The property is set in a peaceful location and is conveniently located directly on Calis Beach and only a short water taxi or dolmus ride from the historic market town of Fethiye. This luxury, desirably positioned, duplex apartment has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment includes all the facilities you would expect from a luxury property to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible – including air-conditioning throughout, Wi Fi, Satellite LCD TV, full music system and DVD player. The Saros development benefits from a lift to each level of the complex for ease of access. There is also a dedicated solar powered hot water supply with electric back-up to compensate for any power interruptions which may occur.

Saros appartment

Great 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property on the sea front. Lovely pool. Only negatives were the slow internet speed and signs of damp on the washes on lower floor which we understand was due to a flood in the winter. Enjoyed a great stay.

Fabulous apartment

5 of us spent time together at the apartment in September 22. We are 2 couples and a single person. We were delighted with the space , we never felt crowded and the 3 shower rooms meant that we could all get ready quickly. Chris the owner is very responsive and Uğur his contact on the ground is very helpful. Transfers were arranged for us and went re perfect. The position of the building is great being within walking distance from the main restaurants but with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. We have been to Calis several times, but managed to find several new things to do, including a ‘must do’ trip on the cable cars up Babadag mountain. We are already planning a return visit!

Last minute break in Calis Beach

Due to the weird climate we found ourselves in in 2020 with Covid 19 we did not book the Saros 1 Apartment until about 5 days before we travelled. We had visited Calis about 8 years ago so knew the area a little. The apartment is perfectly situated just before the beach front strip , opposite the beach and a lovely newly built Wonder restaurant / beach bar, which has amazing views of the legendary sunsets in Calis which are spectacular. The apartment is very spacious and we needed 4 separate bedrooms. It has everything you need ; air con , fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron. Lovely balcony over looking the sea. Use of a nice sized pool ; there are sunbed cushions and parasols in the apartment. The owner is lovely and very accommodating and the local agent is lovely and welcoming. We arranged a taxi from Dalaman airport to the apartment through the owner and local agent The resort is ideal, a short walk along the beach promenade leads to a variety of restaurants and cafes and bars, with supermarkets dotted around. A little further on and over a bridge where the water taxis are ( which do a lovely trip over to Fethiye ) is a more lively area with more restaurants and lively bars and the usual array of clothes shops, jewellers etc. There is a water park not too far away from the strip. We also met our friends out there and hired a private boat for the day .... AMAZING All in all a great last minute break in a fabulous apartment in a great location. Thank you so much

Great Location and Host

With thanks to Chris and Ugur, we left Fethiye with lots of lovely memories. The place is magnificent, with terrace overseeing the blue water of the Sea, and nice beach side walking corridor that has lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious with two floors and 3 bathrooms. The small complex is very ideal with lovely neighbours. Would love to stay there again.

Our first stay in Calis

We booked this apartment not realising the enormity, totally blown away regarding the space, the facilities, fantastic well maintained pool and landscaping. The location was, in our opinion the best along the beach front of Calis. Fantastic food on offer from the Oben restaurant opposite, the Indian restaurant on the sea front (downstairs) and some good nights chatting to the ex pats next door in the Lukka bar (apparently the cheapest in Calis). Take some time to hire bikes (which were available in the price at our apartment (Saros 1) and go into Fethiye along the blue road along the coast line.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We have stayed in Calis for the last six years for our annual holidays. Without doubt this apartment is in the best location as well as being very well equipped and clean. The cleaner came in after the first week replaced towels and bedding and Ugur who looks after the property was very helpful . There were eight of us staying in the apartment and we did not feel that we were on top of each other. Lukka bar next door was very handy for late night refreshments and snacks . Overall a great holiday was had by everyone

Brilliant holiday

We stayed at this apartment for a month and it was wonderful, it is spacious clean and in a prime location. You are close to the beach, shops and bars and the food is great, we had good food at the Oben and Timeout.Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues which were put right straight away, the gardener is so helpful as is the manager Ugur she is wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Great location

This was a great apartment for our first stay in Turkey - beach on one side and pool on the other and being ground floor very easy to reach both in 2 mins. The apartment is spacious (fourth bedroom a single) with plenty of bathrooms, and the terrace is a lovely place to eat breakfast/lunch and watch the world go by. It was very hot during our stay but he air con is efficient and quiet and the bedrooms on the lower floor are cooler anyway and the wifi worked well. The owner Chris is really helpful about booking airport transfers and other advice and there is also a good management team at the development if needed. There is plenty to do in the area if you want a break from the beach and the locals are friendly and eating out and trips are very good value - you don't need to hire a car which helps the holiday budget too. All in all a very good stay and a recommended apartment with lots to offer in a beautiful part of Turkey where you feel safe and welcome.

Worth Every Penny

I have been to this apartment numerous times with friends and will definitely return. It is modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The is location is perfect opposite the beach with open views of the bay. There are countless high standard restaurants within easy walking distance along the attractive promenade overlooking the beach. Transport to other attractions in the area is easy on the local bus or taxi but the water taxi is a must to Fethyie which is a busy harbour town with traditional markets, fantastic shops and high quality restaurants to suit all tastes. There is something for everyone. I have recommended this property to friends and family and will continue to do so, well worth a visit.

I recently retired from being a partner in an Advertising Agency. I live in the beautiful town of Harrogate.
However, I got bored very quickly and started a new business with a friend and am now the proud owner of an Escape Room venue.

Why they chose this property

I visited a friend who had a place in Calis Beach/ Fethiye and simply fell in love with it. My apartment really is in the perfect location right on the beach at the quiet end of the promenade but with excellent restaurants right outside with masses more choice further down the promenade.
A short trip by water taxi or Dolmus takes you into the working town of Fethiye with excellent shops and all amenities. A visit and meal in the fish market is a must.

What makes this property unique

The location right on the beach is the biggest benefit but there is also a lovely pool for those who don't fancy the beach.
WiFi is available and last time I went myself I could even get this on the beach in front of the apartment.
