A villa with a breath-taking sea view has one of the most enviable positions within Vale do Lobo, situated on the top of a headland at the 16th hole of the Ocean Golf Course and the Praça. This property is just a 3 minutes’ walk from the sandy golden beaches of Vale do Lobo, which extend as far as the eye can see.

The villa has a fantastic view over the famous 16th hole and the calm blue sea. Being so close to the beach, the beach side feeling is inevitable, and joined with the Algarve sunny and blue sky, these Holidays are sure to bring memorable moments.
A fully equipped villa with 3 bedrooms (one master en-suite bedroom) on the ground floor, the villa have 1 double bed and another twin bed as well as a spacious dining and living room; all these areas have access to the pool through glazed sliding doors. The upstairs rooms with twin beds has a large terrace with a few beautiful and relaxing views.

The villas front garden is laid to lawn, with large pine and palm trees great for games, also has Portuguese calçada at the entrance serving as a driveway. The back garden has a good size swimming pool with Portuguese calçada terracing, ideal for lying down and sunbathing. The villa property is surrounded by walls.

Excelente localização, pela vista do oceano, pôr do sol e pelo acesso próximo (a pé) à praia. Relaxante. Outra mais valia, no nosso caso, foi o facto de aceitarem animais. Levamos um Golden Retrivier e correu muito bem! O frigorífico é óptimo. Porém, precisa de pequenas obras de manutenção e de uma churrasqueira mais resistente, de acordo com o número de pessoas que consegue albergar. Recomendo

Beautiful area but villa not up to standard
In a lovely area but the villa needs some updating.We were told the driver from the transfer arrangement would have the key for the villa on him but we arrived and couldn't get in, luckily someone turned up after about 15 minutes with the driver being very rude and told us we should have arranged the pick up!?. As specified in another comment from a previous guest, it states fully equipped kitchen but missing scissors, sharp knives, egg cups, and basics like salt and pepper(even asked for these but still didn't get them). It said there would be tea, coffee and laundry cleaner, none of these were there, not even a dishwasher tablet. When you arrive late and no shops open, a basic welcome basket of bread, milk and a few basics to get you through the first night would be very much appreciated. The villa it'self was adequate and spacious but the cleaners came in once and then again 2 days later but one of our party was ill when they turned up so asked if they could come in next day, but no one turned up. Pool wasn't cleaned once or the pool surround wasn't swept unlike the villa next door which was reguarly cleaned, must have been another company. The villa needs a good paint as looked shabby with rusty yellow stains running down the wall.The bathrooms were Ok shame for the rusty bins. If it wasn't for the area we would have been disappointed but it was beautiful and made up for the villa. Correspondence was a bit laid back. For the price we would have expected more.

A fabulous setting, we did enjoy our stay. However, I have been using VRBO for years and so was surprised by the lack of necessities for a property at this price point. A kitchen without even salt and pepper. Bathrooms without shampoo or body wash, a washing machine without even one laundry tab. No fly swatter. Empty frames hung on the walls. Hopefully the management company addressed the broken locks on two of the sliding glass doors. And a word of caution about the most uneven and unkept cobble stone patio, how could one not stub a toe?

Lovely holiday
Beautiful setting, very spacious and lovely pool. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Small but good supermarket just a short drive away. Would definitely come again!
