The house is very well maintained and has the advantage of being situated on the lower part of the village. It is 1 minute walk away from the local open air swimming pools which are open from 25th June straight through to the end of August, 2 min walk away from the stunning riverside, 2-3 mins away from the local stores, bakers, butchers, restaurants and much more. Private swim may be available for those who are interested in fishing.

Buen lugar con algunas carencias
Disfrutamos mucho del entorno y de Benifallet, la dueña Claire y su marido fueron muy amables, aunque a la casa le faltaron algunas cosas, nosotros somos una familia con dos niñas y que no tenga televisión o mejor dicho no tenga antena, nos ha supuesto incomodidad, también le falta algo de menaje ya que vasos tuvimos dos y cucharillas una, asumo que no poseía aire acondicionado pero en esta zona y en verano se hace necesario. Por lo demás las vecinas muy simpáticas, el pueblo muy agradable , los paseos en canoa por el Ebro lo mas. Si se corrigieran estas cositas y resultaría una gran experiencia.

We moved to Benifallet in Dec 2003 with our 2 young children and started out a new adventure abroad. Rob has fished the River Ebro since 1998 & always wanted to start up his own guided fishing business which is exactly what we did. We started out with a boat and have built up our client list over the years, mostly due to word of mouth, which we take great pride in. Our passion for this beautiful area resulted in us buying and renovating this 2 bedroom house, a 2 bedroom farm bungalow, the neighbouring farm casita, so others can enjoy and experience this breath taking area of Cataluna. We look forward to welcoming new and old customers to our adventures.

Why they chose this property

The village house is situated in the heart of the village, so every thing is a stones throw away. No need to drive out for a meal or drink as the restaurants and bars are all a short walk away, so no arguments as to who's going to drive home. The village is close to all the tourist attractions of benifallet. 1 min from the open air pools, a 3-4 mins drive to the caves. 5 mins drive to the Iberic village. a short walk to the jetty where you can take a boat trip up towards Mirevet. And much, much more.....
