Could not have ask for a more perfect place or location for our weekend getaway. Cabin was well stocked with all you could ask for. Couldn’t find the password to the WiFi but definitely not a problem we look forward to returning again.

Stayed there, had other family staying at another property
Our 2nd visit to this cabin and we love it. It's super cozy and very close to the Mill Creek OHV trails. The host is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will be back.
This was a perfect place for just the two of us. Mr Terry was a wealth of information about the trails. He was such a nice host. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The rain sounded so nice on the roof during the night. Highly recommend this cabin!!!
Beautiful cabin and great location to Mill Creek UTV trails
We loved our stay. The location was perfect for us to reach the trailhead for the Mill Creek UTV trails in about 10 - 15 minutes. The cabin had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable. The area has gas and food (small cafe open for breakfast and lunch) located nearby which was convenient also. We will be back.

Peaceful getaway!
My husband and I booked this cabin for a small getaway without the kiddos. Other than the bed mattress needing updating, it was very peaceful and accommodating and what we were looking for. Looking forward to another stay in the fall!
We loved our stay in this cabin. The owners do live on the property but not visable from the cabin. Beautiful place in the Ozarks. With the lake there it was the best views during fall colors. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, fishes the private lake. Everything was there that we needed including pizza pan, coffee make, pots and pans and dishes. Make sure you stop and stock up. There is a dollar store near by but that's it. We enjoyed our stay.
Very clean and tidy cabin inside and out. The driveway is narrow and steep if you’re pulling a trailer and there is not a way to turn around once at the cabin. The owner is close by and allowed us to park it on his other property which was very secure. The owner is helpful and quick to answer should you need anything or information. We loved that we could access the trail system quickly, it’s located on the north side of mill creek and that there was a few country stores as well as a dollar general with in a few miles of the cabin. If you plan to cook bring groceries with you as there aren’t any options for fresh foods nearby.
Plenty of room for a couple, it sleeps more with a bunk bed and a pull out, but would be pretty tight. All in all we would stay again because of the cleanliness and the owners response. We felt safe and did not worry about our personal belongings when out riding for the day.

Terrible. False advertising. Poor communication from host.
I was told by the owners that the cabin is across the street from their house, that is not true. The location of the "cabin" is right next door to the main house on the property. There is no privacy. The place is super sketch. Communication with the host was very bad. She would only speak in short sentence replies. host: "Will you be traveling alone?" Me: "Yes I will be traveling alone". Then no response from host. The next morning at 9am I sent her a message and got no response. Then 2 hours later I sent "May I please have the access instructions?", host: "Door will be unlocked". No mention of a key or anything. When I pulled up to the property and realized that the cabin featured in the photos was directly next door to a house with dogs barking and a kid driving fast around in a loud tractor. This place was not quiet or peaceful and I didn't stay and never checked in. The next day at 10:45am I received a text message from the host saying "Hey this is Terry from the cabin. I came down twice to check on you. You must have got out early and came back really late.". I responded "Hi Terry. I was unable to make it there after all, a refund would be greatly appreciated, though if you can't do it I understand.". Needless to say I never received a response back or a refund. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying without having received any direction or instructions exept the gps address, so I didn't. Don't book or stay here you will regret it.
