Our apartment is in the most desirable location on Parque Da Corcovada surrounding the main pool, ground floor and easily accessible for young families, elderly or guests with disabilities, everything is on one level from the entrance to the back terrace so accessibility is fantastic. Our spacious pool side terrace receives the sun all day which is why we have guests who return every year since owning the apartment in 2008! Great place

Feels big inside that our family was able to have some space after a full day out. 10 min walk and you have lots of choices for restaurant and groceries. Would not hesitate to book again when we are in the area

Home comforts in abundance

Very spacious apartment and comfortable stay. Excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants. Plentiful amenities and great security features. The pool is very close to the apartment and well looked after. Beautiful gardens and an excellent terrace.

Lovely place to stay

Very clean and spacious property, well equipped. Nice terrace within lovely complex with swimming pool. Quiet location but within easy reach of Albufeira and all its amenities. Overall, a good place to stay and have a relaxed holiday. Liz (owner) was very helpful and responded to any questions instantly. Wendy who met us was also very helpful.

Lovely place!

My five children and I had a fabulous time at this apartment. It’s very clean and spacious. The pool is a dream and the whole checking in and booking process was seamless. We wanted to book again for next year but it’s all fully booked already. A real gem of a place.

“AMAZING”

This property is without doubt the best we’ve stayed in since we been coming to Albuferia. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and the beach is around 10 min walk. Liz is an amazing host and nothing was ever a problem when asking about anything. This property is defo 10/10.

The apartment is excellent, everything you need is there. We could only get for 4 nights (restrictions on our side) really wish we could have stayed longer. The pool and grounds are kept spotless. It was easy to book with Liz and Wendy who met us on arrival was great. Hopefully we will be back.

Una Maravilla de Apartamento

Hemos vuelto de pasar unos días descanso en el maravilloso apartamento de Liz y no podemos estar más encantados! Es mucho mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías: es enorme, cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación magnífica. Tanto Liz como Wendy nos atendieron en todo momento y tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos entrar antes el día de llegada (lo hicimos por la mañana, ya que no había ningún otro huésped en el apartamento). El día de salida sí que tuvimos que dejarlo a las 10:00 de la mañana, con puntualidad británica, ya que entraban nuevos inquilinos. No fue un mayor problema y despertamos antes de la cuenta a nuestra hija, que es bastante remolona en la cama. El apartamento cuenta con todo para hacer vida en el mismo: todo tipo de utensilios y menaje en la cocina (quizás haya que renovar un par de sartenes), pero por lo demás está impecable. Tiene hasta un botellero refrigerado para el Vino! La conexión a internet es perfecta para disfrutar de servicios en streaming tipo Netflix y para los más pequeños, hay una XBox por si quieren jugar al fútbol o alguna carrera de coches. El patio trasero es espectacular, con sol durante todo el día y salida directa a la piscina. Vecindario tranquilo, alejado del ruido y el ambiente nocturno, pero a tan sólo 10 minutos andando de la zona de Pubs y restauración. Sin lugar a dudas que volveremos, porque nos hemos enamorado del apartamento! Gracias, Liz y Wendy.-

Wonderful stay, had everything we needed, very cosy apartment, slept well on the beds, was sorry had to leave… liz even let us stay past the check out time because she didn’t have any guests coming on the day we were leaving which was so kind of her.. highly recommend, for sure we will book again… The lady who looks after liz’s apartment called Wendy is also lovely and any questions we had, she answered straight away… 5 stars! We had hired a car but we always do anyways but the albufeira night life isn’t far at all a short taxi ride or walk… thank you so much Liz for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home.. oh must add the pool is lovely to….beautiful surroundings

Excellent apartment

We spent a very enjoyable five days in Albuferia, despite the very wet weather!! The apartment is excellent, clean, spacious and very well equipped. As it was just the start of the season the complex was very quiet which suited us for this short break, the grounds are very well kept. The location was perfect for us, 5-10 mins walk to the new strip and plenty of restaurants to choose from round about. The beach is a steady 15 min walk away and a stroll along the beach or road will get you to the old town in about 30 mins. Taxis into the old town are reasonably priced at around 5 euros if you'd prefer not to walk. Liz- the owner, was very efficient throughout the whole process of our booking and answered all my emails promptly. We used the transfer service also provided by Liz's management company which was a very reasonable 70 euros return for 4 of us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property and would use again if we return to the area.
