This fully air-conditioned, detached, 4 bedroom villa is divided into 2 separate levels allowing 2 families to holiday comfortably together. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom (en-suite), a large twin bedroom, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and a dining room to seat 6. A naya leads off the lounge and provides outside seating/dining with a sea-view. Downstairs there is a lounge with 2 sofas, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bunkroom) and a bathroom. A large covered terrace with dining table and chairs, leads off the lounge and overlooks the large private pool and extensive sunbathing terrace, containing ample loungers to relax on. Televisions upstairs and down, dvd player upstairs. There is also a floodlit outdoor BBQ area with further dining facilities. The large grounds offer beautiful shady seating areas. Private parking for 2 cars is provided behind secure gates.

Moraira family holiday
Large 4 bedroom property over two floors. Best features are the large deep swimming pool, outdoor space and air conditioning. Very helpful owner and easy communication. Great two weeks with 7 of us staying there.

Fabulous Family Villa
Loved the large pool area and the separate accommodations that meant we could all spread out and relax plus the extra fridge/kitchen facilities was great for drinks and snack. Host and her property manager were very helpful and catered to all our needs. Walkable to town. Kind regards, Claire L

Vacaciones agradables
La casa, aunque tiene unos años, tiene de todo. Amplia zona ajardinada, numerosos espacios para comer, tomar un vermú, etc. Le zona de la piscina espectacular, con suficientes tumbonas de buena calidad. La casa es grande, con 2 plantas y terraza en el ático. Ideal para familias y grupos de amigos. Una semana ideal. Thank you, Mari.

Mi opinión en general es buena. Lo que pasa es que se han juntado unas serie de cosas que no se corresponden con el anuncio de la villa. La comunicación tanto con la dueña como la contacto fue fluida y buena y cuando hubo problemas dieron la cara y buscaron soluciones. Pero claro piensas que vas a una villa y que todo va ha estar perfecto y por lo menos a nosotros no fue así. La limpieza en la planta de abajo fue un poco deficiente. Los colchones flojos clavandote los muelles en unos y en otros estaban demasiado duros por poner una tabla en vez de cambiar el colchón. Menaje el justo para cocinar. La barbacoa no es de leña es de gas y aunque la casa disponía de quemador y plancha para el asado no tenía paellera. Y aquí entró la dueña que rápidamente dio la orden de abonarme una paellera nueva. La casa dispone de a/a pero nosotros tuvimos un problema con uno de una habitación y la dueña y su contacto en España se movieron para repararlo. El problema es que tenía una avería cojonuda y tuvieron que reemplazarlo y claro con la tontería 3 días sin a/a. La habitación disponía de ventilador en el techo que lo hizo más llevadero. La dueña por las molestias tuvo un detalle con nosotros que es de agradecer. Otra cosa que para mí estaba mal es el tema de la iluminación exterior. Si venías de noche no veías nada porque el foco estaba estropeado. Luego en la terraza de abajo, junto la piscina, era donde nosotros hacíamos todo (desayunos comidas y cenas) y cuando se hacía de noche solo tenía una bombilla para iluminar toda la terraza. Se lo comenté a la dueña y me dijo que nadie se había quejado así que fui al chino compre cable y bombillas y pusimos una iluminación en condiciones. Por lo demás genial, muy buena piscina, lo que tienen de jardín bien cuidado, tumbonas perfectas la casa en sí está bien, no es un lujo pero tiene lo justo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Los niños y los adultos lo pasamos muy bien. La playa está a 2 kms. Y el mercadona a 4 kms. Gracias Marie y Lindsay

Pas de réaction après les plaintes
Nous sommes arrivés dans la villa qui compte deux appartements sur deux niveaux. Lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte de l'appartement du niveau inférieur, nous avons été étonnés par une odeur de moisissure dans tout l'appartement, une odeur qui vous prend à la gorge. En effet, un des matelas du lit présentait des taches de moisissure. Et ce n'est pas fini car même au niveau de la climatisation, un seul appareil sur deux fonctionnait. Donc impossible de dormir dans cet appartement, même après avoir sorti le matelas à l'extérieur. Comme nous étions deux familles, nous avons dû tous nous réunir dans l'appartement superieur qui heureusement ne présentait pas le même problème. ( Fait rapporter le jour même à la propriétaire par mail). Mais personne ne s'est présenté pour remédier à ce problème. Ce n'est pas tout car lorsque nous avons voulu nous faire du café, la machine à café était hors service ( séjour sans pouvoir se préparer du café à la maison).

Bien dans l'ensemble
Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis (9 personnes) dans la villa de Marie. La maison est bien située, a proximité des belles plages et des commodités. La maison était propre et correctement équipée. En revanche, la configuration n'est pratique pour les groupes de 10 personnes. il faut déplacer des tables pour manger tous ensemble et la cuisine principale est à l'étage. Nous aurions également préféré un vrai barbecue plutôt qu'une plancha. Deux points négatifs : A plusieurs reprises durant la semaine, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir des agents d'entretien dans la propriété (jardinier, nettoyage de la piscine)... Nous comprenons que cela doit se faire mais nous aurions simplement voulu être prévenu avant. Nous avons malencontreusement cassé une chaise en plastique durant la semaine. Nous avons prévenu la propriétaire de cela qui nous a dit que les accidents pouvaient arriver.... Mais une partie de notre caution a été retirée pour le remplacement de la chaise cassée. Le retrait est vraiment disproportionné pour une chaise en plastique qui a passé un été dehors. Il s'agit d'une usure normale et non d'une dégradation volontaire. Notre séjour a été bon dans l'ensemble mais nous avons été déçu par c'est deux derniers points.

Die Möbel sind nicht mehr die Neuesten, speziell die Liegen am Pool sind austauschwürdig, allerdings noch nutzbar. Schön wären Auflagen! Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und es ist ausreichend Platz!

Excellent property, fantastic pool - beautiful location (travelled with two children under 5)
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa Mari. The villa was excellent with good inside and outside spaces. We travelled as a family of 4 (children of 3 and 1) plus a set of grandparents. Having the two separate living areas worked really well as my parents could get away. The large space inside allowed for the children to be out of the heat without becoming claustrophobic. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed - the BBQ/griddle was a firm favourite. Plenty of space outside too with 3 different eating areas, sunny and shady spots. The children loved the pool and, as it was on a separate terrace, it was simple to block entrance to that terrace to prevent over enthusiastic toddlers diving in! I had been keen to book somewhere with a gated pool but this worked well. The property manager was very helpful and friendly and we had good communication with owner before and after stay. Moraira itself was a short distance, we drove and it was 5 minutes, we walked home one evening (without the children and it took half an hour as it is uphill on the way home). Had two excellent meals in Moraira and found a great tapas bar next to a playground. Beaches were lovely, play park for younger children, lots and lots of restaurants. Finally - things to be aware of......mosquitos....we were all bitten so take a variety of repellents. Additionally the downstairs living area was much smaller than the upstairs so it two families are going you might need to consider this. All in all a wonderful place - totally relaxed now and hating being home. Would highly recommend

Casa Mari
Delightful villa.Really suitable for families,plenty of different sunbathing areas (having been here before) especially the new upper terrace,you are really spoiled for choice as to where to chill out.Villa is really well equipped with every utensil you require.Villa is set in a lovely peaceful area yet only a five minute drive to the town and beach. Good helpful communication with the owner throughout.
