With a large wrap around balcony the apartment has stunning views of the sea, marina and pools and picks up sunshine from sunrise right through to the beautiful famous sunsets over the neighbouring island of Lagomera . The complex has 3 pools, a tennis court, hair salon, 24 hour security, kids club, poolside bar, restaurant and evening entertainment. The area offers pleasant long walks and the shops, bars and restaurants are plentiful each offering a good nightlife for all ages. The popular Aquapark is only 5 mins away and is a great day out for the kids and Siam park Europes largest waterpark is a 15 minute stroll away Santa Maria is only 300m from the beautiful la Pinta beach and Puerto Colon which offers a wide range of activities such as scuba diving, dolphin boat rides and parasailing to name but a few. The beautiful Playa la Pinta beach offers children’s inflatable, sunbed and parasol hire. All this only a 2 minute walk away.

A lovely clean well stocked apartment in a great location would thoroughly recommended

Great apartment

Stay here 3 times now. The thing that brings us back is the balcony and the great responsiveness of the owner. All day sun on the balcony and a fantastic view. Although the area is lively with lots going on there is hardly any noise at night. Would recommend.

Great views and sunshine

The apartment was home from home. Its right at the end of the corridor so peaceful. If you are a sun worshipper the balcony gets it from morning till night. We loved it would definitely recommend it to anyone. W Will definitely be back.

lovely spacious apt with the best views in town.We have stayed in the santa maria on a few occasions but this apt is by far the best.All in all a really great place to stay

A great home from home!

The apartment was perfect for my friend, Debbie Foy, and I. It was exactly as described with 2 bedrooms both with comfy beds. There was a nice sitting area where we could relax. The position of it was great as we got the sun on at least part of the balcony all day. Outside we had 2 sun loungers, 2 comfy reclining chairs plus a table and 4 chairs. Also importantly it was quiet. The complex was also clean and we were able to go by the pool which was heated. It’s well placed for going to bars and restaurants plus the beach. The communication with Martina, the owner, before and during our stay was great and she was really accommodating re a later checkout time. I’m sure we’ll be going again!

Overall pretty good

Overall it was a pretty good stay. It was a little bit annoying specially because it was Christmas time that we were considered a third class guests because the apartment is privately owned. We could not buy a parking spot in the garage, we could not buy breakfast or Christmas dinner or overall get any sevice from the reception.

The property was very nice indeed big and spacious great views from balcony.we had trouble with setting up TV but owner sent someone out to sort for us within 30 minutes hope that we are able to stay in this property again soon.

Really good location, easy for the beach, shops and restaurants. Siam park is only a 10 minute taxi away! Another fab feature- the breeze when you open all the doors of the apartment!! Lovely stay - we will be back!!

Another great stay.

Second time staying here and just as good as before. Someone mentioned in their review an issue with the blackout curtains. These have now been replaced with new. The mattresses on the single beds could do with replacing. Ok for small children but not adults. Other than that, perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment, great views and location

Having stayed at in another apartment at Santa Maria before we knew the location and facilities would be good. This apartment is superior in terms of its accommodation and the balcony is the real highlight - it gets the sun from early morning through until sunset. No need to fight for a sunbed by the pool with everyone else! Sliding doors to each bedroom and the living area are a bonus and the apartment is well equipped. Check in and dealings with the owners all great. Many thanks Martina, we hope to return again soon.

We have been coming to Tenerife for 20 years over the Xmas period and I've got to say the apartment is right up there with the best of them and we will have no hesitation in .booking again if we can find it available lol. The view from the wrap around balcony is stunning and the apartment itself is just perfect and home from home but in the sun. There are 4 patio windows, 1 in each bedroom and 2 in the living/dining area which gives plenty of light and if you open them all you have a nice cool breeze flowing through the apartment. The pics on this website don't give the apartment justice. If you ever get chance to book the apartment thendo, you won't be disappointed.

Great apartment in prime location with amazing sea views from morning to night ..

We had the most amazing 12 days in this great apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home. It had absolutely everything. The big prize for us was the wrap around balcony where we spent most of our time when we were nt out and about. It had a table and four chairs , 2 sun loungers and two reclining chairs , we were spoiled. We had amazing views over the sea , marina , streets below and the pool and we had the sun all day.. It is part of the Santa Maria Hotel and is in an excellent location and just 5 minutes from Puerto Colon and La Pinta Beach. Although there was no air con there are fans in all rooms but there are 4 sets of double doors and once opened the breeze just flew though the apartment. I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Communication with our host Martina was always prompt and answered any questions i had. This apartment was perfect for myself and my husband..
