Year-round warmth and sunshine in this wonderfully positioned apartment, a short distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Stunning sea and dune views. Apartment in very quiet complex of a few private owners, heated pool and direct access to the beach promenade. This apartment offers a haven of tranquility in the centre of a major beach resort which offers activities to suit all tastes, keeping everyone happy through day and night. It is a perfect option for couples who seek a peaceful and relaxing holiday or those who want somewhere quiet to withdraw to when beach life finishes for the day and the cooling evening breeze blows gently from the sea, as you sit on your balcony overlooking the pool. Only about 20 private apartments owned by a few permanent residents and second homeowners. Recent additions include a new double sofa/bed, a new Smart TV with internet access to popular apps like Netflix (signed in for you). Perfect for a night in.

Sejour parfait
L'appartement est bien situé avec la vue mer. Il est équipé avec four micro ondes et plasue vitro. Le frigo est malheureusement petit mais ce n'est pas grave. Ventilateur disponible, fer a repasser.... Des parasols sont disponibles pour aller a la plage.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen! Obwohl man alles vor der Haustür hat, ist es auf dem Balkon und in der Wohnung ruhig. Wenn man Trubel und Strand möchte ist man in 5 min da. Gerne wieder!

sehr schöne Lage und Blick, flexibler Vermieter, hat alles was mann braucht
Die Wohnung liegt mittig im ersten Stock eines 12 Wohneinheiten Komplexes. Gelände gesichert, Außenanlage und Pool wird fast täglich gepflegt, alle Beschäftige sehr nett und hilfbereit. Ian ist ein freundlicher, verlässlicher und flexibler Vermieter. Die Wohnung verfügt auf der Terrasse über drei Stühle, ein Tisch und zwei Liegen. Die Wohnküche über Filterkaffeemaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank und ausreichend Besteck, Teller, Tassen usw für ca. 5 Personen. Bett ist sehr bequem (mittelhart) und die Matratze war neuwertig und sehr angenehm für mein empfindlichen Rücken. Tresor (kostenlos) und ausreichend Schränke im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Strandtücher sollte man mitbringen. Wäscheständer vorhanden. Die Lage ist brilliant. Zu Fuß 2 min zum Strand, 5 min zu 2 Supermärkten und deutschen Bäcker und Bar. Ruhige Lage mit raumhaften Meerblick. Leider keine Ostausrichtung für den morgentlichen Sunrise, dafür Wind geschützt, was auf den Kanaren sicherlich auch nicht schlecht ist. Gerne wieder!!!

This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and we absolutely loved this apartment. The view of the beach and dunes from the balcony is wonderful. The location is perfect, just a two minute walk to the beach and also near to the various shopping centers, bars and restaurants. It is clean, tidy and very well equipped. We will definitely be re-booking.

Very nice private apartment and well located for the shops and beach area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and tidy and well equipped apartment. The 2nd floor situation was really good, commanding excellent views over the swimming pool, the sea and the sand dunes. The local Sandia Supermarket was well stocked and only a 5 minute walk away. The area is mostly flat and good for walking and the numerous bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Plenty of local buses close by for daytrips to other locations. There is plenty to do and our three weeks there just went too quickly.

Schönes Apartment mit super Aussicht und toller Lage zum Strand und nahen Shoppingcentern.
Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit sauberem Pool und Garten. Das Apartment im 1.OG hat einen wirklich tollen Balkon mit direkter Sicht zum Strand und in die Dünen. Sehr schöner Wohnraum, mit toller Küche, mit allem was man braucht. Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß mit genügend Platz für Kleidung usw. Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

It's in an amazing position overlooking the ocean and the dunes . It's quiet, clean and comfortable
It is very close to the beach sand dunes shops and restaurants. Eating out can be whatever u can afford. There are a mix of different foods and prices. We enjoyed a range of different foods and all were good . Overall we had a lovely rest.

Fantastic place to stay
This is a wonderful apartment on the edge of Playa Del Ingles, close to the shops and restaurants but also for enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We were able to spend a week exploring the whole island including a fantastic walk up in the mountains near Santa Lucia and a trip over to Agaete on the northwest of the island where one can get a 'fast cat' ferry to Tenerife (dimly visible across the water) taking about an hour. Everyone kept telling us how cold it was, but with an afternoon temperature of about 20-22 degrees we found it very comfortable. The Maspalomas/Playa area is very favoured in Gran Canaria for its dry and warm weather and indeed we found it much sunnier and more sheltered than other parts of the island. The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished and we were met by Steve who was very friendly and welcoming and who a good store of local knowledge which was very helpful. Booking arrangements via the owner Ian were really easy and straightforward and the apartment instructions/local guide he has compiled is first class. We would highly recommend this apartment to other couples who want a comfortable and quiet setting in easy reach of good facilities and beaches and restaurants which range from cheap 'n' cheerful tourist fare to a much higher standard. The small pool was excellent and completely empty every time we used it and of course the view from the apartment across the dunes to the sea is wonderful.

