A 3 bedroom villa with 9 metre swimming pool, on the beach of Latchi, in Polis Chrisochous area (Pafos). Offers sea views. It is fully equipped and all rooms have air-conditioning units. It has all facilities necessary for families and Individuals to enjoy peaceful holidays in the Sunkissed island of Cyprus. You will want to come back again and again and again. The sea water is so clear that In the evenings you might be able see the big turtles Careta Careta laying their eggs.

I am helping my father to let his villa, that he is very proud off. He loves this house and takes good care of it and its premises. He is passionate with agriculture, and he is cultivating his own vegetables, and fruits.
He is a very welcoming person, greets everyone with a warm smile....and takes good care of his guests.
You will feel the genuine Cyprus Hospitality from the first day you enter the Villa.
We have regular quests from all over Europe, that enjoy staying at a Villa. Located next to a quite beach, and not far away from a small harbour offering local fish and other international dishes.
