We enjoyed the property a lot. There are a few things to note. The master bedroom does not cool very well and the master closet is also locked to guests. We had to use the other bedroom closet. Not a big deal because no one was in that room, but may be an issue otherwise. There is a leak under one of the sinks in the master bath. The light is out in the fridge and it doesn’t cool well. The outlet on the porch on the side of the house doesn’t work so we had to ask the neighbor to use his for our golf cart. There are a lot of stairs for some this may pose a problem. We had a wonderful time and would rent again in this neighborhood.

Short but quiet stay
This rental is a charming 3 story Spanish style house located just off of 30A. Each floor has 2 bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. However house smelled very musty as soon as we walked in. Check-in was easy, but the lock box is in the back and no key to the front door– a bit inconvenient since every time we left one of us had to lock the front door and go out the back. A few maintenance issues: AC was not working on the second floor and it became very warm and humid when sleeping, the toilets ran very slow and the water tasted funny, the house needs a water filter. The location is across the street from beach access and is close to Rosemary Beach and Seaside which we visited. It's also about a 20 minute drive to Destin. The house was well stocked but the appliances were old and a bit stingy on amenities. Just FYI, they also charged 250 for animal cleaning fee for my small non-shedding PSD for anyone renting with a service animal. A plus is that they let us in a few hours early, check in time is at 4:00. The manager was nice and replied quickly through text.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property would be a great place for a summer beach family vacation. The house is in a great location. If I could make a few recommendations, I suggest a few more “upon arrival necessities” and basic kitchen items. There are a few upkeep items that need attention. That would be, replace the noisy low quality fan in the half bath, add a towel bar or hanger in the bathrooms, none by one sink in the a bathroom, one cabinet door above stove is ready to fall off. The most annoying was the hard water. There my be a reverse ion treatment appliance in-line, but it is not effective at all, meaning altering is almost impossible. A true water softener would be a wonderful addition.

Perfect stay on 30a
Rental was perfect for our family! Great location, public beach access is just across the street along with Goatfeathers & donut shop. Shaved ice, pizza & several other dining options walkable from the house. Ended up doing a delivery order from Walmart for groceries & necessities (extra TP, paper towels, etc) & worked out great. No trouble cooking a few meals in the kitchen, all the basics are available. We did run out of propane for the grill on our last night of stay but I finished the chicken in the oven & it was fine. There were chairs & an umbrella in the deck box outside the house though we did rent some chairs our first day of visit.

This house is very spacious and comfortable. Well decorated with plenty of space for our group. The primary bathroom shower was not working at all so we were down one shower with 7 women in the house. A place to hang clothes in the primary room would also be helpful as the closet was locked.

Reviewer Comments: I was informed the morning of my arrival that the dryer wasn’t working and because it was Sunday that they couldn’t get a service person out. I understand that things do happen however I wasn’t expecting to be without a dryer for my entire week long stay. They did bring us extra towels however it would have been nice to wash my swimming suits, beach towels and clothes. When I asked for some type of reimbursement for my inconvenience they told me they don’t ever give refunds. If I were you I’d go with another rental company or find an individual who is willing to work with people when things happen to the property. Also this particular property had roaches (we discovered during our stay). It’s one thing to find one but something different when you wake up to one in your bed. Also the place wasn’t cleaned to my liking. If you have stainless appliances then they need to be cleaned and not have hands and sticky all over them.

Great location and awesome house.
Great location and very clean. Close to beach access. We had 4 adult couples so it was nice for everyone to have a private bath. It was clean ,it could use more drinking glasses, bar ware, and wine glasses. Overall it was a great place to stay and everyone was very happy with it.

Furniture in good condition. Only 2 things, not a large enough outdoor seating area to accommodate number of guests in the house unless you all sit on different balconies. Next is kitchen is not well stocked. Not enough glasses, plates, bowls. Not nearly enough serving type dishes, platters, larger bowls to accommodate number of people house holds. One single sheet pan for a house serving 10 plus people. BBQ has a Weber cover but is actually a charbroil brand, not nearly as good as Weber.

The house was well maintained and fit all our needs. A very short walk on the side of the house for the kids to get ice cream was very convenient. Short walk to beach and the driveway for easy drop off at beach was beneficial for all our gear. Originally we thought the stairs wouldn’t be too much but it was more than we anticipated. Kept everyone downstairs to socialize so that was a plus. Highly recommend!

Location of home was perfect. Five minute walk to the beach. Beach very crowded. Private beaches on each side of public beach. Home in need of appliances upgrade. Fridge never cold enough. Property management was excellent. Few issues upon arrival and were addressed immediately. Restaurant and shops all in walking distance.Public’s was a short five minute drive. You could park 3 small vehicles in front drive of house. I parked at Seagrove Baptist church with permission and a donation. Contact a few weeks prior if needs arise. We discovered beach chairs on the side of the house which were not mentioned in description of the home. Overall great stay.

Had a great time. House has a great location and is within walking distance of beach and restaurants. The only downside to this house is that there are a lot of steps (3 flights) and may not be ideal for some. We would rent at this location again.
