A comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated apartment with renewed floor tiles throughout, air conditioned lounge with dining area and new patio doors ( April 2022 ) leading to the recently refurbished terrace ( June 2022 ) with all facilities including sun loungers, patio table, chairs, parasols, canopy and new BBQ area. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Additional features include Free Wifi - Sky TV (UK channels)( Full Sky Sports & BT Sports Channels)( All French Channels)( Danish Channels) - Nintendo WII(2 sports games) - washing machine - DVD player - Amazon Alexa - selection of books- DVDs and a selection of popular board games all for your family entertainment. We have installed a keysafe to allow smooth access as well as a safe within the apartment for your valuables. The communal pool is 300 yards away providing a children's section and plenty of areas for sunbathing, loungers and parasols available. In addition there is also a selection of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and games room for your enjoyment.

Great Stay in Nerja

I stayed at Casa Fads with 3 friends in Oct. It is a lovely apartment with everything we needed. Fabulous terrace with great views. The apartment was very well equipped, comfy beds and the linen & towels changed after 7 days. The complex had a beautiful pool area with restaurants nearby. We did go to Rockies for the Tapas night. It was a little out of town, but we enjoyed the walk in and a taxi back (€8 euros) There is the Blue bus which stops about 5 mins away from the apartment too. Communication with owners was fantastic, keys and details given before the holiday and also easy to contact during our stay. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment and I hope to return with my husband and family. Thank you Fiona and David for a great stay.

Stunning setting

Superb apartment for a family of five, everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Our three children thought the pool was amazing. We can’t wait to book again.

Great Apartment

Lovely apartment with all amenities you would need for your stay, the big bonus is the terrace/balcony which is very spacious with superb views of the Nerja area and sea, we have stayed on this complex before as we knew about being on the hill, hence the great views, had great communication with David and Fiona throughout and would deffo stay here again, many thanks.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace

Lovely property ideal for 2 of us. Nerja is a lovely area with lots of activities. We enjoyed road cycling and snorkelling. Apartment is out of town but there is a bus and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance in the complex.

The apartment is brilliant for a longer stay (we had 3 weeks).Well presented ,equipped with good WiFi and TV choices. However it is high a d the site may not suit those with mobility /walking issues.Parking is 50m away and apartment only accessible via steps

Amazing Terrace and Views

Just under 1 hour from Malaga airport, very easy journey, we hired a car and found the apartment via google maps and the instructions provided by the host. Very clean, we were there for 9 nights and there was a bedding change at no extra cost, lots of towels incl beach towels. 5-10 walk to beautiful pool, bar and a restaurant and bus stop. Because of covid the supermarket and 3 of the bars on the urbanisation were closed. Luckily KK'S were open and the food they served was lovely. The views are amazing from the fabulous large balcony down to the sea and the town. There is an hourly circular bus that costs €1 and takes you to the beach and town centre and a supermarket if you choose not to hire a car. Last bus back is 9pm we got a taxi a couple of nights which cost €9. As an afternote we like to cook whilst on holiday, just feel that an updated cooker would be an enhancement. We had a lovely time and would like to return when the world is back to normal.

superbe appartement à Nerja

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus de 15 jours dans l'appartement de David et Fiona. Même si nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer David et Fiona, ils ont été avant et pendant le séjour à notre écoute et très disponible, répondant très rapidement à l'ensemble des questions que nous avions. L'appartement est très bien situé, sur les hauteurs de Nerja avec une vue magnifique sur la côte. La terrasse, très grande et spacieuse permet de profiter pleinement de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La localisation sur les hauteurs de Nerja implique de disposer obligatoirement d'un véhicule, même si les transports en commun desservent le quartier. Concernant l'appartement, il est très bien entretenu, très propre, refait récemment à neuf avec la climatisation et tous les équipements nécessaires au séjour : machine à laver, machine à café, linge, serviette de bain, transat, palme, masque, sauts et pelles pour les enfants, ..., en clair, on ne manque de rien. La résidence dispose également d'une piscine collective, avec bar, resto et même discothèque, le tout à moins de 300 m à pied de l'appartement. Nous conseillons donc vivement cet appartement

Super bien.

Hola. Hemos pasado 8 dias fantasticos, tal y como nos lo esperabamos. El apartamento esta muy bien, no le faltaba de nada, los desayunos y las cenas en la terraza los hemos disfrutado mucho. A medio dia pega el solete, y nosotros somos mas de sombra, aunque tiene toldo y sombrilla, el sol a medio dia aprieta, y los hemos pasado en la playa o en la super piscina, es muy chula y grande, y tambien tiene unas vistas expectaculares, ademas de tener un par bares en la propia piscina que nos han venido muy bien. Sin duda, la zona es muy tranquila y si quieres mas ambiente te puedes dar un paseo hasta el pueblo, hemos bajado andando, es un paseo, y luego hemos subido en bus. Sin duda, lo recomendaria. Los anfitriones han estado muy atentos a nuestras necesidades, y han contestado super rapido a nuestros mensajes. Gracias David y Fiona, sin duda, recomendaremos vuestra casa. Un saludo.