Amazing apartment with stunning views
Just arrived home from a wonderful holiday in this lovely apartment. On arrival we where met by Steve who showed us round the apartment and was very informative who also arranged our taxi home through Lynda which was very helpful. The views from the balcony are amazing and we enjoyed just chilling in the sunshine looking at the amazing view of the sea and sand dunes. We would definitely go back here in the future, but I must warn people that it is not suitable for anyone with disabilities as there are a lot of steps to walk down to the beach/restaurant's, which didn't bother us as at all. Localisation idéale, appartement très bien équipé
Le logement est idéalement localisé en 1ère ligne de mer et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Depuis la terrasse, il est possible d'apprécier les dunes de Maspalomas en sirotant un apéritif avec des tapas. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La literie est de très bonne qualité pour un repos total.

Apartment with the X Factor
My husband and I have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at this delightful apartment. Steve the rep met us and showed us the apartment. What a surprise when he showed us the view from the balcony - it took our breath away (everyday!). An amazing sea view, the sand dunes quite incredible. We found the apartment spotlessly clean, so nice to have fluffy, soft towels, good pressure in the shower, and the large screen T.V. and DVD was an added bonus. This apartment is extremely central to everything. As you walked out of the gated apartment directly on to the beautiful long prom,the steps in front led you down to the amazing beach and many restaurants and bars lined along the beach. We would highly recommend Papi's Grill which is situated half way down the steps, we enjoyed several meals including filleted hake, steak etc. Luca and Joseph the waiters were friendly and kind. Also would recommend Aquarios along the front (it has the tank holding the lobsters), and there is entertainment every night, Flavio and Vany Spanish singers (excellent) and tribute acts Abba, Michael Jackson etc. (left the leaflet in the apartment). We had the spiny lobster for our last night, it was delicious! A short walk from the apartment at the back was a bus stop where you can catch buses very cheaply. We bus hopped to Faro Maspalomas, Puerto De Mogan, Puerto Rico, and San Augustin it was a great way to see so much of the island and a great adventure. We also went to the Yumbo Centre which is full of shops and restaurants. Overall we so enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the amazing views, people watching, many jogging, running, so interesting! The apartment has everything you need, Steve had kindly put milk, and water in the fridge and it was handy that Juan the gardener and pool cleaner supplied 4 litre canisters of water for just 1 euro and would leave it outside the apartment. The bed was very clean and comfortable and lovely and quiet. We would like to thank Lynda for all her useful help and advise on line, (especially letting me know that we would require a fleece or a jacket to wear in the evening, it can get nippy at night). Also thank you to Steve for all his hard work in ensuring the apartment was spotless for our arrival, and his friendliness. Finally we would like to thank Ian for sharing his lovely apartment with us. We had such a wonderful time, have so many happy memories of this holiday and hope to return one day soon!

had a month in December the location was perfect with fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the dunes the apartment was clean well equipped with a washing machine which came in handy with staying a month the only thing I did miss was not having a oven only a hob but we managed the restaurants & bars are only 5 minutes in front of the apartment the Roma restaurant is very good for food/entertainment supermarkets are just 5 minutes away and its 15 minutes to the Yumbo Centre everything was so convenient Lynda & Steve was very friendly & helpful and we had a wonderful holiday and next time we are in the Gran Canaria we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the beachfront apartments.

My husband and I were really looking forward to staying in this apartment as it sounds excellent in the description and photos on the website. However, we were rather less than impressed for the following reasons. The property claims to have a bath, which it doesn't, only a very small shower. Indeed, the entire bathroom is very small and there was an unpleasant odour emanating from the drains throughout the whole week we stayed there. There was no window in the bathroom either so fresh air was out of the question. In the photos the pool area looks quite large but, unfortunately, there was no room left to sunbathe after other residents (about 6-8 people) took up what space there was every single day. It seemed as though their properties were on the ground floor and the patio doors opened up directly on to the pool area, which afforded little privacy for anyone wishing to avail themselves of the facilities, it was as if it was their own patio area. The balcony was too small to utilise for sunbathing but as it received no sunshine throughout the day this would have proved futile anyway. We found the interior of the apartment somewhat gloomy and much smaller than it appears in the photos. Room dimensions would have been useful. We found the furniture rather dated and uncomfortable so we consequently spent as little time as possible there. I wouldn't recommend this property for self catering as the kitchen area was so tiny. I also found that I had to wash the crockery before it was fit to use as there were remains of food stuck to some pieces. As for the Latex mattress - not particularly comfortable - but then again we have a memory foam mattress at home. There was only a tiny window in the bedroom so it was very dingy. The only plus point about this apartment are the views from the balcony but that wouldn't be sufficient to entice us to stay there again, sorry.
