Kalithea Family Friendly Villa.

Kalithea Villa is a very spacious villa in every aspect. Superbly furnished both inside and out for our guests to enjoy their stay to the full.
There is a large rear terrace with landscaped garden and an outdoor shower.
A large private pool with sun loungers, and a stylish gazebo with dining furniture for your relaxation and dining. A gas BBQ is also provided.
The 4 bedroom holiday villa is perfectly positioned on a small development in a peaceful village.
The pool and terrace are bathed in sun from morning until evening. During the cooler months a solar pool cover is provided to retain the heat of the pool if required.
All indoor furnishings are of a high standard to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable holiday in a homely atmosphere.
The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen are all very modern and spacious.
All in all a superb villa with all the home from home comforts.
This family friendly Villa also offers a travel cot, and safety gate.
POOL SAFETY: YOUNG CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

Lovely villa!
We had a great stay at the villa for our holiday. It was exceptionally clean (the cleanest one we have stayed in!). Plenty of space for 8 of us and the outdoor area with the pool was great 😊

Lovely villa
The villa was exactly as described, we had a lovely stay at Kalithea villa, communication was easy and straight forward. Didn’t want the holiday to end. The pool area was really nice, sun from Morning to night was hard to get the kids out the pool. Was very safe and lovely depth not too deep. Villa was more than big enough for a family of 5. Not too far from places we needed but definitely need a car. Would recommend this villa! Carol the villa manager greeted us in the villa the next morning and was available when we needed her. Thank you.

Great villa with everything you need
The villa is well presented and just a short 15min drive from Larnaca airport. It was plenty big enough for our stay, with the pool being a godsend in the heat! The villa has all the essentials for your stay including pool table but depending on your level you may want some new tips for the ques! There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun or take shade in the outside dining area. The welcome pack contains plenty of information for your stay in Cyprus, and your only a 35/40min drive to Ayia Napa if you fancy a change. The local area is very quiet so great if you want to chill out without any tourist hustle and bustle, but beware there is only a bakery and 2 restartuants within walking distance, you’ll need to jump in the car if you need anything more. Angela was very helpful and always answers the phone if you have any questions.

A pleasant property, in the quiet outskirts of the village and therefore peaceful. The house is similar in size etc to others we’ve stayed in over the last 20 years. Pool and garden excellent, secure and sunny ! The management team were really prompt in coming back at any silly question we had which was helpful. A few aspects I would suggest need improving 1) timed air con units which cut out in the evening when asleep, this led to getting up and re starting, I understand why these additional switches were fitted but it’s a complete pain. 2) blinds in bedrooms were not good at keeping the room dark at all. 3) there’s a T.v bit it’s disconnected, personally I would either have it set up for simple connection to a tablet or remove it.

Nice villa in rural location
Had a lovely stay at Kalithea Villa. The property is well set out and the bedrooms are a good size. We had everything we needed with the exception of a chopping board! The main negative of the property is that it has a serious ant problem in the kitchen. We cleaned up thoroughly after every meal but there were so many ants the preparation had to be done on the kitchen table. Apart from the ant problem the property was spotlessly clean. Suggestions for improvements would be: 1. Have 8 seats in outside area (property sleeps 8). 2. Change bedsheets after the first week (or supply extras so customers can change them). 3. Level up pool table- we tried but it was difficult without a spirit level. 4. Hoover pool at every maintenance visit. None of the above seriously impacted our stay (although the ant problem was challenging as they were difficult to spot on the dark flecked worktops) but I do think these suggestions would improve the overall experience.

The warm , relaxing and fantastic Villa Kalithea!
From the start Angela the rep , had been very prompt and organised , taking our booking safely and securely through direct bank transfer to herself.. she had been always very reassuring and was always true to her word. We arrived at the airport , and our rep ,Angela had recommended a local car hire firm with Sergio , sure car hire .. he was there waiting for us , very prompt and straight forward . He had the car brought to us and had already set the set nav for our stay at Villa Kalithea. The car was clean and full of fuel ready to go..!! We arrived easily within 15 mins of the airport in Larnaca , and walked in to a home from home that simply wowed us from the start. The villa was so much bigger than it looked on the photos and was beautifully decorated throughout. Already simple things like toilet roll and hand wash , water and tea and coffee left by the previous visitors , to our great relief !. The pool was absolutely amazing and again alot bigger than we expected !. With pool table and bbq we were always happy to just sit and relax if we didnt want to go anywhere which we did quite often. ! Supermarket is ten mins drive and very easy to find. After stocking up we went for dinner at the local beach front in Larnaca and off to a flying start to our holiday.. Perfectly situated to explore Cyprus ,Villa Kalithea had it all.. lovley views of the mountains , quiet ,peaceful and fully equipped for a great family holiday . Highly recommended for any family or group , Angela was an absolute diamond ,very tentative to all our needs , and the car hire was perfect .. Thankyou Angela for a fantastic holiday. We will for sure be seeing you again..

