Luxury / Spacious Town House with Sea Views, Large Pool, overlooking Golf Course

This beautiful modern townhouse is adjacent to the Vale de Milho golf course in Carvoeiro and is within walking distance from a supermarket, restaurants and Centeanes beach. The location of the property is residential, however the town centre is only 15min walk/5min drive away. The property has been built to high spec including air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout and is VERY spacious with light colour scheme. It is on two floors with 3 ensuite bedrooms (the master bedroom is very large and has a double sofa bed), lounge/dining area with a sun terrace and a roof terrace overlooking the pool, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite tops and high quality MIELE equipment, and a separate guest cloakroom. The property is tastefully furnished and offers all comforts for your holiday. There is a large communal pool for guests' use and as there are only 10 Townhouses in this small, privileged complex, it is never going to be too noisy or crowded for your relaxation.

Coin de paradis au calme

Nous avons séjourné avec des amies pendant une semaine dans la maison et tout était parfait. Décoration, équipements, tranquillité ! La résidence se comporte de quelques maisons mitoyennes mais il y avait peu de résident présents et c’était très calme. Nous avons adoré les différents niveau de la maison qui permette à certaines de se reposer et d’autres de cuisiner c’est très bien isolé. La maison est situé à quelques pas du centre ville de Carvoeiro et idéalement situé entre Albufeira et Portimao si vous avez la voiture (indispensable) Merci pour nous avoir fait passé un excellent séjour je recommande !

Peaceful break

A fabulous location on a lovely private complex. The pool and grounds are immaculately kept. Disappointed in the property management company as the promised cleaning did not materialise and we had to request clean towels. The property is very spacious and the only matter that we thought could be improved was to add stairrails on the corners as 2 members of our party found them difficult.

Beautiful house on golf resort

We were more than impressed when we arrived at the property, the decor is beautiful. Lovely kept grounds & garden area. The pool was very clean and never too busy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The area is very quiet and a great location for beaches & Carvoeiro town. Comfortable lounge area with Netflix’s and other streaming platforms. Emma the manager was really friendly & helpful & really quick to help when we asked for something. We will definitely be back, can’t recommend the property enough. Thank you 😊

Fabulous villa - recommended !

Wonderful spacious villa with a large shared (but very quiet) pool in a quiet location next to the golf club. Admin and welcome pack was fantastic, everything we could need for arrival. Bedrooms were huge, all en-suite, the kitchen and lounge everything that one could want. Heartily recommended !

Very spacious and well equipped

Good experience. However I find it totally unacceptable that the Damage Deposit has been held by HomeAway for in excess of three months. This on top of a hefty booking fee.

Beautiful and spacious villa

We are a family of 4. We purchased the house a number of years ago when we were living in Asia. We holidayed in the Algarve and loved it! We now live in the Middle East and don't get over it very often now. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Very deceiving! Its large and spacious inside, light and airy. The surrounding area is great with lots to do a lovely beach at the bottom of the road.
