'Tranquility' is a new Spanish style villa set in the mountains of Monte Pedreguer with breathtaking sea and country views.
You will enjoy peace and quiet as well as having exclusive access to a private pool.

The villa is a home from home with plenty of CD's, DVD's, satellite TV, Wifi, books as well as games and pool inflatables.
You might enjoy a quiet evening at the villa now boasting Fibre Optic Internet.
Villa Tranquility is situated within an easy twenty minute drive from popular beaches in Javea or excellent shopping in the port of Denia, the location offers something for all ages and tastes. As its name suggests, the property is in a very quiet position near the Montgo National Park and is an easy 50 minute drive on the A7 from either Alicante or Valencia airports. An 18 hole golf course and spa can be found at the 5 star Marriot with horse riding and tennis nearby. Lots of fun can be had at Benidorm's water and theme parks which is a 25 minute drive. Alternatively visits to hill top towns (Guadalest) or fishing villages (Calpe) offers a taste of the traditional Spain. Ibiza and the Balearic Islands are a 2 hour ferry ride from the port of Denia. The new Portal de la Marina boasts a shopping mall with some great shops and a gymnasium.

Localisation éloignée du centre ville pour le calme recherché : top. Grand centre commercial accessible rapidement, ainsi que les plages. La piscine permet de vivre en autarcie et de profiter de cette belle maison sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Petit bémol à savoir avant : barbecues interdis en juin, juillet et août… jacuzzi non fonctionnel. Mis à part ces petits détails, tout est conforme et le propriétaire joignable par mail est très réactif.

Lovely location and villa
We have just returned from 10 days at the villa. The location of the villa is quite high up the mountain but this gives you beautiful views and sunsets. The pool is so refreshing especially as it was really hot but you do get a lovely breeze being that bit higher up. The villa has everything you need and we couldn’t have had a better stay. Hopefully return next year.

The Villa and location was absolutely amazing , very peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Pool was great , easy to find and there were no issues at all. Towns all easily accessible , overall and very enjoyable and relaxing holiday . Highly recommended stay.

Peaceful retreat
We had a calm relaxing week in this peaceful villa . The views are stunning the villa has everything you need . The pool is perfect temp with pool toys , sun-loungers & umbrellas. It’s quite remote so you need to drive 10 mins to local shops and the local restaurant is very friendly and very english. There is a big shopping centre with more restaurants 15 mins away . We all felt unbelievably relaxed & well read when we came home .

Die Umgebung und die Villa ist sehr schön. Dieses Mal war es aber zum Teil schmutzig und auch die Kochuntensilien haben wir zum Teil neu kaufen müssen. Evt müsste man auch mal die Matratzen und Stühle neu kaufen. Die waren sehr beschmutzt und brachen auch fast auseinander. Aber sonst alles gut.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage und kleinen Mängeln
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt direkt auf einem Berg mit einem tollen Ausblick.Am besten hat uns der tolle Pool gefallen.Es gibt einen Supermarkt direkt unten an der Straße und ein großes Einkaufszentrum 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist schön. Leider teilweise nicht sehr sauber, z.b war die Tischdecke vom Esstisch sehr dreckig. Die Auflagen der Stühle waren fleckig und teilweise gerissen. Der Backofen war sehr schmutzig. Es gab keine Pooltücher und auch keine Handtücher zum wechseln, obwohl wir 2 Wochen vor Ort waren. Im Bad gibt es absolut keine einzige Ablage und der Wasserdruck ist so gering, dass 2 Personen nicht gleichzeitig duschen können. Es gab 2 Sonnenschirme aber keinen Schirmhalter dazu? Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett.

Relaxing Villa
Villa Tranquility is exactly that, very quiet and relaxing yet only 20 mins drive from excellent eating in Xabia and Denia. The view from the villa is amazing between the mountains to the sea. The property has all you need for a very relaxing stay, we will not hesitate to book again.

Es war traumhaft! Wir hatten super schöne Ferien! Sehr gerne wieder. Es hiess zwar, dass es Sonnenschirme hat, jedoch waren beide schon kabutt bei der Ankunft. Also haben wir selber einen Neuen gekauft und der ist jetzt auch dort geblieben :-)

Propriété trop loin de l’arenal comptez plutôt 30 minutes , pas de douche extérieur pour la piscine (pas cool), pas de pression d’eau, ustensile du cuisine plutôt limite même pas de passoire pour exemple, bref maison avec belle vue et jolie piscine mais c’est tout ne vaut pas le prix.

Prachtige woning jammer van de jacuzzi
Prachtige woning, alles dik inorde maar wij boekten deze villa voor de jacuzzi die niet gebruikt kon worden en dit heeft niets met Corona te zien hij was gewoon kapot, die jacuzzi zal wel in de prijs inbegrepen zijn dus een compensatie zou wel op zijn plaats zijn!!!

Nous avons passer d’excellentes vacances au sein de cette propriété tout à été parfait. L’endroit est calme, la vue est magnifique et toutes les commodités sont à proximité. La maison est spacieuse, propre, moderne et tout le nécessaire à vivre est à disposition. L’hôte est très accueillant et très réactifs au message nous avons pu avant notre arrivée prendre contact avec lui à plusieurs reprises et celui ci s’est montré toujours cordiale et disponible je recommande a 100% idéale pour famille ou entre amis le cadre est idyllique pour se reposer ou passer du bon temps ! We are a British family who have designed and built this property and rented it for 8 years. Many families have enjoyed staying at the villa with the majority of people making a return trip.

Why they chose this property

We bought the plot of land and had the villa built for us by a local building company.

Tranquility, as the name suggests, is a place to get away from it all. Set high on Monte Pedreguer it enjoys breathtaking sea and mountain views. There are many beautiful walks directly from the villa and fantastic, golden beaches nearby. Moraira and Javea beaches are by far our favourite.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy peace and quiet as well as having exclusive access to a private pool.
