Villa With Private Pool And Stunning Views - 5 Star rating from guests

A really lovely villa located in the prestigious Marcolina urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views. Alcossbre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. Peniscola, with its walled old town and markets is about 25 minutes away.
The Villa has a large swimming pool which is on the same level as the ground floor of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom.
The two double bedrooms on the first floor have AC
The two twin bedrooms have fans.
In addition there is a lounge, dining room and library.
There is also a free wifi connection .
The Villa is close to the Village but due to its elevated position are car is needed.
Access to the Villa is via the drive with 12 steps or from the road with 48 steps. It is not suitable for people with a disability.

Unfortunately due to previous problems we do not rent to gusts attending the Beniecassim festival.

Fabulous Villa

The house is absolutely beautiful and so we’ll equipped. Probably one of the best we’ve ever had. The photos really don’t do it justice, as it really is perfect. Air con in the bedrooms makes a massive difference mid summer, and the breeze coming through the house downstairs was so welcome. The pool and outside areas were absolutely fabulous.

Estancia muy recomendable

La casa es preciosa y muy bien cuidada como dicen en otros comentarios mejor q lo q se ve en las fotos, las vistas espectaculares aunq si q se encuentra un poco alejada del centro y de la playa. El propietario muy atento no funcionaban algunas luces de la piscina y en seguida mando alguien a reparar. Ha sido una estacia súper agradable de los mejores alojamientos que nos hemos encontrado.

Wonderfull

A peacefull place, with all you need for 2 family with 2 childrens each. The week was fantastic, everything is in the house. You only can have a good Hollidays. The house is fantastic, the different vues of Alcossebre or of Irta or of the sea. Wherever you are you can look at the sea. The mains bedrooms are huge, so it's really perfect. For the childrens the room are perfect too. The swimming pool and his Jacuzzi are splendid...Great decoration, trees, etc etc etc it's impossible to résume so much it's so nice. We thanks Clive and Marie for his disponibilities and maybe we com back next year..

Lovely villa- very well appointed.

We had a lovely holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations- the photos don't do it justice! It's very spacious, well appointed, lovely pool and with plenty of space around it. Outside table and chairs by pool and to the front of the villa with cover from shade. Very clean. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful regarding check in and check out times.

Séjour d'exception

Nous avons séjourné du 13 au 20 juillet 2019 en famille. la villa est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Le plus grand soin est apporté à la décoration. La maison est spacieuse et offre des points de vue époustouflants depuis chaque pièce. Le quartier est très calme et sécurisé. Grande piscine, assez profonde avec un jacuzzi... magnifique terrasse abritée avec vue exceptionnelle sur Alcossebre pouvant être utilisée quelque soit le temps. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les pièces tout à fait suffisants. Et enfin, des propriétaires très disponibles et charmants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette location que nous recommandons vivement.

We are a retired couple living in West Sussex.

Why they chose this property

We bought the property from new in 1999 and during the last ten years we added the lounge, dining room, pool and master bedroom. Our reasons for buying is we fell in love with the area, it's not over developed like southern Spain, the beaches are great and inland there is some wonderful countryside. We also back onto the National Park with quiet beaches, great walking paths and bike trails.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits of the property is that even in summer you can have peace and quiet with magnificent panoramic views down to the sea. At the same time we are only 5 minutes by car from the village and the beaches