Carol and family (villa manager) were really helpful and welcoming. The villa was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and well presented. Location was nice and rural with shops not far away and only 15 minutes from Lanarka beach. We are a big family with children aged between 6-16 and all of us had lots of fun in and around the villa.

Amazing !!
We have just returned from a weeks holiday staying in Kalithea villa and I wish we could have stayed longer. Angela the villa manager was a pleasure to deal with,everything was ready for us on arrival and the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Angela sent detailed directions to the villa plus directions to the nearest supermarket and local bakery (which do lovely fresh bread,cakes,milk,eggs and lots more ) We ate in both the local restaurants,which were very good, we also used the takeaway next to the bakery and their pitta kebabs are enormous ! We hired a car and travelled to lots of lovely places;we particularly liked Protaras and Troodos. The weather was amazing while we were there so we also had a few days around the pool. It has a solar cover/heater which meant we were even able to swim. I would definitely recommend this villa and Angela,who I can’t thank enough for her help,and hope to be back again in the future.

A perfect week away at Kalithea Villa
We had a lovely week away in Cyprus staying in Kalithea villa, it’s well situated, being close to Larnaca. This was our fifth stay through the lovely Angela who helped us with everything we needed. We paid and booked everything directly through Angela who also held our deposit which was returned the day after we left. The villa’s outside space was generous and was a sun trap during the day. The inside of the villa was nice and welcoming with everything we needed to hand for our stay. We will be looking forward to our next stay very soon!

Amazing holiday in Villa Kalathia
The Villa was perfect.. !!. With plenty of space for all 7 of us.. perfect location , Lovely scenery and easy access to all of Cyprus.. The pictures on the website do not do this villa justice.. we were wowed by the amount of space the villa actually had. Perfect size pool for all of us and a pool table for late evening tournaments ! Bbq quick and easy to use.. could not ask for more.. very clean , very nice decore , perfect temp on the air con.. Finally there was the most amazing hostess with the mostest , Angela..! From beginning to end ,always at hand no matter what the question was ! Such a pleasure to have met and deal with.. This Villa is very much recommended by us.. 5 *

The amazing Villa Kalithea
This was our first stay and dealings with homepride and Angela . From beginning to end the whole process was easy and straight forwards with easy payment direct to Angela safely and securely . We used a local car hire advised by Angela, sure drive car rentals . The car was ready as soon as we landed and the sat nav already set for our destination , which we thought was a nice touch and put us at ease. We arrived at Villa Kalithea 15mins later , and WOW....!!! We walked in to a spacious home from home and the kids eyes light up with excitement ! Very clean and well decorated ,beautiful place ! The villa and the pool and outside area looked alot bigger than the actual pictures to our surprise , which was a real bonus. The villa is perfectly situated to explore Cyprus , which we did , and and our chill days we had plenty to do for all the family with pool table , bbq and just lazing in the sun ! Lovely views from the front of the mountains and countryside and at the back overlooks the pool. Angela was an absolute diamond and very tentative to all our needs and questions.. Even stupid questions like how do i start the bbq 😔.. We would definetly return and deal with Angela again just for the ease and simplicity of the whole holiday . Thanks Angela.. we had so much fun.. See you again soon.

Wow
What a beautiful villa. It was very clean well equipped and the pool was fantastic! Angela the property manager was very efficient and made the whole process of booking , payment and any queries we had very easy and with no stress at all. We had two teenagers with us who loved the pool table and the WiFi!!! We hired a car which I would recommend not only to visit the rest of this beautiful island but to also make a trip to the supermarket and the lovely bakery (the cakes are a must!). We would love to visit the villa again and would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

Great rest and relaxation
Our third time with homepride services and Angela - as usual was amazing. Villa is fully equipped, clean and maintained and was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 moody teenagers. Surrounding areas easily accessible by car and as the weather was cooler we travelled nearly everyday.

A good base
We booked directly with Angela, paying via bank transfer. She is a fantastic manager - all correspondence was replied to promptly before, during and after the holidays. She visited us a few times during the fortnight - on arrival and when we needed advice from her - she is friendly, helpful and very efficient. The villa itself is family sized with all that you need for your stay. The pool was much needed in August as was the air conditioning. It is located in a residential area and is a good base for exploring the island. Angela recommended some local beaches, museums and restaurants and all lived up to our expectations. Although we had a lovely holiday, for us we found the villa a little too close to others and overlooked which is it's only drawback but that's personal preference - each to their own!

Great value for money.
The booking process was with the property manager Angela Parouti by bank transfer. Angela was professional throughout our correspondance and I would not hesitate to book with her again. The villa was great. Plenty of room for the eight of us with the pool at the back for a swim to cool down. The location was what we wanted. It was quiet, but not too far from all the main locations. The road connections there are very good. 15 minutes to Larnaca, 45 minutes to Limassol. We would definately come back again. Thanks.

