My parents returned from Australia some time ago and purchased 10,000 m² of land by the sea just outside of Sami, with the dream of building four luxurious villas totally independent of each other, with their own style and character each representing the owner's tastes this dream was completed in 2008. Both my parents enjoyed meeting new people and making friends, their warm welcome ensured that their guests would feel at home immediately. I'll try their way.

What makes this property unique
Villas Thalia is a beautiful villa which sleeps up to 4 people, a modern villa finished and furnished to a high standard with living accommodation over two floors with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area all fully equipped with the essentials. There are two bright airy bedrooms, a twin on the ground floor with its' own bathroom and a double with an en-suite on the first floor with its' own balcony. Outside there are sun loungers, a large parasol to offer shade, an outside dining area, a BBQ and a private pool.
