Ground floor living makes everything so easy, right in the heart of the City of Anna Maria, this home is conveniently located to not only the beach, but also the island community center, restaurants, shopping, theater - all just a hop, skip, and a jump away! When you're ready to explore further, the free Island Trolley stops right at the end of the street. 2 queen sized beds. Tub/shower combo. Enjoy many activities on your visit: swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.

Good Location
The home is in walking distance to the beach, community theater, restaurants, and cute shops. The only thing we used are rent a car for was grocery shopping and a day trip to Sarasota. The front bedroom needs a new mattress, so we switched bedrooms the third night. Overall, it is a good property.

Another perfect AMI vacation
House was just right for our party of 4. Perfect walking distance to the beach with the most amazing sunsets. Walked to Ginny and Janes for breakfast. Close to both piers. Kitchen and bathroom is VERY tiny but over all great vacation.

Anna Maria getaway
Property was in a great location on island close walking distance to beaches, shops, and entertainment. Property owner was the best we have ever had! Communication was excellent, very personable, and quick response to everything. Property was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The price was very reasonable for the island and would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed staying at this house. We visited in January so it was still a little cold some days. The chairs out in the front yard were out of the wind and it was very pleasant to enjoy the sunshine in our private yard. The noise policy from 10pm to 8am ensured the neighborhood was nice and quiet. However, during the day there is some traffic that goes by and the tennis courts are across the street so there was usually some noise from there but nothing too bad. The kitchen was nice with new appliances. Beds were comfortable.

Great location to everything on Anna Maria!
The property was perfect for our family of 4. Close to beach and several bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart and had access to everything the island could offer within minutes. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had all the accommodations if we were dining in. Our stay on the island was perfect!! Can’t wait to go back.

Highly Recommend
This is a great place for a couple or family of 4. Very clean! The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. Room sizes were good. We ate our meals out so I can’t really comment on kitchen utensils and appliances. Nice outside sitting areas. We left a beach chair, sporting chair, and a 6.5’ beach umbrella. The location is great. It’s an easy walk to the beach or bay side. We walked or biked every place we went.

Great location, cute place
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the shower curtain needs replaced, and towels do as well. We were told there were no beach towels so we bought some then there were some there. It’s a cute place and very quiet, close the beach 🏖

This house was just right for my wife and me.
The property was clean; all appliances, lights, TVs, and air conditioning working; and the beds were comfortable. It is located just two short blocks from Pine St. and 3 long blocks from The Gulf.

Our Vacation Stay
Would have been nice if chairs for the beach we’re supplied. We bought some and then obviously had to leave them, so the next renters will appreciate it I’m sure. The location was very good with only a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. Staying here this time, our 7th year on Anna Maria, opened our eyes to new restaurants with in great walking distance. The only downfall with the place was having only one bathroom, which we knew, but prevented us from renting the place again.

Perfect AMI Cottage
Small but well appointed cottage within walking distance of the Gulf, the Bay and shopping/dining. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island and to the beach a breeze.

Very clean and cozy
Thanks for a seamless process for booking, picking up keys, prepping for leaving and dropping off the keys. The property itself is tucked away enough to not be super busy, but also with a healthy walk to so many food and shop and beach offerings! We will certainly be back. Thanks for a lovely trip!!

Perfect!
The location was perfect for beaching, biking, walking, eating, drinking and breakfasting! Loved all the little decorating touches at 313 Palm. Very close to the Community Center if you want to participate in activities there.

Great Spot!
The house was clean and spacious for our family of 4! our kids loved the house, there was lots of spots to play and they especially loved the shells all over the property. Kitchen was well stocked and we all loved the chair swing.
