Ground Floor Apartment with Balcony
Apartment is located within 100m from the sea. 1 bedroom fully equipped. Double sofa bed. It is perfect for families with children. Please note there is an additional charge if it's for 3-4 adults which is £20 per person. There are different beaches in the village. Many restaurants and bars in the old part of the village of Rogoznica. The village centre is a 10min walk from the apartment. Diving centre. The beautiful town of Primosten which is called Pearl of Dalmatia is 10 min drive from Rogoznica or local bus goes every 30 min. Very famous club Aurora is 20 min away from the village. 2 bicycles available for use around the village. Beautiful cycling paths. Trogir is around 20min drive and its highly recommended to visit. Boat trips available from the village which will take you to Island of Krka National park. Definitely recommended seeing. The village itself has a club within Marinna Frappa. Parking space available.

We bought this property in 2006 and it was newly built. We live in London. I am Croatian and my partner Paul is English. We went to Rogoznica on holiday and fell in love with the place. Its a peaceful fishing village with many bars and restaurants and crystal clear sea. Ideal for recharging your batteries. Marina Frappa is full of beautiful yachts that sail around the whole world. Local market sells fresh local produce. Fishing boats arrive every night in the old part of the village where you can buy fresh fish. This is an ideal holiday for relaxing, reading, eating, drinking and swimming. Hope you will enjoy yourselves. Silvana and Paul.
Why they chose this property
We love Croatia. Its simply beautiful, peaceful and has the most beautiful scenes. The sea in the height of season is beautifully warm to swim in. We love the food, the weather, the relaxation and the locals who are very friendly and helpful.
What makes this property unique
Its 150 metres from the sea. You can use 2 bicycles for shopping or cycling around. If you are adventurous you will find lots of hidden beaches and little bays where you can sunbath and relax. The property has a parking space and its secure.
