Beautifully appointed luxury duplex 2 bedroom apartment in Cabopino port sleeping 4 people (most suited to 2 adults and 2 children). Air conditioning in the master bedroom and living area (the second bedroom is cooled by the master bedroom unit). Stunning views from 2 terraces and just 1 mins walk from the beach, residents private communal swimming pool and restaurants/bars. Satalite TV. Fantastic front line location in the heart of the port. Extremely well equipped with large modern kitchen. The apartments front terrace overlooks the boats in the port and the sea/beach whilst the rear terrace, off the master bedroom, looks over the beach and sea towards Marbella. This is a beautiful apartment in an enviable location.

Super bien !

Cabopino es una playa-puerto super bien situado Solo el wifi no ha funcionado Durante toda nuestra estancia Y precisar que en la habitación de matrimonio no hay persianas, para los que necesitamos dormir sin luz, complicado !! La lavadora funciona pero es muy antigua, necesita un cambio ! Y la habitación de niños, no tiene ventana exterior… para airear hay que poner el ventilador !! El resto, sobre todo el sitio , nota de 10!!!

disappointing stay due to noise and inadequate facilities

Our 4-week stay was beset with 3 weeks of unbearable noise from the next apartment being refurbished. Jackhammers made conversation frequently impossible, and even punched a hole right through the party wall! A 4-night respite in an alternative (but inferior and inadequate) apartment did little to help. We complained about several problems within 24hours of our arrival. Property agent was polite and pleasant and tried to resolve issues quickly, stymied by slow authorisation from owner. Faulty fridge, broken bed and grimy and collapsing sofa were replaced during week 2. Inadequate tv service (ITV only) and insecure and slow wifi were not resolved till week 3. Broken rattan patio chairs not fixed at all. Faulty kettle was in fairness replaced immediately. So the owner did eventually act to fix issues within his control but our holiday was spoiled and those issues should have been identified and resolved following any sort of inspection prior to our arrival. His attitude to the noise is illustrated in this text to me, “any noise is out of my control as previously stated, in the summer it is kids screaming till 2am in the morning whilst the parents are in bars – cannot win really”. This is a truly noisy apartment and you can hear conversation and even a floor being swept next door. The owner has ignored requests for any financial recompense for the inconveniences either within his control or not. Our last week was spent in coronavirus lockdown and (thank goodness) relative quiet. The owner did agree to let us stay on if our flight out had failed. So would we recommend this apartment for future users? Well, it has several new facilities, it is now comfortable (apart from those rattan chairs) although some items still demonstrate neglect and need attention. It has stunning views, but it is VERY noisy, I would not want to be there if the adjacent apartments were occupied. If you have a problem, based on our experience, do not expect the owner to be financially sympathetic, nor indeed to authorise rapid resolution of the problems.

Leiligheten i Cabopino havn hadde en fantastisk beliggenhet. Fra den ene terrassen så vi soloppgangen og fra den andre så vi solnedgangen. En del støy fra naboleiligheten som var under rehabilitering. I det store og hele meget fornøyd med oppholdet.

Perfect!

Very charming apartment, a balcony for sunrise and a good breakfast, a balcony for sunset and a beer! The only thing that would need to be refurbished is the furniture .... Otherwise, wonderful, close to the beach, many good restaurants!

We loved it

being visitors to the Costa del Sol for 15 years, we "experienced" many apartments, owners and local staff. Thanks to you, Steve, and your staff in Cabopino, everything from booking via staying to leaving went extremely smoothly and without any frictions. Particular with regards to the little damage I caused, your local staff acted very quickly and supportive. Thanks for that. We loved the apartment, it was exactly the location where we wanted to be, i.e. being close to sea, pool and massages. It is a lovely apartment with absolutely stunning views of harbor, pool, beach and mountains. We would love to come back. Sandra and Martin

Toller Urlaub

Das Objekt liegt direkt am Strand von Cabopino. Sehr gute Lage vor allem für Familien. Geschlossener poolbereich inklusive Liegen, Baden am Strand und wieder zurück zum Salzwasserpool ist problemlos. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants. Appartment sauber großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage abends keine Partys. Zentrum von Marbella in 10 min Fahrt erreichbar. Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation am Haus. Obwohl geschlossener Bereich und es eigentlich für jeden Appartmentinhaber ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stehen sollte, hatten wir leider Tage an denen wir kein Parkplatz am Haus bekamen, und mussten uns irgendwo einen suchen, das ist stressig. Alles andere war top.

Great stay in an excellant location.

We were not arriving until mid evening and our son who was staying in another apartment collected the key for us in the afternoon. That was fortunate as the beds had not been made up and the apartment had not been cleaned. The lady made arrangements for the beds to be made up. We cleaned the floors ourselves. We assume this was a one off. The apartment has two terraces. The larger faces east with views over the marina towards Malaga. The other, off the bedroom faces west towards Marbella and is great for a sundowner. The second bedroom is small with no exterior window. It has bunks and is suitable for children. The lounge has plenty of room and the kitchen is very well equipped. If you intended to self cater the 2 onsite mini markets have the basics but good sized supermarkets are a couple of miles away so a car would be recommended. There are a wide variety of restaurants at the port We had a great stay and are likely to book again.

Outstanding Views and Location

We recently spent two weeks at S12465. The views from both balconies were absolutely outstanding. The second balcony and view was a real surprise. Lovely apartment, pool (pool staff), sunbed arrangements, location is fabulous with Jorges Bar down below and numerous lovely meals at La Despensa and great Chinese take-away. Excellent parking arrangements. Great access to beautiful beach and sea. Would benefit from air conditioning, however when both balconies are open there is a lovely through breeze and lots of fans available. 2nd bedroom on the small side for two teenagers but luckily we had the option of bed sofa in lounge. We had a wonderful, relaxing 2 week break and would highly recommend this apartment. We would love to return - if we don't end up buying one there ourselves, it was so nice!
