Estancia muy agradable

La comunicación con el propietario, perfecta.La casita limpia, la piscina también.Colchones bien El wifi bien.Mobiliario y utensilios sufientes.La Sra que entrega la llave ha sido amable. En definitiva hemos estado muy a gusto.

Limpieza fatal.

Al día siguiente de la reserva me puse en contacto con la encargada de la villa, para hacerle incapies que viajaba con 2 Menores y que me gustaría que la villa estuviese en condiciones para entrar. Antes de todo decir que la entrada la tenía a las 16: y me permitieron entrar a las 12:, llegamos 20 minutos x accidente en autovía, pedí perdón. La encargada estuvo 2 minutos enseñándonos la casa y se fue pitando. Lo único limpio eran las sábanas y el colchón, lo bueno también lo digo. Polvo en muebles, suelos, cocina, terraza, muebles de terraza. Se lo comuniqué al propietario y me dijo que la limpieza no le habría dado tiempo a la mujer a limpiar.( 8 días antes hice reserva). Qué la terraza estaría sucia x las " Fuertes lluvias", ? Qué lluvias?. Mi pareja y yo nos tiramos 2 horas para limpiar y dejarlo medio desente. Tengo fotos del antes y del después. X si alguien las necesita. El lunes informé que el lavavajillas no funcionaba y hasta el miércoles no me dió solución la encargada. Si ponías el lavavajillas no podías poner la lavadora, ya que saltaba el automático. Las escaleras de la piscina están rotos los bordes, cortes en los pies, todos tuvimos. Los escalones para subir a la villa rotos. Vamos, que no pensamos volver. Podría continuar pero creo que lo más importante ya lo he dicho. Tengo fotos os recuerdo.

Villa agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cette villa toute équipée. Nous avons séjourné à 5, nous étions à l'aise car beaucoup d'espace. Karen était à l'écoute et réactive. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Respecto a la limpieza

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Había mucho polvo en las lámparas sobretodo. En la bañera un matojo de pelos que por supuesto no eran nuestros. En los armarios mascarillas que no eran nuestras y muchos trastos con mucho polvo... También muchas Hormigas.... También comentar la falta de luz en la zona de la piscina. Por lo demás hemos podido disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. Muchas gracias. Un saludo. Conforme esta la situación la limpieza e higiene esta muy valorada por los inquilinos, y se debe mejorar...

Luces y sombras

Buenas instalaciones, poco menaje de cocina, tuve que comprar cloro por que había y estuvieron mucho tiempo sin que nadie se acercara a ponerlo, que en algún momento alguien puso cloro y muchísimas hormigas por todo los sitios

Ce fut un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien situé et très bien desservie. Karen était à l’écoute De nos demandes et très serviable . La villa était très propre nous avons apprécier y séjourner.

décevant. bruyant.pas très propre.

Pas de cafetière .les plaids sur les canapés tachés. le linge de maison devait être changés pour une location de 2 semaines, on attends toujours. quand nous avons enlevés les taies d'oreillers cela nous a fait peur(Jaune sale).peu d'ustensile de cuisine, passoire rouillé, 2 petites casseroles, 3 poêles dont 2 inutilisables. le cartier est très bruyant des chiens dans toutes les maisons donc sérénade à toute heure.il y avait des trucs bizarre en liège dans les salles de bains comme tapis de bains. pour l'état des lieux de sortie on attends toujours la dame pour remise des clefs. la piscine entretenue 1 fois et la personne est partie en laissant couler l'eau. le tuyau de remplissage est laissé dans la douche extérieur et il est noir de crasse. en bref on y retournera pas. la maison par elle même est agréable sinon.

La maison très agréable, la piscine privée est très appréciable Les recommandations du propriétaire nous ont bien aidé et la gentillesse du voisinage également pour découvrir des lieux sympas et moins envahis par les touristes . Le couple qui s occupe de la maison est également très sympathique et tres serviable . On hésitera pas à y revenir

Alicante Villa

This Villa is a great base for a holiday on the Costa Blanca. Having an English speaking property manager over there was a great bonus as she was able to assist us with directions to the property after a long day of traveling. The villa is lovely and the air con in both bedrooms and sitting room is a godsend on hot Spanish nights. The pool is on the small side but our kids were never out of it, and loved every single minute. Would definitely recommend as I would definitely hire this villa again . Dealing directly with the owner was a joy, he was always quick to respond to the many e-mails I sent regarding the villa and surrounding area sent the damages deposit back promptly after the holiday was over. Would say that the use of a hire car is an absolute necessity for this villa though.
