Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da. Von der Wohnung kann man sehr gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen. Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Parken per Telefonapp funktionierte sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very stylishly furnished flat close to the beach. Very good communication with the landlady in advance and good description of the flat. Lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Very well equipped kitchen and tips on restaurants. We had a great stay there.
We were extremely pleased with the flat! The owner left all the essentials for us and even supplied us with tea, sugar, milk and shortbread, which was very thoughtful. The flat was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom had every essential needed and the decor was soothing and beautiful! Great having a radio too! The bedding and towels were spotless and of very good quality! Brighton is a fantastic spot, kind, happy people everywhere. We will definitely plan on re-booking this flat again!! 😊
We absolutely loved our stay in this flat!
Sally provided us with all information in advance, so getting settled in was easy. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed.
The flat is in a quiet residential area near the beach, with shops and supermarkets within walking distance.There is a bus stop only one minute away, but we were happy to get our steps in. It is a fifteen minute walk to the marina and about twenty minutes to reach the pier.
After our first week, we even got our bed linens and towels changed by Terry.
This was our third trip to Brighton, and the nicest holiday flat we ever had.
Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable.
The bus station is around the corner as well as a baker and a grocer.
But you can also walk to the city center in 20 minutes.
The contact with the landlady quickly and easily.

This flat was a perfect place to stay for my husband , son, and I when we visited Brighton during Christmas break. It was a perfect location as it was close to the beach, store, and restaurant. The flat had everything we needed to feel like our home away for home. The owner, Sally communicated well through writing about the check in process and how to take care of her place. Beds were very comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
I stayed for 3 weeks - over the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was perfect. Nicely decorated, cozy, everything was considered (even converters for us US guests), umbrella, etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Really nice having a washing machine - especially staying 3 weeks. I loved the ground floor - easy to get in, it was a pinch higher than street view so your not in a fishbowl. I would never stay in a basement flat as I feel they are dark and nice not having to climb stairs with luggage. A great view of the ocean! An easy 25 min walk to city center. Quiet and safe area. I cooked a Thanksgiving meal and there was everything I needed to use to cool. Wifi was fast. I would absolutely stay there again!

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zur sehen ist! Es fehlt an nichts! Der kleine Garten im Innenhof ist eine kleine Oase. Wir waren eine Familie.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Kieselstrand entfernt. Eine lange Treppe und gute Wege führen dorthin . Wir haben die sympathische, etwas ruhigere Atmosphäre in Kemptown sehr gemocht. Ein LIDL ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Kleine Bäcker und sehr gute kleine Restaurants runden alles ab! (The Koshari Pot war einfach unglaublich lecker- ägyptisch/ mediterran)
Das bunte Leben tobt mehr in Hove. Mit Bussen ist es sehr gut zu erreichen.
Sally war jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank Sally für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Apartment!

Très bel Appartement, idéalement situé pour découvrir Brighton et les environs. A noter que les mouettes sont assez bruyantes le matin et que la deuxième chambre est relativement petite pour deux enfants. Le quartier de Kemptown, dans lequel est situé l’appartement est très intéressant avec ses commerces, pub, restaurants et Co.
Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, herrliche Bettwäsche und Meerblick vom Esstisch aus - das hat uns den Aufenthalt zu einem richtigen Verwöhnurlaub werden lassen.
Kemptown lässt keine Wünsche offen, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den schönen Strand angeht. Ein bisschen abseits vom größten Trubel Brightons ist es ein sehr erholsames, hippes Viertel.
Absolut empfehlenswert.
Terrific - really pleased we booked this. Lovely apartment, clear instructions, clear communication and great location. Would have no hesitation in booking again.
Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and charmingly decorated. The open living room with beautiful high ceilings and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to spend a lot of time there together without feeling cramped. We really appreciated this as we were visiting with family from abroad and wanted to spend as much time together as we could.
The parking situation caused some trouble at times, especially as it was a long weekend. The price of parking had increased drastically from £5/day when we booked to £7.60/day at the time of our stay. It was also often difficult to find a spot, but unfortunately there was no local parking permit available for guests to use.
Overall though it was a lovely place to stay.
Sara's flat was everything and more: beautiful decor, spacious, bright, comfortable and brilliant location. We could not have asked for more and would be happy to return in a heartbeat.
Really worth checking this property out, i already left a review but forgot to mention that it’s right by the sea! We loved staying there last month so decided to come again!
In September we mentioned that the towels were very rough !
That has been rectified , fabulous now, thank you .
Terry the holder of the keys , proved himself on one evening when we had lost the keys ! He was ready to come to our rescue , we then found the keys and we remain grateful !
Sadly , we found the flat very cold , so will keep our visits to summer .

Why they chose this property
I have always enjoyed spending time by the sea and have got to know Brighton very well over the years. This town has it all - vibrant night life, fantastic shopping, a cosmopolitan arts scene and outstanding natural beauty. When I viewed this apartment it was love at first sight, it has real character and is my favourite place to relax and unwind.
What makes this property unique
For me the best thing about this apartment is its tranquil atmosphere. It is a well-proportioned space with high ceilings and is full of sunshine and natural light. It is a wonderful place to escape to, yet only moments from the buzz and action of Kemp Town and the city centre beyond.
