A luxury modern style villa in a quiet residential area. The villa is just 50m from Aqua Lava Water Park and 250m from Playa Flamingo beach. It is situated within 15 minutes walking distance from the town and is 100m from the nearest bus stop. The villa comprises of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuite bathrooms, with a separate toilet and shower room, the master bedroom also has a dressing room. There are 2 kitchens, the indoor kitchen is complete with dishwasher, grill microwave, freezer, oven etc. and a washing machine is available in the utility room. There is a large sea view terrace over looking the heated pool with beautiful views to Fuerteventura and Lobos island. A 10-minute walk will take you to the nearest beach which also has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, from here a beautiful promenade stretches a mile and a half in each direction from the Faro lighthouse at the most southern tip of the island to the fabulous new Marina Rubicon, which boasts a selection of designer shops and upmarket bars and restaurants..

Family stay at Christmas

The property was very well located, just about 30 min from the airport, walking distance to the cute Playa Flamingo with lovely restaurants and convenience shops. The house is huge and very well equipped. During ours stay we have had a couple of small issues but the team was always super helpful, friendly and prompt to respond.We stayed as two families with children ranging from 4 years old to older teens and everyone had a great time!

READ BEFORE BOOKING

In February 2025 my family and I stayed in this villa. The villa was fine but I want to warn those who are considering booking this villa about actions taken by VRBO, the host Mhari and property manager Jason after we arrived home.Having departed the villa on the morning of Tuesday 25th February in a clean state and as found, my family and I travelled back to the UK. On the Wednesday morning I received an email from VRBO and a message from Mhari stating they were going to debit 345 from my account for damaging the lounge TV. I was horrified as we DID NOT damage the TV, it was left as found. I identified that after leaving the villa the cleaners reported to Jason that the TV was damaged. I asked for photos which were sent which showed the TV had been completely smashed like it had been knocked off the TV unit. I disputed that we damaged the TV and told VRBO not to take money from my account and lodged an appeal. Over the next week I called VRBO on multiple occasions for updates, speaking to a different person each time and having to explain the situation each occasion. I also identified my daughter had a video of the lounge area the night before we departed showing the TV working, which I sent to VRBO, yet I received no response to my appeal. I then received an email saying VRBO had debited the money from my account. I was appalled by this behaviour, that no one believed us and that they did not even consider the TV could have been damaged by the cleaning team.

A perfect family holiday

Exactly what we wanted - clean, smart, great location, great pool and pool area. There were a couple of very minor issues - none of which spoilt our stay, but just for your reference..... There was a minor leak in one of the bedroom en-suites following a heavy burst of rain. There was a fairly impactful leak in the pool table room, again following heavy rain. The only other thing was the patio doors from the sitting room into the pool area. which at one point we couldn't get open and had to call for help. Apparently the doors have to be lined up EXACTLY before they would lock. A word of advice ahead of time would have calmed a few nerves. But as I said these were very minor details and DID NOT spoil our holiday in the slightest.

Perfect property for a big family.

Good location easy walk to Flamingo Beach and restaurants. Only thing that could have been better was the games room. American pool table with English balls worn out cues and no chalk. Great villa for a big family. Would have been nice to have an oven in the villa rather than in the outdoor kitchen. Staff really helpful and easy to contact.

Great holiday location. Amazing views

Amazing location. Had problems unfortunately with electrics which resulted in daily hiccups; impacting air con and lights. However a lovely main living room and outside area. Fabulous view of the sea and surrounding area. Lovely location. Stunning.

Beautiful!

Great communication at all stages. When we arrived the villa was exactly as we expected. It was very well equipped for all 14 guests and there were was more than enough space for everyone. The pool and hot tube were perfect and greatly enhanced out stay. The outside kitchen area and bbq area were also ideal. The property managers were very helpful and did everything they could to make our holiday a relaxing, hassle free and memorable experience.

Fab villa

Stayed here for a long weekend in March with 8 friends. Very comfortable. Lots of equipment in kitchen. Pool and hot tub were very clean and warm. Location was better than I thought - a few restaurants within 10 mins walk either direction. Booking was easy. Would go back in a heartbeat. A little expensive but you get what you pay for and we certainly were not disappointed.

Family Holiday for a special treat

10 adults and two babies stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate the two granddads 70th birthdays. The villa was very clean with comfy beds for all of us and en-suite for most of us. The outside area suburb we made us of the outside kitchen and bbq area. The pool and hot tub kept very clean. Its within walking distance to the beach at playa flamingo a little further to Playa Blanca. Overall we all had a lovely time.

Gorgeous Villa!

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at the villa and was thoroughly impressed. The villa has just been through a refurb and the new owner (Roberta) was very helpful in al aspects leading up to our holiday. The waterpark is a 5 min walk away and the beach and restaurants little over 10 mins. Gorgeous sea views. We enjoyed our stay that much that we have already booked to go back next year!

Fantastic luxury villa
