The best thing about this property is the location. On a lovely part of the bay, it’s close to restaurants, groceries, and a bakery. The view from the pool area is perfection. However, this condo is on the back side of the property and only has peek-a-boo views from the unit. There is also an odor in the unit - maybe cigarettes, maybe damp. Once I aired the place out, the smell was tolerable.

Duzy apartament, klimatyzacja działająca, na plus - w obiekcie pralka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Obiekt nie jest pierwszej nowości. Basen trochę zaniedbany, odpadające kafelki, woda mętna. Ale widok przepiękny i wolne leżaki , można bylo spokojnie odpoczywać przy basenie. Dużo schodów do pokonania - o czym nie ma mowy w ofercie, jesli ktoś ma problem z chodzeniem to moze być kłopot.

Bon sejour

Appartement tres bien situé et tres bien agencé. Il etait indiqué que l'on pouvait communiquer en français (raison pour laquelle nous avons privilégié cette location), c'est absolument faux que ce soit le proprietaire ou l'agence, personne ne parle francais. Apres 1780km et beaucoups d'escaliers à grimper pour monter nos bagages, nous rêvions de nous rafraichir a la piscine. Piscine marron, sale, probleme de pompe qui devait etre resolu le lendemain. Or elle a ete inaccessible pendant tout notre sejour. Idem pour la télé, qui devait etre changée ( nouvelle tele dans son carton dans le salon). Je le signale que pour montrer le manque de serieux de l'agence qui gère cette location. Je ne sais pas si cet appartement etait loue avant notre arrivée mais il y avait une forte odeur de renfermé. Il est précisé que la vue sur la baie de Kotor est exceptionnelle, c'est exacte mais sur la terrasse de l'immeuble et non du balcon de l'appartement qui lui donne sur un autre immeuble. Il est aussi indiqué dans les prestations, parking, or en effet il ya un parking souterrain, mais nous avons su a notre depart qu'en fait la location ne disposait pas d'emplacement de garage. Sans garage je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait car aucune place autour c'est en pente tres importante et pendant la saison tres prisé. Nous avons passé quand meme passé un tres bon sejour, commerces et restaurants proches, Kotor a quelques kilometre avec parking relativement proche.

Niezapomniane wakacje.

Niezapomniane widoki, blisko morze i sklepy. Możliwość kąpieli w basenie i w morzu (wystarczy zejść na dół i przejść przez jezdnię). Mieszkanie przestronne i dobrze zagospodarowane. Na miejscu jest wszystko co niezbędne do przygotowywania posiłków, kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne urządzenia. Klimatyzacja oraz wi-fi działają bez zarzutów (najistotniejsze udogodnienia 😊). Bardzo chętnie tam wrócimy, bo co dziwne wszystkim członkom rodziny się podobało.

Overall nice location and a reasonable apartment for the price

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is located on a steep hill which wasnt an issue for us. Shop is close by and the small beach is just a short walk down the hill.. There were only a few minor things we would like to suggest for improvement: * an internet access would be a big plus * we were only able to find one channel to watch on TV * mattresses could do with upgrading

Why they chose this property

Hi, our names are Des and Bev and we have a daughter who was 12 when we purchased our apartment that has views over Boka Kotorska bay. From the shared pool the views of the bay are stunning where you can enjoy relaxing on the sunbeds in a large sunbathing area that compliments the large pool area, that also has a toilet. After your dip why not try the local cuisine and wine just a short walk away. The town of Kotor is a short bus ride away for 1 euro, there is plenty of history there among the cafes and bars. There are beaches 20 mins drive away, or smaller stone beaches 5 mins walk and water sports on the bay. That's why we bought this modern apartment, we think the location is picturesque, see what you think.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the on site pool, walking, water sports, local boat trips trying different local food and wine. We also enjoy the picturesque area and watching the liners coming into the port of Kotor.
