de madeleine. Le chauffage est à la hauteur (si je puis dire). Indispensable pour un séjour en février. Des ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle bien en rapport avec la taille du logement. Le site est exceptionnel. Le front de mer quasi pour soi (le GR passe quand même devant la grande baie vitrée...). Face aux rochers et l'océan, la magie opère et on fait le vide immédiatement. Toutes commodités à proximité. Très belles ballades au départ de la maison. Assurément l'un de nos meilleurs séjours. Léger bémol pour avoir lu les commentaires, mais qui ne nous a pas concernés puisque nous étions seuls, la maison est bien jumelée des deux côtés. Et nous confirmons que l'été, les trois logements loués, le manque d'isolation phonique peut être un problème.

La maison est excellemment bien placée avec une vue magnifique et très bien équipée. Très propre à notre arrivée et Madeleine très sympathique. La maison est fait découpée en trois locations, nous ne l’avions pas compris sur l’annonce mais ça ne nous a pas gêné. Les environs sont superbes. En résumé, une très belle destination !
