On the edge of the town centre in a quiet area it is a few minutes walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants - closest about 200m. Ski buses pass within 50 & 200m. There is outside parking and a lockable garage.

In need of updating
We stayed here in August. The apartment is very tired throughout and very much in need of updating. Seemed clean enough when we arrived, but the toilet smelled strongly of wee and there was a stale smell throughout, which could not be aired out. On the plus side, bedding was clean and beds comfortable. Bunk beds are located right outside the toilet and bathroom with a skylight right above - very noisy when raining. Mezzanine floor is accessed through a near vertical ladder and has an exceptionally creaky floor - beware night-time toilet visits! On a rainy day we wanted to watch a film, but TV is on its last legs (flickering picture, green line across the screen) which made it pretty impossible. Real pity, as with some money spent it could be quite a nice place to stay. We won't be returning.
Nice clean apartment. Typical french alps chalet decor. Good location. Close to supermarket.

Le logement est confortable, spacieux, silencieux et très propre. Très bonne situation ds le village de Morzines.
Proche commerces et remontés mécaniques. Facile d’accès et le fonctionnement avec la boîte à clef est super pour les arrivées tardives.

Great location, wonderful views
The property is in a super and very accessible location - a short walk to Morzine centre, lifts, amenities, supermarket etc... The views are fantastic. The instructions and advice given by the owners were spot on. The property is well equipped and as a family of four we had plenty of room for a week's Summer stay. We had a fantastic week.

Excellent , well situated, warm and comfortable apartment
Well-designed apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Would accommodate 2 more in the shared living space. Kitchen is compact but functional and well equipped ; good dining area ; sitting area with great views over Morzine. Apartment is warm , cosy and very clean . About 10 mins walk to Pleney lift , 10 mins walk to bakery and supermarket. Great take away pizza place 10 mins walk . Car completely unecessary once you're there from this location but garage is included if needed.
The recommended ski hire team at Star Ski took care of skis 5 mins from lift avoiding the need to carry gear each day.
No wifi or washing machine but didn't miss them.
Morzine is a large and busy resort with plentiful restaurants / bars in easy reach. Fantastic ski area accommodated intermediates and advanced skiiers in the party easily. Very friendly locals.

Great apartment for skiing in Morzine
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.We are a family of 4, including grown up son and daughter, so lots of space to have some privacy from each other, compared with many other apartments. It was centrally located - a few minutes walk into the centre. Alternatively there is a free bus at the road end. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away down the hill, open long hours. There was ample storage in the garage or ski-store for boots and skis. The apartment was very warm with underfloor heating and additional heat if required. It was useful to have 2 WCs (so no queues) and a hot bath after a day's skiing was an added bonus, although the shower was good too. The beds were warm and comfy, the kitchen was well equipped.What more do you need! It would also be lovely to stay there in summer, 2 sunny balconies and great views of the mountains. We hope to come back, thank you!
