The villa is about 70 square metres internal size and has all modern amenities including "wifi" and English TV. It is open plan in the main living area and is fully furnished with linen and towels provided. There is a front terrace with great views and an enclosed rear terrace ideal for drying washing etc. There is an outside staircase leading to the roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, also there is a built in BBQ and outside furniture. Less than 5 minutes drive is Camposol golf resort with 18 hole course, club house and hotel with spa facilities. 7 mins from the villa are the main shops, bars, restaurants etc. Camposol village is near a new trunk road with easy access to the motorway system. Please note; Spain can have a very dusty climate and also has extremes of hot and cold, sometime this means that dust can get in the house and make it appear slightly dirty or have a slightly musty smell please be assured that the house is cleaned thoroughly after every guest stay , but we can't do anything about the weather !

Keiths villa is located in a quiet spot. The villa has lovely views from the roof top. If you visit at the right time of year it has the most amazing orange tree. Very relaxing.
Maison agréable, cuisine ok, ventilateurs sauveurs de situation et la vue depuis la terrasse du toit était superbe, surtout de nuit !
La petite terrasse d'en bas était parfaite pour se rafraîchir parés la mer, la plage de Bahia était superbe et hyper agréable, facile a rejoindre, nous avons adoré notre séjour !
We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was great to be able to cook and do laundry, and just relax. Keith was communicative and helpful.
Spacious bungalow with roof terrace, well placed for dogs.
Surprisingly roomy, simply furnished property at very end of Camposol facing hilly desertlike countryside with full freedom for our dogs to run and for us to walk kms. Patios a little small but large roof terrace excellent. Very good for warm sunshine in winter. Within easy reach of towns, Murcia, Cartegena, Mulla etc, mountains and beach. Good supermarket, restaurants etc in Camposol itself at about 4 km. Eat fab fish and chips at The Old Market Tavern in El Puerto!

We hebben geen fijne maar geweldige vakantie gehad. Mooie lokatie en lekker rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis zodat je je echt thuis voelt. Goede bedden. Kan nog uren door gaan met complimenten geven. Echt TOP!!!! Echte aanrader
Fantastico sitio para descansar con la familia (solo si buscas silencio y tranquilidad). La casa es amplia y se puede disfrutar enormemente de sus espacios exteriores (terraza trasera, delantera y azotea). A pesar del calor que hizo, los ventiladores de techo y electrico que tiene la casa nos permitieron pasar una estancia estupenda. Los colchones, nuevos y firmes, fantásticos. Comunicacion excelente con el propieta
rio en todo momento.
We found the holiday all as described with everything we needed for our stay, it was exactly what we expected unfortunately the weather was absolutely terrible so we did not get to use the outside area.
We would stay again
Nice little property and good for trips out to the seaside and Cartagena. Contact with the owner helped very much as he was on hand to answer any questions.

Huis was redelijk; erg afgelegen; keuken vet en vies, bedden niet geweldig. Genoeg (teveel) linnengoed. Het slot/sleutel van de voordeur werkte zó slecht (soms wel, soms niet) dat wij niet gezamenlijk het huis durfden te verlaten. Jammer als je gezamenlijk op vakantie gaat!!!!!

I live In Marchwood near the New Forest with my Chinese wife who is an artist and I have a small Landscaping business. I feel strongly about local affairs so I am also a parish councillor . Although I live in a beautiful part of the world I love the warmth of Spain. I am quite happy to share my holiday home as I feel good about others enjoying that part of Spain as much as I do.
Why they chose this property
I bought here because it is a popular area for the Spanish to take their holidays, so it has a very authentic feel, It is well served by Alicante , Murcia Corvera and Almaria airports, it also has some stunning scenery with great beaches but also the Sierra Espuna National park is near, so on a hot day you can take a cooling drive in the mountains and find a country restaurant with local specialities on the menu.
What makes this property unique
The actual location of the property is very quiet with direct access to open country for walking and mountain biking, there are stunning rooftop views.