Ideal location to explore Cyprus.
The directions provided from the airport to the Villa were clear and easy to follow. On arrival the Villa was very clean and well presented. It is well equipped with all the facilities that are required for a family of 8. It is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are large with ample storage, as is the family bathroom, although the master bedroom en suite probably a bit on the small side but sufficient Easy access to the motorway system to explore Cyprus. Communication with Angela was extremely good and was very helpful. Payment made direct to Angela via bank transfer was safe and secure. Overall we all had a great time and would certainly go back if the situation arises. Thank you Angela.

Another fantastic visit to this luxury villa.
We have just had another wonderful week in Kalithea Villa. It really is home from home and an ideal place to stay. A big plus is the outdoor area which includes a swimming pool and a barbecue, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Angela is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Kalithea Villa is situated in a quiet village with amenities and places of interest a short drive away. Beaches and a waterpark are also within easy reach by car. Looking forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Fantastic villa, a true home from home!
We stayed at the Kalithea Villa for 3 weeks in September, it was perfect. The villa is easy to find and the instructions provided by Angela (the property manager) were easy to follow and very detailed. This was our second family trip to the area (6 adults and one child), having stayed in the Seren Villa in 2014. Walking into the villa it was incredibly clean, tidy and decorated perfectly. The pool was warm and the outdoor area felt very safe given that we had a very active 3 year old. There were lots of pool toys that had been left by previous occupants so there is no need to take your own. The pool table itself makes for a welcome change. The bedrooms are all spacious and there is lots of storage space. The main bathroom was very large and the shower was great. We would all completely recommend the Kalithea Villa, its ideal for those who want a restful break by the pool, but it is also perfect for the more adventurous groups, Larnaca is about a 15 minutes’ drive away and Limassol about an hour’s drive. One fantastic thing is the view of Stavrovouni and on a clear day you can see the monastery on top. Angela is very friendly and is a great source of information for the local area and she is always on hand to help with anything you need, especially if you manage to lock the keys in the villa (oops). Traveller tip: The discount supermarket is 10 minutes away and is perfect for all the essentials.

Brilliant Stay Yet Again
This was the second time we stayed at Kalithea Villa and once again we weren't disappointed. The villa is spacious and easily accommodated 8 of us. To add to the experience there were some new additions, including a full size pool table much to our 10 year old grandson's delight. There was also a very handy water cooler which we only had to top up once for one euro! We were also pleased that a pool light had been added which encouraged us to take a few midnight dips and cool off in the unbearably hot weather! You do need a car if you stay here but this wasn't a problem for us as we always hire to explore the island. We explored some of the local villages and the old church in Kiti is certainly worth a visit. We didn't bother to go far to the beach when we could tear ourselves away from such comfortable and relaxed surroundings and just drove 10 minutes to one nearby. Our stay wouldn't have been complete without at least one visit to the local bakery which had the most amazing cakes and pizza made to order but we tried hard to restrict ourselves! We also stumbled on nearby Kokos, a very traditional taverna, serving a very generous meze for 12 euros each. All in all this was another fantastic stay with almost everything we needed to enjoy ourselves so we have booked another stay next year!

KALITHEA VILLA
Being blind and first walking into Kalithea Villa I felt and smelt the warmth and cleanliness, which was instantly followed up by a big wow from the kids, with a double wow when they saw the pool. The pool and garden is very spacious, the villa being the same, plenty of areas so that no one is on top of each other, space for all to be together or to have their own space too. Clean, roomy, with a very well equipped kitchen, a perfect place to relax on holiday. The surrounding village is quaint, quiet and by turning left out of the villa, with a five minute walk takes you to a family run taverna, with good food and drink and a great family to serve your every need. Its location easy to find the major roads to many towns, beaches and other attractions, in all a superb place to spend those couple of weeks relaxing, the only complaint, we had to come home!

Relaxing, scintillating home away from home.
A fantastic property in the stunning Cypriot countryside. The villa provided us with a home away from home feeling with all facilities to a high standard. A personal favourite was the garden; newly fitted astro turf contributed to the character of the setting and activities such as the snooker table allowed a brief break from the sun. The cleanliness of the villa was second to non. As we arrived at the villa (10:00pm) there was nothing more satisfying than just been able to unload the suitcases into a spare room and go straight to bed (which were actually very comfortable) knowing that the sheets, floors, bathrooms and kitchen facilities were spotless. I have stayed at Villas before that have required a thorough clean before you can call it home for 2 weeks and this place really allowed us to be on holiday as soon as we arrived. The manager (Angela) visited us first thing on the morning after our arrival and gave us a quick talk about the facilities and where we were actually staying and if we required anything she would be able to assist. Tip for anyone staying here is to visit Koko Taverna situated on the main road just a 10 minutes walk from the villa. All in all a brilliant holiday and will be revisiting and recommending.

Large villa with everything you need!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. Excellent facilities and location, just 15 minutes from the Airport. The Villa was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, swimming and dining. A big thank you to the lovely Angela, the property manager, who welcomed us and gave us invaluable information on the Villa and places to visit. There is much to see and do, both locally and further afield. Restaurants, bars, beaches, harbours, marinas and shops - all worth visiting and within easy reach from the Villa. We will definitely return and stay for longer next time. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.