Home from Home

Stayed at Casa Fads over Christmas and New Year and it is a really lovely apartment with everything you would ever need. It was so warm in the evenings with air conditioning that can also provide heat as well as heaters in every room. We did not always need more than 1 heater on. Beautiful patio to soak up the winter sunshine. What a fantastic way to spend a family Christmas. Would love to repeat our stay. A big thank you to Fiona and David.

Beautiful Apartment

We have been visiting San Juan de Capistrano, Nerja, for at least 20 years. This is the first time we have stayed on Calle San Francisco and were very impressed. Stayed with my family for 15 nights in Casa Fads. The apartment was so well equipped there was everything anyone would ever need. We felt really at home. The full cooker with oven and microwave was used quite a lot we felt so relaxed. The views from the large terrace were wonderful. Looking down to the town and over the sea to the mountains on the right where the sun set. Furniture on the terrace was first class and the sun loungers were so comfortable. Only a short walk to the bus stop beautiful pool area bars and restaurants. The Air Conditioning was very welcome but a lovely breeze came through the lounge with the terrace doors open anyway. We have already re-booked for another visit and can't wait. In fact my sister described it as gorgeous. Thank You David and Fiona.

Perfect property

A Welcome Return

Another visit to a great apartment with great views of lovely Nerja. This time we visited with friends who had never been to Nerja. They were greatly impressed with the view from the terrace and, of course, the standard of the accommodation. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The pool and amenities nearby are excellent quality and a walk down to Burriana Beach and the Square is a must. We played golf at nearby Baviera and paddel tennis at the tennis club a 15 min walk away. The instructions to get to the apartment were updated from our last visit and very detailed. There is ample car parking available too. Would recommend and will be back before too long!

Returning Guest - coming back soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in the sun in Nerja, taking in the breathtaking views from the balcony at Casa Fads. Got good use of the pool and the nearby bars/restaurants as well as exploring new venues in the main town. Nerja has an excellent array of restaurants to suit all tastes. The apartment was very good, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would possibly need. It was nice to see the owners have made a few changes to keep things fresh since our last visit. All the TV channels you could need and free wi-fi together with air conditioning in the lounge which was very welcome in the 30 degree heat. This time we travelled by public transport, all went to plan from Malaga and regular local buses are within a few mins walk of the apartment. Have already booked to return in May.

Fantastic apartment

Very well appointed apartment with fabulous views across Nerja to the sea from the large, sunny terrace. There was water and beer in the fridge when we arrived and the cupboards had a good selection of condiments. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a wide range of channels, including Sky & BT Sport. Prior to departure we were provided with two sets of keys and useful information regarding transport, restaurants, etc which was extremely useful. Nerja itself is a lovely town with many good restaurants catering for all tastes and there are a variety of beaches for the hardened sun worshippers. There are also excellent transport links to surrounding attractions. In summary, don't take my word for it, book Casa Fads and find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed - just don't deprive me of a return visit.

Wonderful holiday

Can’t be out done.

Stayed a month and all was well nights on the cool side but you have to accept that it is Feb and not June. Casa Fad was good beds warm and enough of every thing that you would need even for a long stay. Location at the top of town was the envy of all with views to die for over the roof tops of Nerja and the coast. We will return. Mike and Linda Bower.

Fiona and I enjoy spending as much of our holiday time in Nerja and try to visit as often as we can with our kids, Alison (20 ) and Scott ( 18 ) It has now become a home from home for the past 14 years where we love to relax and enjoy some quality family time.

Why they chose this property

Nerja was special to Fiona as her grandparents moved to the area in the mid 80s and after many visits we decided to fulfill a long term dream to buy a holiday apartment in the sun. The town has developed over the years but you will still find the traditional streets to wander and many tapas trails for you to take advantage.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is situated within San Juan de Capistrano which is approximately 2km from Nerja town centre with a regular bus service or a 25 minute stroll into town. Within San Juan you find all main facilities within easy reach, including supermarket, bars and restaurants if you didn't want to venture into town.

Nerja provides year round sunshine and allows you to escape the cold/wet of the UK.

If golf or other activities are important to you , then Nerja provides the ideal getaway with a good choice of options at reasonable prices in Baviera, Anoreta or Los Moriscos all within easy driving distance.
