We enjoyed our stay right in the heart of Whistler Village. Everything was right at our door step snd the unit had everything we needed. We will be back.
Tremendous location and a well-kept unit great for a small group / family getaway to Whistler.

Accommodating property in a good location but could be better maintained
To be fair, we had a pretty good stay. Four people and stuff fit in comfortably. The view was great. Located right on the Stroll it was a good location, though a bit of walk to the lifts with skis, but just steps from many restaurants, shops and the market.
However, overall impression of the unit was that it was not well managed. The carpets could use a cleaning and some corners of the rooms and baths were missed altogether, with the one shower drain stopped up. Some of the furniture was a bit wobbly and the kitchen equipment was adequate but would not accommodate any real food prep. When we asked at the front desk for a few minor things to be taken care in the unit the answer was basically "no". For the money we paid for the unit we expected a bit more. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

Great location and view
This condo was well equipped with the basics, but nothing more. It has awesome views, and easy access to the village and mountains. The lodge ammenaties were less than stellar, but easily overlooked. Yes, it is noisy, but anywhere in the village is going to be loud (either the snowplows and ice scrapers at 6am, or the bars letting out at 2am). Overall it was a basic, functional condo that gave us quick access to food and the mountain.

great location but::::
Nice tidy condo - however noise from the nightclub below was unacceptable and lasted until 1Am! Owner was responsive and the next night it was moderatly quieter. We had no idea that there was a nightclub below and no idea that we would be charged a $500 fee "in case" of problems -- they did not charge us for anything (I hope) as we left the place immaculate. But it was disconcerting to have such a huge "in case" fee!
One bed was badly broken - the owned agreed to have it "looked at ."
In fairness the owner did offer one of hsi other places but since we were only up for 2 nights it was too hard to move for one night.

Wonderful 2bed and bathroom but noisy due to restaurant and bar downstairs.
The space was nice as it was newly renovated. Had everything we needed however because the furniture warehouse restaurant /bar was located right beneath us it was quite noisy at night after 10am and also first thing in the morning while they were opening. Sounded to be moving chairs and tables prior to 7am.

Average Apartment
This apartment was average for the places I have stayed in at Whistler. It was clean, but a little run down. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked, but we have stayed in many places at Whistler that are like this, so we bring a lot of extras (knives, cutting boards, pans, etc). A definite positive is the location. It is centrally located in the village, and close to everything. One point to make, and not necessarily the apartment owners fault, is the "secure" parking is not at all secure. Within one hour of our arrival a mountain bike that was locked to the back of our vehicle was stolen. The property management company did absolutely nothing to help us with this issue, and it was extremely frustrating.

Good location, but the noisy bar music and glaring red lights from the gazebo were awful at night
The updated decor was very nice. A great job was done on the updated surfaces. However, one of the most important keys to a great stay anywhere is a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed. The bed in the Master was AWFUL!!!! The mattress sloped severely and it was like sleeping on a see saw. My husband and I both need to see our chiropractor as soon as we get back home. Mattress needs to be replaced ASAP! Shower curtain was being held in place with duct tape. Many light bulbs were out so it was darker than needed to be. There was only one air conditioning unit and that was in the Master bedroom. Great for me and my hubby, bad for everyone else. The clothes dryer wasn't working properly. It didn't put out much heat. Had to put clothes through repeated cycles to dry and that's not much fun for mom when she's supposed to be on vacation. And I really wish we would have known about the bar being so close. The bass could be heard thumping till 1:00am. Sort of makes the "strict no noise after 10:00pm policy" a moot point. Also would have been good to know that the parking spots DO NOT accommodate SUVs. It was a good thing we weren't staying during peak season or we would've been out of luck. All in all, everything worked out fine, but we feel like we spent waaay too much for what we got. It's gonna cost us as much as we spent in chiropractic fees to get our spines back to good. That's not an exaggeration.

Great location and accommodation
This condo provided a comfortable home away for our family as we enjoyed all that Whistler village has to offer, just steps out the door. Clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathrooms--everything you need and at a great price. We'd definitely stay here again.

family vacation on mid-winter break
Great unit and accessibility for restaurants and shops was so easy. Perfect for kids too! Paid parking was a plus. Front desk help was always knowledgable and friendly. Units were well kept. Only drawback was the noise in the plaza in middle of the night. People walking around, talking and screaming…very annoying. All in all we enjoyed our vacation.

