About this property

Luxurious Villa with beautiful landscaped gardens, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, a private pool, and in the popular location of Coral Bay. The Villa has been tastefully furnished to reflect the owners high standards. Villa Karma is located within a short walk of the restaurants, taverns, banks, shops, supermarkets, nightlife and beaches. An ideal location as you do not need a car. Also, buses are frequent to the Harbour area.
A gated drive with a pathway leads to the front door with lemon and orange trees along the way. The mature well planned, walled gardens surround the bungalow on one level. There is a sunbathing area with steps into the large pool, (8m x 4m). A covered outdoor area with a traditional BBQ lays among the palm trees. A lovely mountain backdrop completes this ideal location.

Coral bay

Brilliant location, pathway at the side that will take you to a fitness area, children play area plus 2 water parks. 15 minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to all restaurants and bars.

Great vila

The Villa is great it’s central to everything u can walk to most of the restaurants but if you like walking like me and your in your 70 not very good but I did walk every day and enjoyed so cannot complain

Enjoyable stay

Lovely clean villa, pool was excellent, only issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn't as cool as the others, but the fan certainly helped. Dermot and Marilyn were very helpful with any queries. Would definitely book here again.

Excellent Villa, fantastic location

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and the first one I check whenever I plan going to Cyprus. I have been disappointed a couple of times when I never managed to get it so you need to book early. You couldn't ask for a better location, the pool and outside area are brilliant and a good size. Inside is spacious and has everything you can want. Next time I go back booking this villa will be my first priority.

Home from home

This was our 3rd visit to Villa Karma I think 3 visits speak volumes ! In truth my sister and I were determined we would go somewhere different this year but after both of us checking through all the other options we both still felt Villa Karma gave us both the best of what we required . Fantastic outdoor space !Fantastic pool !! Close to shops and restaurants !! Close to get bus for beach or Paphos. I would also like to thank Marilyn and Dermot for always providing the water and always helping out. They sourced a lead we had left at home and brought around to us and helping us out when we had problem with the patio door . Nothing is too much trouble for them . If you are considering a stay here let me say 10/10 *

Lovely holiday in Villa Karma

Have just returned home from a lovely holiday in Villa Karma. The villa has all the amenities you need, including WiFi, a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen and is a real home from home. Its location is ideal and just a short walk to the Main Street in Coral Bay with lots of bars and restaurants and with the stunning Coral Bay and Corallia Bay within a short drive or bus ride. Whilst we hired a car, it is not essential as everything is close by, including supermarkets. Dermot was an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely look to re-book in the future.

Great Location, very private, no car needed, this is my second visit.

This property is in a fantastic location in Coral Bay Cyprus. There is no need for a car but great if you have one to see more of the island. Second time I have stayed at this property and will certainly be doing so again. The villa has absolutely everything you could need. Thanks again.

Overall the property was fine, swimming pool great, comfy bed to sleep in, internet very good and kitchen well stocked with you every need the only negative was it needed a bit of an update because looked tired and looked like the outside barbecue area could do with a good clean

Review of Stay at Villa Karma

We had a lovely stay at Villa Karma. There was communication prior to travel with the property manager and on arrival everything was perfect. The villa was clean and extremely well equipped. We spend most of our holiday at the villa and ventured to the nearby restaurants in the evening. There was some noise for a nearby road but we soon didn't even notice it. The villa is not overlooked which was lovely and the pool was fabulous. Many thanks.

Fabulous villa in a great location

Myself and my parents thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this home from home villa. Couldn’t ask for anything better, location close enough to the shops and restaurants but not so that you hear the bars at night. We have already arranged to stay for 3 weeks this time next year. Our new favourite in Coral Bay.

Our 3rd visit to this villa in 6years which says it all I think

Excellent return visit to villa Karma. Dermot brought water up 3 times for us which is so helpful as we never hire a car. We thought maybe we would try a different villa this year as we had been there twice before but we searched everywhere & in truth couldn’t find a better location ( close to main strip but not too close to hear any noice )In 100% honesty there were a couple that maybe had a bit more “dazzle” but the pool and outdoor space is where we spend most of our time and none of any others we viewed could beat villa Karma for these . Had a great third visit and still ticks all our requirements

Villa Karma

The villa is airy, bright and clean and the garden/pool area is ideal for relaxing. Its situated only about 5/10 minute walk from the main street but the villa is in a quiet residential area . Its very well equiped and furnished. We would highly recommend it

Excellent location, very clean nice villa that has everything you need

Very impressed with this villa and this is the 5th time in Coral Bay and this one is amongst the top two I have stayed in. The location could not be better, the pool is lovely just the way I like it with steps going down at the shallow end which is great for non swimmers but also has the deeper end as well. Absolutely everything you need is in the villa itself even down to plenty of hanging and drawer space with plenty of hangers. It is a good size and very comfortable inside and outside. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Beautiful home from home in the sun

Everything you need in a villa. The water cooler is a huge advantage. Outside area is perfect for us as sun worshippers. This was our 2nd visit & we would def go back again.
