Casa Mouraria is a high quality villa property ideally located for a relaxing holiday in a private setting and close to the beaches, restaurants and resort facilities. Casa Mouraria is a large house with an impressive approach through automatic gates leading to the driveway by established lawns and flowerbeds up to the main entrance.There are five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite and one with a 4-person Sauna) which accommodate up to 10 guests. There are comfortable receptions rooms and an extensive outside covered living area for alfresco lounging and dining overlooking the swimming pool. There is a stunning fully-fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and equipment including a large ice-making American fridge.In addition there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms , Sky+ multi-channel TV and free wi-fi internet throughout the house. There are many restaurants in the area , the village of Guia is 5 kms with more restaurants, banks, chemist and market.

Lovely family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The villa was impeccably clean and it had lots of space for us all. Margaret and Guy were both very helpful in providing information and ensuring we had a good holiday.

Wonderful stay with multiple families

Great home that fit several families perfectly, all with young kids. Great central location to multiple attractions and beaches. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely villa well equipped and not far from amenities. You need a car though.

It is a very nice villa well equipped with a lovely pool and outdoor space. Unfortunately the peace and tranquility was shattered most days by the neighbours dogs barking, sometimes as though they were fighting each other. The local representative does know the neighbours so she should be contacted if they do prove a problem. We only contacted her on the last day of our holiday about them. Before that we thought that they would stop eventually, which they did, however they did start again throught the day.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa in August 2016. It was breathtaking. We were a party of 12, 7 adults and 5 children. There was ample space. The villa was so relaxing we hardly left. We cooked in most nights and took full advantage of stunning sunsets on the veranda. The villa was of exceptionally high quality and we would not hesitate to give a well deserved 5 stars. Hopefully we will be back.Thanks Guy, a wonderful experience!!

Fabulous family holiday

Having just spent eight days relaxing in this beautiful villa I can't recommend this villa enough. My wife and I, plus three grown up children and partners, plus my mum, were all very comfortable in what is essentially a lovely family home. The pool and gardens and outside terrace areas are where we spent most of our time and the loungers are particularly nice. For us the location was perfect, very rural and peaceful but within easy reach of beaches and restaurants. Albufuera is 5 minutes away and the golf courses at Villamoura are a 20 minute drive away. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return.