Great location
Loved the location. Nice clean place. Two rooms was great. Two bathrooms was even better. Individual Wi-Fi was a plus. Staff at check in was helpful. Storage lockers for equipment kept room clean. Would recommend this place with one caveat below -
Noise was one of the big issues we had read before we stayed here so I will address the issue. This is a village with many people, shops and restaurants. You will have many people outside your building milling around. It did not bother us or keep us from sleeping. If you are a light sleeper however, I would recommend not staying in Whistler Village itself. We were here during the busy President's weekend and did not have any issues with loud music or partying - the only noise was from the hustle and bustle of the village itself. We enjoyed the liveliness of the village and what it had to offer but some people might not.
Public areas could use some touch up (lobby, elevator, hallways) but not unexpected given people are walking around in ski boots and carrying snow in. A little tough finding the exact door for the lobby on first day - not obvious.
Overall liked the place a lot and would stay here again.

Great location! Great value for the money.
Condo had everything it promised. Location was great. Only bad thing we could say is that it is literally right over a bar, but it seemed to quiet around 10pm every night.

Excellent access to skiing. Decent property
The property was very nicely renovated. The television wasn't working when we arrived and the toilet stopped up during our visit. There wasn't a plunger in the condo, nor was there one in the building so we had to purchase one. Cost of purchasing a plunger was not an issue but the inconvenience was an issue. Also, the condo was above a very rowdy nightclub. I remembered reading about it in the reviews and didn't think we would mind - but it was very loud all night.

Great location, needs some updates.
The condo is well located if you want to do Whistler Village activities (we did). It is above a bar/restaurant and faces square so quite noisy in the daytime. AC in master bedroom only so had windows open all night in rest of condo and was quiet except for loud group exiting the club (I assume) at 2 AM that decided to settle in the square for loud conversation. Bed in 2nd bedroom is broken/lopsided. Decor is a bit dated, bedding needs to be replaced, comforter was old and faded, sheets torn. It did meet our needs.

Modern Unit in the heart of Whistler Village
The condo is very bright and modern with nice granite counter tops and modern tiles and wood floors throughout - I loved how big the unit felt, we had 10 family members over one night and cooked a meal and played cards - there was plenty of room for everyone and it didn't feel cramped. The unit is right above all the best restaurants and cafes and shops so it's super convenient, the oddly named furniture warehouse is a great bar/restaurant down below with lots of good $4.95 meals, the outside patio area closes at 11pm and so luckily we weren't bothered by any noises late at night. We were there on Canada day and watched the parade go by and the musicians, it felt like mardi-gras as we had the best views up there watching the crowds below.
Overall I would love to go back again, it's central location is a great draw for me and my family. I would recommend this unit in a heartbeat.

Nice!
We were not able to get the AC to work very well for the whole condo. Just the one bedroom had the unit in it. The blinds on the sliding glass door didn't pull shut all the way, a few panels were missing. Just be aware it is noisy because of the bars below you. It was a great location and very clean condo.

True to the description, but a few things we wish we knew
The description of this property is very accurate. It was ready a little bit early and everything was exactly as explained. There was more than enough space for 6 adults, all of our ski/snowboard gear, and food for the weekend. Located along the main village walk area was great for getting to different places for us.
We only had a few issues or concerns while staying here.
1) You are right above a great bar. Now it makes it easier if you happen to want some cheep food (everything is $4.95, really check it out). But this was not so much fun at 2 am with music blasting and people having drunken yelling matches outside. Thankfully I brought earplugs, but not everyone was as lucky.
2) The ski locker provided is your standard full high school size locker. So if you have 6 adults who all have gear, it doesn't all fit. Thankfully we have a ski rack on one of the cars, so some gear was left on that. No gear (skis/snowboards) are allowed in the unit, so just be prepared.
3) The only other thing was the hot tub. It is located in a different building, don't worry they have a change room, showers, and bathrooms right there too. The weather was amazing while we were there so the walk wasn't too bad, but just a warning if you are visiting in the winter.
Overall it was a great place and well worth it. Just bring some ear plugs and you will be fine.
