The chalet benefits many original features and is full of alpine character, log fire, hot tub, heating throughout and all the comforts of home with TV, DVD, CD, Video players, iPhone docking station and speaker. Fitted kitchen, wine fridge, ice maker. Free wireless broadband internet and a desk top PC with children's games etc, with lots of storage for skis, boots and sporting equipment. This is also a mountain biking haven and the ski lifts are open for most of the summer for downhill mountain biking in this paradise with views of the snow capped Mont Blanc available all year round. There is an abundance of bars and world class restaurants available in the Ancient Town of Morzine. Catering in house is available for those who do not wish to go out or have young children. Baby sitting is available and ski creche can be arranged. The skiing on and off piste is fantastic and you will be amazed at the variety of choice from beginner to 'Swiss Wall' standard! We have a large outdoor hot tub which accommodates 7 people with mountain views!

Cathy and have had the chalet since 2005. After skiing in Morzine and the Portes Du Soleil since 1998, we fell in love with everything about the area, the food, atmosphere and the mountains. You never get bored of the skiing as there is so much, 650KM of piest and countless KM of off piest.
The atmosphere, food, wine and general authentic feel if Morzine is very addictive and continues to draw us to the area even after 10 years. Summer beauty is also very attractive and we always spend a week or 2 in the chalet in the summer, in addition to the winter breaks.

Why they chose this property
The chalet in Morzine has everything for us. It is beautiful in the winter with reliable snow falls and extensive skiing, biking and hiking opportunities, you can ski to 12 different villages and you can cross the border to Switzerland! The lift system is extensive and you will not ski the same runs twice. The restaurants both in the town and on the mountain are fabulous.
Morzine has lots of original mountain character, it is unspoilt and we love spending time in the chalet, village and on the mountains.

What makes this property unique
The property is exceptionally spacious, with 6 bedrooms and a large lounge with cosy log fire and TV/DVD/SKY sports and movie package. There is a PC with free internet so you can keep in touch and catch up with some work if you need to. There is a fitted kitchen, wine fridge, ice maker, and a iPhone docking station with speaker and charging station. There is a log fire and a large drying area.
There are games and books and DVD's to keep the children entertained.
The chalet is 200 years old and has been restored to provide all the modern conveniences from home including dishwasher, washing machine, large American Fridge Freezer, microwave, fully fitted modern kitchen. Large drying area.
Outside there is a large private car park for 6 cars and mountain views, BBQ area, sun patio/terrace. Relax in our outdoor hot tub.
There are games and books and DVD's to keep the children entertained.
