Javea Villa with Private Pool and Garden

This spacious and comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 (maximum of 6 adults) and has all rooms set on one level. It is perfect for summer and winter lets.It is within walking distance of local restaurants, tennis courts, bars a supermarket and other small grocery shops. It is approximately 10 mins drive to Javea Alrenal beach with the smaller beaches of Granadella, La Baracca and Ambolo about 5 mins drive away. There are 2 golf courses within a 10-15 mins drive. The villa is suitable for both summer and winter lets. Its private pool, a secluded sun roof, barbecue and patio areas around the villa make for perfect outdoor summer living. There is central heating and an open fire place for cosy winter evenings.
The villa is available for long winter lets from November to March at a discounted price. Please contact me for a price.

La pareja encargada de enseñar la casa muy bien. En general bien pero los colchones de las dos camas de matrimonio están para cambiar de inmediato, no son aceptables de ninguna manera. A la piscina le hace falta una limpieza a fondo, ya que le faltan innumerables baldosines y están todas las juntas negras. Aunque tienen unos ventiladores poco potentes en cada habitación, se echa en falta aire acondicionado ya que el calor es terrible

Perfect Vacation spot
I recently stayed at this property for a vacation, and it was an absolute delight. The house is exceptionally clean and equipped with everything one could possibly need. The pool is fantastic, offering a refreshing escape with plenty of space to relax. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with stunning viewpoints overlooking the beach and landscape just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot. Robin, the caretaker, was outstanding – everything was seamless and perfectly organized. This place truly exceeded all my expectations, and I can't recommend it enough for a relaxing getaway.

Vacacio es en Javea
Todo correcto, pero creo que el aire acondicionado es necesario por las noches. La piscina los primeros dias no estaba bien pero en cuanto se lo comentamos a los chicos del mantenimiento lo solucionaron. La casa está genial, la zona es tranquila y hemos disfrutado mucho. Karen y Robin muy agradables y ante culaquier duda responden seguido.

Perfecta para vacaciones en familia
Moonrakers es una casa sensacional para pasar las vacaciones en familia y cerca de las mejores playas de la zona. Sue, Robin y Karen se encargan de que todo funcione como un reloj. El espacio de la piscina y el cenador invitan a relajarse y olvidarse de todo. Si tuviera que ponerle una pega solo sería la falta de aire acondicionado (las noches de mucho calor se echa en falta). Gracias por brindarnos unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Maison et piscine très agréables. Cuisine très bien équipée. Joli jardin. Les bémols un peu loin de tout (rien de faisable à pieds), lés moustiques, l’eau chaude et le manque de clim. Tout le monde a été charmant et disponible. Très bon séjour.

Hemos estado muy agusto y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Sobre todo los niños. Está equipada con todo lo necesario y para las noches calurosas había ventiladores en todas las estancias.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Schon der erste Mailkontakt war sehr nett. Auch eine Umbuchung durch Corona war kein Problem. Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich schön. Der Hund hatte freien Auslauf im Garten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Sehr gerne wieder. Danke Sue

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage der Villa ist perfekt. Die Nachbarn allesamt sehr nett. Besonders möchten wir uns für die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort beim checkin und checkout bedanken. Robin und Karen machen das toll. Wir werden sie vermissen.

Buena estancia
La casa en su interior está muy bien. Dos de las habitaciones son muy amplias, los dos cuartos de baño renovados y buenas duchas. Si tuviera que decir algo en contra sólo sería que alrededor de la piscina el suelo es empedrado, quizá poco cómodo. Por lo demás hemos estado de maravilla, corre mucho el aire y la atención de Robin y Karen excelente.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison. La maison est grande et dispose de tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Il ya des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, la cuisine et récente ainsi que les salles de bain. Concernent l'extérieur très grande piscine et grand terrain par contre attention pas d'ombre à partir de 13h, le grand arbre qui figure sur la photo à été coupé. Il y aussi un bâtiment électrique à côté du terrain qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos, cela gauche un peu l'environnement. Un coup de peinture sur l'extérieur de la maison ferai du bien ainsi que recoller carreaux de la piscine qui se décollent. Rien de grave, la maison est agréable et spacieuse et la personne qui nous a accueilli très gentille.

Amazing holiday, feeling like a Royalty
The renter, Sue is very nice, reacts very fast by email. In Spain the contact goes by the local british friends by whats-app, works fine and also reacts very fast. The house has anything you needed, towels enought (only bring your own swimming towels). The wasshing mashine is a must, so do not bring a lot of clothes ;-) Swimmingpool is a luxury but very plesant. Nice area around the villa, san beach (el arenal) nearby with car, and we would reccomend Sue Villa (it's called Moonrakers) offcourse! Greetings, Barry, Anne and kids.

The stars are not enough. 1st + 2nd star For the nice and personal welcome from family Jermaine. 3rd star We were shown and explained everything. 4th star For a clean bungalow. 5th + 6th star That we were allowed to take our dog (Swiss Shepherd Dog). 7th star For the nice run that our dog had. 8th star Also at noon, you could sit outside, through the self-built pavilion. 9th star For the info when the pool cleaner and the gardener come. 10th star For the nice communication with the owner.

Beautiful villa - great holiday
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in August 2018. Before we left we received a clear mail from Sue Rant (owner) with all the things we needed to know. Welcome by Robin and Karen was very friendly, and during our stay we could ask them our questions. The house is fully equipped and the pool was lovely. The environment is very nice and we had a great time. If we decide to go to Spain on holiday again, we will definitely book this property again. Soleil, calme et plages de rêves.
Maison Tres pratique avec une suite parentale particulièrement agréable même en cas de grosses chaleures. Une chambre pour enfants avec 2 lits simples et une chambre sur la piscine avec grand lit et lit simple. Propreté et literie impeccable. Nous n avons trouvé qu une seule chose à redire... Il n y a pas de boulanger digne de ce nom à moins de 10 min de voiture. 😜

This has been our family holiday home for over 40 years. Javea is a wonderful place to stay and offers something for everyone. In summer and winter villa provides a good base to enjoy the delights of this part of the world.

What makes this property unique

The villa is on a flat piece if land which makes access easy. The garden is closed, so safe for pets. We have central heating for winter and shaded areas for summer and the pool for your own private use.
