Idyllische Villa für eine perfekte Erholung

Nach dem freundlichen Empfang durch den Besitzer erhielt ich von ihm zahlreiche Empfehlungen bzgl. Restaurants, Weinbauern, Reisetipps und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bei Fragen konnte ich ihn jederzeit sehr schnell per Whatsapp erreichen. In der Villa steht alles zur Verfügung und es wurde an alle Details gedacht, so dass man ab Ankunft sofort im Erholungsmodus ist. Die Fotos spiegeln die Realität wieder. Das Grundstück bietet eine unglaubliche Privatsphäre. Der Standort ist eine gute Ausgangslage zum Besuch von Visnjan, Porec, Rovinj oder Novigrad, wenn man denn die Villa mal verlassen möchte. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch im nächsten Frühjahr. Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wunderschöne im grünen gelegene Villa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Zentral auf Istrien gelegen, um Ausflüge in jede Richtung zu unternehmen. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art des Vermieters ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir bekamen vor Antritt der Reise, während der Fahrt und beim Aufhenthalt in Kroatien viele Vorschläge, nützliche Informationen und Tips von Herrn Bartolic. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Wir würden auch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Danke auch an die fleißigen Bienchen Marija und Matteo.

Haus mit Privatsphäre

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Istrien. Es ist in einem kleinen Dorf am Ortsausgang gelegen. Man hat keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar sodass die Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (15 Minuten Fußweg)und die gute Pizzeria Alto (5 Minuten Fußweg) gibt es in diesem Dorf. Der schöne Pool ist das Highlight. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Es ist sehr ruhig hier, man hört etwas die Straße jedoch ist der Verkehr überschaubar. Das Haus liegt als guter Ausgangspunkt um die Städte Porec (ca 20 Minuten Autofahrt) oder auch Rovinj (ca 40 Minuten Autofahrt) zu erkunden. Motuvun ist in 5-10 Minuten per Auto entfernt und einen kurzen Tripp wert. Hier befindet sich auch der nächste Geldautomat wobei man mittlerweile fast überall mit Karte bezahlen kann. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ausgezeichnet!!!

Ein wunderschönes und ausgesprochen sauberes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage im Landesinneren. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter besonders lobenswert. Selten einen so zuvorkommend und hilfsbereiten Menschen kennengelernt. Das Haus liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes mit Supermarkt und Pizzaria. Herrlicher großer Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen und kleinem Kinderspielgerät. Es wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet - von ausreichend Handtüchern bis zu gekühlten Willkommensgetränken. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir als Familie mit zwei Töchtern (5&8) würden auch mehr als 5 Sterne geben und kommen definitiv wieder!

erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr netter Vermieter hat uns im Ferienhaus empfangen. Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool sind einfach nur klasse. Leicht störend fand ich, das man die Fahrzeuge tagsüber auf der Straße gehört hat. Nachts war aber kein Verkehr. Zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria Alto im Ort. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort.

Erholung pur.

Wunderschönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus. Absolute Privatsphäre und viel Ruhe mit traumhafter Ausstattung. Trotzdem Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in Reichweite. Einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

Super entspannter Urlaub

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Ein ruhiger Ort, direkt am Ortsanfang steht das Haus mit seinem großen umzäunten Grundstück der von niemanden eingesehen werden kann. Man ist absolut unter sich.Perfekt mit dem tollen privaten Pool. Wir fanden es dort schöner als am Meer zu liegen und uns dort abzukühlen. Die Klimaanlage war super, Gott sei dank , denn es waren herrliche 35Grad tagsüber. Wir waren die gesamte Zeit unter uns. Der Pool wird 1 mal die Woche gereinigt. Im Garten stehen einige Feigenbäume, auch Birnen und sogar Kiwis die man nach Herzenslust pflücken und essen kann. Vielen lieben Dank für die entspannte Zeit!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub :)

Wir waren dieses Jahr im Juni für zwei Wochen in der Villa Rovine und können nur positives berichten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir bekamen vor der Reise schon viele gute Informationen und wurden auch vor Ort gut betreut. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand und man kann dort in Ruhe den Pool und die grüne Landschaft genießen. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell an verschiedene Strände und Städte. Für Kinder ist dieses Haus auch sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great spacious family villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was in a beautiful setting. Would be beneficial if second bedroom had a chest of drawers as in the other bedroom. Niksa was very helpful and informative. Would definitely stay there again.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Villa mit schönem Pool

Die Villa liegt am Ortsrand und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu dritt und es war perfekt. Ein wunderschöner Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird, liegt in einem schön angelegten Garten. Haushälterin Maria war immer da wenn man sie brauchte und stets sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und kompetent möglich. An- und Abreise waren in unserem Fall sehr individuell und unproblematisch. Wir können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen und möchten uns herzlich für die schönen Tage bedanken!

Great Countryside Villa perfect for exploring Istria

First of all the owners of the villa communicate exceptionally well before and during your stay. Niksa even arranged a 'welcome pack' because we were arriving late on a Sunday. Happy to offer advice/tips....very reassuring. The Villa is perfectly positioned in my opinion....close to lovely hillside towns like Motovun,practically on the Parenzana Bike trail and a short 10-15 minute drive to Porec and the coastline and beaches. Being inland prices are much cheaper so things like groceries from Pazin and eating out locally is much cheaper than the coast and it felt good to support the local bakeries, retaurants etc,. Villa itself is great, lovely pool, kitchen and rooms....and Niksa is happy for you to eat the figs, apples etc,. A great base for our first holiday in Istria. Thoroughly recommended! Thankyou Niksa

Toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Istriens

fantastisches Haus in ruhiger Lage, weg vom Tourismus, nahe bei den Einheimischen

Ein herrliches Plätzchen für Naturliebhaber. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht, oder noch mehr. Niksa hat uns bei der Anreise geholfen, den Ort zu finden und hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich begrüsst, viele gute Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben und total gut umsorgt. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Distanz zum Meer ist kein Nachteil, wenn man vom Jubel und Trubel der Touristen gerne etwas Abstand nimmt. In nur 20 Minuten ist man auch an der Küste, wenn man das Meer dem Pool vorzieht. Im Dorf gibt es die beste Pizza, die wir je hatten für ganz wenig Geld und gleich neben dem Haus hat es eine Feigenplantage, Wir haben dem Bauer die letzten Feigen der Saison abgekauft, und konnten es einfach nicht glauben, wie süss und lecker diese waren. Alles in allem - wir empfehlen diesen Ort gerne weiter!

absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus liegt sehr schön im Hinterland, mit großem Grundstück und uneinsehbarem Pool mit asureichend Schatten. Besonders unsere Kinder hatten daran sehr viel Spaß! Das Haus ist angenehm kühl, super sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch unseren Vermieter war perfekt von Anfang bis Ende! Wir waren einmal in der nah gelegenen Pizzeria, das war in Ordnung, ansonsten mehrfach in Motovun im Konoba Mondo zum Essen, das war wirklich empfehlenswert. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca. 30 Min, besonders Rovine und die Strände dort haben uns gefallen, Lanterna war auch schön. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Nochmal vielen Dank an Niksa und Jerko!

A fantastic week in a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful week in Villa Rovine - the house was super clean, very well equipped, spacious and lovely and cool. The pool and outside areas were equally well kept, which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner Niksa Bartolic was incredibly helpful, with lots of information about various things, and nothing seemed to be too much to ask. Even before our arrival, Niksa provided very detailed information regarding best border crossings, etc., and kept us updated along the journey. Having stayed at many different villas over the years, this was by far the best experience we've ever had! Thank you from the Clayton family!
