Walk out the door, put on your skis, and you’re off! Beautiful Wintergreen Mountain 2BR / 2BA ski-in / ski-out condo on two levels plus loft adjacent to slopes and Mountain Inn amenities! This cozy, well maintained condo is located in the heart of the resort. You can walk to the restaurants, the market, most importantly, the slopes! Recently renovated kitchen, a cozy living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with a loft can accommodate additional guests. No car necessary, park it and forget it! Next door to Mountain Inn amenities, shops, Copper Mine and Edge Restaurants, Treehouse children’s programs and ski-school. Best location on the mountain!

Perfect for family weekend getaways, couples or a group of friends getting together for a fun ski weekend, fall or summer hiking, or mountain retreat! Spa services at Wintergarden are available to all!

Please note: We are not considered "resort members" so you will not have access to resort run amenities such as the Wintergarden Spa, Devils Knob Golf Course or Devils Knob Grill. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. We highly recommend checking directly with the resort to confirm. You can go to the WPOA website for the best recommended hiking trails and current events in the area.

For ski rentals, you'll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info.

Perfect Family Stay!

Just got home after a great visit! As other reviews have said the location is amazing. I do not ski but the rest of the family does so I really wanted a home base! The house was well stocked (including both a Keurig and Traditional coffee maker) and we didn’t have to touch our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend!!

Nice location

This is a true ski in/ski out. It is good for all levels of skier because the location is in the green circle/ski school area, where the retail/Inn and slopes come together. The condo is on the third floor so there are stairs involved. The unit is clean and uncluttered and the sleeping arrangements are comfortable.

Perfect Location & Unit!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Two bedroom end unit in the Timbers. Just outside of the main lodge, behind the treehouse. The master bedroom king was very comfy. The upstairs bedroom with twins was huge - you can easily fit an air mattress there, if needed. The loft area was great, too. 10/10!! And the owner was so responsive. Book it!!!

Functional though dated walkup condo in the heart of Wintergreen

The unit is spacious and right in the heart of Wintergreen. It is a 2 story walkup with no elevator. The unit had everything working though it is dated. View is of the parking lot side of the building. It worked well for our purposes. Would recommend

Awesome family time

We had a great time at Wintergreen and the slopes are not even 15 yards from the building! Great for some family time and everything is close not only the slopes.

Great location and lots of space

We came with our 2 children who had never skied before. It was such a great mini vacation for all of us. My children had never skied before and that fact that we were right on the slopes made everything so much easier. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location!

You truly cannot get a better location than this! The entrance/exit to the building spits you out right next to the Treehouse Ski School. The unit is definitely dated but it’s clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Our family of 5 will definitely be back! One thing to note is that the laundry facilities are not part of the condo - they’re I. The building next door (easy to get to!) and are coin operated with no coin machines on site. Washers are 1.25 and dryers are 1, quarters only. This was a hassle because I had packed with the expectation that we could wash & rewear some items. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great Location for Skiing!

Jerry was very responsive to our questions, the condo was very comfortable, and it was perfect for a weekend ski trip! Loved the location as we could easily return to the condo to grab a water, make some hot chocolate, etc. and get right back onto the slopes. We were there to ski, so being able to ski out / ski in was our priority. We hope we can rent it again next time we go skiing!

Perfect ski in/ski out condo

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host, Jerry, was excellent to deal with and extremely responsive and accommodating! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location cannot be beat - truly a ski in/ski out condo. Just grab your skis from the locker, head down the steps and you are nearly on a slope. Check in and check out were a breeze as the owner is very organized. Thanks for a great weekend!

Super Convenient Location & Very Comfortable!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo that is adjacent to the Mountain Inn. We've stayed at larger homes and condos within Wintergreen during July 4th for the last 23 years, but this 2BR w/ additional sleeping loft and 2BA plan was perfect for us and close in to everything. We never had to use our car, once we unloaded it. You can easily walk to hiking trails, shops and the restaurants at the Mountain Inn, without piling into the car - What a plus! The third floor location was easy to get to and assured us of getting a nice breeze on the balcony, which was a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning, drinks at night and people watch! We had a couple of questions for the owner once we checked in; and Jerry was immediately able to respond. This was a fun, comfortable, and great location for us. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely Fantastic!

There is no better location on the mountain. We were able to walk out of the condo onto the slopes, or out of the condo and to the main lodge area or out of the condo a few steps to the ski school. The place was very nice and the owner was very attentive and helpful. There are steps and no elevator but they are easy to manage. We were in wintergreen to ski for our vacation and enjoyed skiing and tubing. We can't say enough good things about this condo!

Great location! Easy access to all activities!

We loved our stay! We were able to come and go from the slopes all day! The unit was clean and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soaps which we usually bring with us as we don’t always know if they will have, but leave them at home bc lots of extras, so more space in your suit cases. My only thing I would hope for next time is the toilet upstairs would always get stuck running. I would have to take the lid off every time to push the flap down. Overall it was absolutely wonderful! Oh and maybe some batteries for the tv remote or maybe I didn’t know how to use the remote. Great place! We would definitely rent again!

Great place for access to the resort - Ski in / ski out

The place wasn't high end or extremely clean when we arrived, but it is a great place for access and Jerry had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Don't count on great wifi or reception - it works, but barely. Cable with HBO / Cinemax -There were plenty of supplies and the place will sleep 5-6 comfortably. I'd definitely stay again with friends if our main purpose was skiing.

Perfect for the family

A fall weekend with the colors beginning to turn. The condo had everything we needed and is right next to the mountain lodge. Whether you at Wintergreen for skiing, golfing, hiking or just relaxing this condo should fit you needs.

Great location, great value

Located directly off the top of the BlueRidge Express lift. Allows for easy access on and off slopes particularly on the green trails.
