About this property

Modern, quiet, private studio, close to city centre and metro station

This is a bright, modern studio with en-suite shower/WC. The room is reached by a private entrance at the side of our family house. The studio is recently built, clean and quiet, with lovely garden views and use of a patio. There is TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen area has a microwave oven (for small dishes), a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. There's also an ironing board and a hairdryer. Guests will have total privacy and can come and go as they please. Sorry but no smoking is allowed on the property. The location is just 5mins away from Golders Green underground (Metro) and bus station. It’s a safe, friendly neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Stunning Hampstead Heath is just 10 mins away. The tube takes just 10mins to Camden Town, 25mins to Oxford St, 35 mins to Buckingham Palace and Tower of London.There are many buses to all areas of London and direct buses to Luton and Stanstead airports, taking just an hour. Heathrow is 40 mins by cab or 80 mins by metro. The local park 5 mins away has free tennis courts and a fantastic playground for kids. It also has a small zoo.

Lovely Place to Stay
The studio is in an adorable neighborhood that felt very safe and was easy to navigate. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. I texted him to ask if I could stay an extra night, and he made that process incredibly easy. I’d love to stay here again.

Quiet and Clean
Everything from the check in and responsiveness of Paul was great. Cozy place near the subway was ideal for quick travel across the city. No need to rent a car. Would recommend.

Extremely clean and private flat in a safe neighborhood. A short walk from the tube, which goes into all the popular places of london. Paul was extremely accomodating and helpful, either about the property or activities in london. Would definitely stay again.

Paul is very responsive, the neighborhood is lovely, the Northern line of the tube (which serves this area) is super convenient to everything, and the bed was very, very comfortable!

Cosy place for a couple, good located close to the underground and bus stops. Beautiful garden. Nice and helpful owner. The only negative point is the annoying noise of the pomp when you use the toilet.

Terrific studio with a bonus outside area. Private, quiet, 5 minute walk to the shops and 3 minutes more to the Underground. Owner was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend as a base for your London visit!

Excellent stay, location was perfect for us. 5 mins walk from a northern line tube station. Cafes, restaurants nearby. Area was very quiet and very pleasant. Paul was very helpful when we arrived and explained what we needed to do and pointed out some local amenities which was great. Italian restaurant under the bridge by the tube station was fantastic. Lovely to come back to the peace and quiet after long days walking round the city We would definitely stay here again. We also had off street parking which was a huge bonus for us. Thank you very much for our stay.

Paul’s place is pleasant and quiet, perfect for a night in after spending all day exploring London. The metro is only a short walk away and there’s many great eateries nearby. Love the private outdoor space as well. Paul is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Garden Bliss- Peaceful- Access to public transportation
A great spot to relax and recharge. Exquisite garden access, wake up to birds chirping and well manicured and tended outdoor space. Closely located to train and bus station, I was able to balance the countryside experience of the lush outdoors with efficient trips into and around the city. The host was also personable and offered tips for getting around the city.

Great place to feel like a Londoner!
Both stays (one week apart) we were greeted warmly by the hosts & provided with information about the area. We thought the location felt very safe & quiet, yet close to restaurants & shopping. We were very happy to stay in this small studio. The hosts were really nice. The studio had a place for everything and did meet all of our needs. We were especially happy with the quiet neighborhood and the ease of getting to the underground to get to our favorite places.

I have lived in this area all my life.It is a beautiful part of London with many parks and open spaces but it is very close to the centre, thanks to great transport connections. A beautiful park with a small zoo and tennis courts is nearby.
