This villa sits in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding banana and olive groves with panoramic sea views. The villa enjoys private luxuriously planted gardens including a fruit garden of citrus, pomegranate and fig trees. The villa rests at the end of a no through road giving a truly peaceful holiday experience as there is no passing traffic to disturb you. This villa is within 5 mins drive of the Akamas with its wild beaches and turtle colonies, 5 mins drive to Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches and bars and restaurants, and 5 mins drive to the village of Peyia with its excellent bakery, butchery and supermarket. The villa enjoys the occasional visitation to its boundaries from the local goat herd in the early mornings reminding visitors of traditional Cyprus. Freshly made coffee with the sound of jingling goat bells and warm sun is a great way to start the day! Aphrodite Hills championship golf is 30 mins drive away. Local stables for horse riding is 2 mins drive. Pafos zoo is just down the road. 5 mins drive to Coralia beach with its family orientated rock pools, shallow waters, sunbeds etc.

Fabulous villa

We had a brilliant stay at Deborah’s villa. Absolute highlight were the outside amenities. The pool area is superb - the pool itself is a fantastic size and kept the children in our party very busy! The view from poolside is fabulous and we made great use of the outside seating areas, which are well placed in the shade. The inside was spacious for our party of 8 and having the bedrooms all on one level was ideal with young children. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby (walking distance uphill) and plenty of options a short drive away. Communication with both Deborah and her property manager was excellent and speedy throughout. I would highly recommend Deborah’s villa and hope to visit again soon!

Our multi generation family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Villa Panorama everything you would need and more lovely sea views and lots of private space Deborah the host was so helpful from the time of booking and Jane took over on our arrival was marvellous with recommendations on areas to visit and all the restaurants were fabulous she just couldn’t do enough to make our stay a happy one always with a great sense of humour. Lovely villa in a peaceful location

We have just returned from a week at Deborah's lovely villa. It is in a very peaceful location with a great sea view, perfect for sunset drinks! The villa itself is very well kitted out and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 small children very comfortably. The pool was delightful, heating costs discussed and agreed with Deborah in advance, well worth it as the pool would have been chilly this time of year otherwise. As it was, we couldn't keep the children out of the pool for the week! It was very clean and well maintained. All communication with Deborah was clear and straightforward beforehand with useful recommendations for supermarkets, etc. I cannot think of a single downside to our stay – we did not leave the villa very often and that was a testament to how comfortable and relaxing it was! I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

This is a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. The outside area is stunning with a huge pool and great bar area. There is absolutely everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Communication with Deborah was great and she was always quick to respond to any queries. Simon the property manager was swift to respond to an issue with one of the showers. I almost don’t want to write a review so i can keep this gem of a villa to myself! The owner, Deborah was so helpful in the run up to the booking. Her agents in Cyprus were also excellent, they arranged a breakfast pack for our very late arrival so the children had food for the morning and made recommendations for restaurants in the area. Directions were straightforward and the villa easy to find tucked away at the bottom of a no through road. We felt safe tucked away and there is a full security system. The villa was quite simply - outstanding. The photos do not do it justice at all and you don’t get the true size indoors or outdoors. The villa itself has 4 beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms. All spotlessly clean and we were provided with a mid week clean /change of linens which was very much appreciated. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is fabulous too with all that you can need. The real draw of this house however it outside. A huge pool - again spotlessly clean with the most gorgeous view to sea. The grounds are well kept - plenty of sun loungers and parasols (all great quality & comfy). There is a fabulous bar /dining area outside with a huge fridge - again the photos don’t do it justice but it’s pretty impressive when you first step outside . The owner clearly has put a considerable amount of time and money into this property with homely touches. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for this wonderful property.

Stunning Villa

From entering the villa to find the fantastic view it offers and meeting the owner to leaving was a great experience. Beautiful location very spacious and well looked after, although i could pick on a couple of points that maybe weren't perfect it would be a little much to expect from a rental villa. You will need a car for this location as quite a way out from the hustle and bustle but then that's why you choose it for the peace and quiet and tranquillity . Around 10 minutes drive to coral bay and the strip or allow maybe 20/25 minutes to paphos harbour. One disappointment is the towels are not changed mid way thru a 2 week stay but sheets are. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this place again enjoyed it very much.

Panorama Villa bliss

This Villa is truly amazing. My family and I had the best stay here. The facilities are excellent. The pool and outdoor bar are just spectacular. The owner/site manager really have thought of everything needed to make a Villa holiday perfect. There isn’t anything I could say to improve this for a family holiday. The communication with the owner and property managers was very good too. Don’t hesitate and book this if you are thinking of doing so. Having been to this area a few times now. I can say this Villa is unbeatable. Many thanks for making our holiday special.

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Besitzerin (Deborah) war sehr gut. Auf jedes Mail wurde in kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Danke an dieser Stelle!!! Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Der Pool war für uns das Highlight. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Photos werden dem Haus gerecht. Ein superriesen Dankeschön geht an Jane und Colby, welche sofort reagierten wenn ein kleines Problem auftrat. Wir fühlten uns sehr umsorgt (Thank's Jane 6 Stars for you). Kleiner Tip von uns: Restaurant Oniro by the Sea (unbedingt reservieren!!).

