Adjoining another property, the living accommodation is found on the first floor and together with a large enclosed decked terrace it enjoys superb panoramic views to the sea. The perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday at any time of the year. Enjoy breathtaking walks along the coastal footpaths which is only a mere 300 yards away, birdwatching or simply relax in the sand dunes enjoying the warm summer sun. The town of Hayle is 1.5 miles distant and has a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Short drive further is St Ives with its cobbled streets, Tate Gallery and the famous cream teas can be found in many of the tearooms and cafes.

I am 40 married with two beautiful children Morgan aged 10 and Megan aged 9. We live in Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire. We love our holidays in Cornwall as we find that it is a place that we can chill and enjoy the outdoor life, and there is always plenty to do what ever the weather.

We brought the house for the location as it is so close to the beach and has amazing view to St Ives Bay.
