Dazzling Chalet is an upscale modern remodeled A-Frame home featuring 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths located by cafes, markets, paddle boarding & hiking + biking trails (just 1 block up from the Lake!). Architect Designed "Intersected" Modern A-Frame with cathedral ceilings, cedar plank walls & 2 large redwood decks to enjoy the fresh air. There is high speed internet, smart TV's, chefs kitchen & w/d. Play, Dream, and Unwind at the Dazzling Chalet!
What makes this property unique
The Dazzling Chalet is just1 block up from the Lake! Conveniently walkable to one of Tahoe's finest breakfast spots, Firesign Cafe, the upscale West Shore Market+Cafe, and lakefront dining at Sunnyside. Plus, the newly opened Shadyside Lounge just down the street offers fantastic experiences, attracting a good mix of locals and visitors with its great cuisine. With its easy access to the lake, there are grocery and restaurants 2 blocks away. In winter, the shuttle to Homewood Ski Resort(only 3 miles away) picks up on the corner (or you can drive up our street to the Sherwood lift at Alpine Meadows. Pacific Palisades (formally Squaw) is 10 miles away. Walk to a nice upscale West Shore market (just remodeled) and a few restaurants. In Summer, just leave on a bike or by foot. Nature, wilderness and the lake all very accessible.