Such a beautiful villa. In Villa Panorama we found our own little corner of paradise.

From the initial communication with Deborah through to the regular WhatsApp messages with Jane and Colby, the property managers, we could not have wished for a more personal and wonderful service. As regular visitors to Cyprus, we have stayed in numerous villas and can confidentially say that Villa Panorama is the best that we have ever experienced. It is immediately apparent that Deborah has designed and furnished the villa, gardens and pool as her home. The attention to detail combined with the tranquil secluded location and amazing views out to sea made Villa Panorama the perfect place to spend quality time with our family. The villa was immaculate on arrival. It was apparent Colby and Jane had spent a considerable amount of time preparing the villa for our arrival and their hard work showed. The gardens were landscaped to stunning effect and the pool was crystal-clear and heated to 28 degrees for our arrival as arranged with Deborah. This was perfect for our four-month old grandson and the rest of the family to enjoy every day of our stay. During our emails with Deborah she had let us know she had recently upgraded the security system at the villa and we felt safe, secure and and totally relaxed at all times. All in all, it was an absolute joy and privilege to stay in Villa Panorama and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an idyllic property and location.

Horror story

I have to say after searching for this place in the dead of night with no assistance took just over 2 hrs as the directions were sent to our next of kin in the uk which is not much help! After finanally finding the villa it was much better than expected, we were in heaven for the first 4 days, then we were burgled and robbed including all contents from the safe which had been forced open devestating really to find out that you now are in another country with no money fortunately we had more family joining us that day, the property managers are ok when you can get hold of them and the owner was not to be heard of at all it took one of the resident neighbours up the road to contact the managers obviously on a different number so they came out changed locks etc then police came to report the incident and were as useful as a chocolate tea pot, it took a further 5 days to get the villa in some order staying in to make sure everything was done to an acceptable standard with very little of any communication at all from managers or owner it took that long to get my partner to start leaving the room as it sent her into a depression and anxiety of which she suffers with anyway and takes medication for so this fabulous get away very quickly turned into a nightmare, having been robbed of everything we could not even leave the residence and find alternative accommodation as we were broke with no cards only replacements going to our uk address, we asked the owner if she could do anything but could not so we were stuck in this nightmare with nowhere to go until our return flight. You are safe to make make something to eat as long as you don’t mind sharing with the ants, we used 15 cans of ant spray/powder to try and combat these but with very little luck 4 of these were supplied by the managers but then gave up asking for anything as we were lucky to get a reply never mind these supplies, some of the outside lights were not working the same as the alarm, an engineer did come out for the alarm and fixed it, as for the lights an attempt was made by the managers but still were not working afterwards a long list of repairs needed have been forwarded to the owner that we can only hope have been acted on for the next unfortunate tenants of this stunning villa which is such a shame, upon leaving there had been a total of 6 breakins on that road bearing in mind there is a max of 16 in total in the road. This is half a star service and accommodation for 5 star money

All round fantastic service at Villa Panorama, I have nothing negative to report. You get exactly what you see in the advertised property photos and much more. 1st visit for us to Cyprus for a family wedding, and now we have found our hideaway for future holidays. The villa is very impressive in size both inside and outside, with a very large pool, I can assure you will not be disappointed. Plenty to do nearby if you can drag yourself away from the villa. We fished at the beach, went horse riding, visited the Tomb of Kings and even scuba dived! Fantastic huge local supermarket for the BBQ area and fully equipped big kitchen at the villa but we also ate in the local restaurants, which was also excellent. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, we slept very well. Thoroughly enjoyed everything, thank you so much Deborah and management team Jane & Colby ❤️

Simply Fantastic!

What a villa. Prefect location, great view, stylish interior, comfortable furniture and great managers. We had an issue with an air con unit on the Saturday morning and engineers were there within 2 hours of contacting the managers - what a service, especially for a weekend. We have been going to Cyprus and renting villas for years but this is the first time ever we have booked to come back to the same one next year. There was some building work going on close by but we didn't let a bit of noise get in the way of the best time I have had in years, (and it didnt go on for that long anyway). Having said all that, please don't book this villa in the summer as we want it free for us every year ;)

Sea caves villa

Beautiful villa with amazing views to the sea with stunning pool and gardens. Sadly the first week was the same as the previous review of noise and dust from the building site next door. We had to wipe everything down every day due to the dust and there wasn’t a mid stay clean just linen change. The second week was a little better with only a small amount of noise and no rock splitter working. The builders only worked till lunchtime on this week.

Sunny Escape To A Lovely Villa

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the villa. Firstly let us say the villa is absolutely beautiful, with lovely views, pool and garden and it exceeded our expectations. We were a party of six adults, there is plenty of space around the pool and plenty of loungers so you don't have to be on top of one another. We ate inside and outside and used the BBQ, sitting at the bar in the early evening was lovely. One of our party is very keen on their yoga and went down to the garden area to practice daily where she could look across the view and be undisturbed or seen by the rest of us. inside the villa is equally lovely, light, airy, roomy and comfortable. There are two good resteraunts within easy walking distance, we ate at both and the food was delicious. There is a great supermarket "Phillipos" which stocks everything and amazing BBQ meats/fish 10 minutes drive away. A previous reviewer discussed building noise. There is building work currently going on, on the other side of the neighbouring property, where two new villas are being developed. You can not see any of the building work unless you make a point of going to the very end of the garden and peering round and you would not know any building work is going on except if you hear something. The shells of the new villas seem to be in place now. We think the noisiest work may now have been completed because while we were there the builders were using larger machinery digging down into the rock to make the area in front of the new villas flat and it looks as if that has been finished. Once that was completed the noise was far less and was never continuous, it included being able to hear occasional hand tools being used and deliveries of materials or machinery humming in the distance. We can honestly say the building work did not spoil our holiday and was not something which we were constantly aware of or found irritating . In fact on the whole it was less annoying than when our next door neighbour cuts their lawn when we are sitting in the garden. We look forward to returning to this beautiful villa.

Awake first morning at 7am due to the drilling & diggers on site next to Villa. This happened ever day for the whole 2 weeks, including Sundays. 2nd Sunday they on fact worked until 5.30pm. Noise so bad on 3 days we had to go out for the whole time

Great family holiday!

Villa Panorama is a real gem. We stayed there for a week in the beginning of May, 6 adults and 2 kids. Wonderful villa with all possible amenities, great location, picturesque sea view. Children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. I hope to return again some day soon! Thank you!

Sea Caves Villa

Stayed at Deborahs Villa during Easter 2019. This is a 5 star Villa with a fantastic swimming pool, great outside cooking area, and the grounds are very beautiful. The inside of the Villa is very nice with a good sized kitchen and dinning area/seating area. The four bedrooms are also a good size and very well presented. The views over sea caves are absolutely breathtaking and the photos on the website do not do the villa justice. You also have full British Sky TV which was great for the kids and adults.My family had a fantastic holiday at sea caves Villa and Deborah is very helpful and easy to deal with. I would recommend that you hire a car to visit the surrounding area - that’s if you can pull yourself away from the beautiful Villa. I would defently recommend this Villa and would return again.

The place to unwind!

The villa is at the end of a very quiet cul de sac and from the terrace you have an uninterrupted view of the sea - this is now my screen saver so I get transported back there every day! We were looking for some winter sun. The weather was mixed (but this was first week of December) but for the 2 days of storms we just sat and watched the lightening flashes from the terrace in 19C warmth which was truly amazing. The rest of the days were 21-23C and we soaked up the sun reading by the pool. We had intended on having the pool heated but on the first day decided with Deborah to turn this off because of the storms forecasted. Despite this we still swam in the 18-20C pool most days. It was cold but OK after the first few lengths (the pool is 12m so you can have a good swim). We loved the homely touches in the villa itself and immediately felt at home.We shopped at Phillipo's supermarket and at the fruit & veg shop 4km away so had all the provisions we needed to cook each day and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped to enable us to do this. With the citrus fruits from the garden that were in the fruit bowl on arrival I even made some marmalade for breakfast. If you need a total switch-off, a relax, or to convalesce then this is the place to come!

I hope you enjoy staying in my villa as much as I do. I absolutely love it as it is so peaceful and warm and easy to relax. When I stay here I cant wait to get up in the morning to sit in the morning sun to admire the views. I have owned the villa since it was built and my partner and I designed the villa ourselves and the garden. It is a very friendly villa with lots of natural light. The fully opening sliding living room doors brings the garden into the villa and shows the panoramic sea views to perfection.

Why they chose this property

This villa is in the perfect location for sea views and peace and tranquility and not too close to the hustle and bustle of Paphos town or Coral Bay but close enough for ease of access. It is very near to the Akamas too as I enjoy nature. It is a peaceful area enjoying a cooling sea breeze and glorious sun sets. It is possible to hear the sea breaking on the coast when the weather gets rough!From this villa, you can either go native and drive to see the turtles on Laras Beach (or hope to) or just crash by the pool and sleep all your stress of UK living away!If a sudden eating fit occurs you are only 10 mins from the restaurants of Coral Bay or 5 mins walk to choice of two restaurants - Elizavetas and the Alessi 100 yards further. Both located quarter of a kilometre from the villa. Children love the 12m x 6 m pool and also the African thatched Hut that keeps the sun out by at least 10 degrees cooler when the sun is at its zenith. All facilities are as one would hope for in a rental but are very often lacking. My villa was designed as my home from home and everything has been done with luxury and quality foremost. I know my guests will not be disappointed.

On walking through the front door my holiday always begins immediately. The sun, the sea, the palm trees all setting off the crystal clear pool with the warm breezes of Cyprus is what this villa is all about for me. It was designed with entertaining in mind and the comfortable stools and dining area under the thatched pergola adds to the holiday atmosphere.. Low level garden lighting ensures a magical experience and brings the garden to life at night.It is best to hire a car for trips to Coral Bay but there is a bus stop within 2 minutes walk from the villa on the main road which goes to Coral Bay and Paphos or St George.
