This stunning 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms is built on one level so is great for families, young couples, older couples and is wheelchair accessible. With large terrace areas, built in barbecue and a swimming pool to the rear. This villa really does offer endless luxury and security. El Valle town centre on the resort, consists of a supermarket, Club House, Gym, Golf Shop, bar and restaurant. Also there are Tennis courts on resort near to the town centre. Also to the left of the property there is a tarmacked children's play area with a variety of different apparatus. A number of children's play areas can be found across the resort. Children are welcome.

200 euros is payable upon arrival to cover exit clean and linen and contact with the property managers.

Great villa, complex has everything you need, especially if a golfer, 20 minutes to the coast, 20 minutes to the centre of Murcia, great local airport, 15 minutes away

Hemos estado de maravilla
Nos ha encantado, no hemos echado de menos nada, la casa está muy completa, útiles de cocina, cubertería, buenos cuchillos, copas de vino, toallas de baño y aseo, la piscina en muy buenas condiciones... Nos hemos ido tristes de no poder seguir hehehe Y lo mejor la comunicación con los propietarios a través de Vrbo, responden rápidisimo y ayudan en todoo posible. Repetiremos!!

Excelente experiencia, hemos pasado 10 días en familia y disfrutado de la piscina. Cuando hemos necesitado algo los encargados nos atendieron de inmediato. Repetiremos seguro si se da la oportunidad. Echamos de menos alguna fuente más en el menaje, pero todo genial.

Lovely peaceful villa
Have visited el Valle for many years but never stayed in a villa. This was perfect for us. Host answered queries quickly and dealt with minor issues efficiently. Would book again

Noisy building work going on
Unfortunately there was very noisy building work going on from next door from 8am in the morning. This went on for 3 days so at least it was nice after that.

Très belle location
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. La piscine était très agréable et la climatisation très appréciable car il faisait très chaud. Val est à l'écoute et répond très rapidement à toutes nos questions. La villa est très bien équipée et parfaite pour 6 personnes. Je recommande fortement.

Muy recomendable alojamiento. Tal y como se describe y como se ve en las fotos. Perfecto para desconectar varios días y estar en la piscina, haciendo barbacoas y relajándote. Merece la pena.

Fenomenal pero con algún pero
La villa es muy bonita y excepto partes de la cocina como campana extractora y horno, estaba muy muy limpia. Pero hay detalles que se deberian mejorar.: Las camas individuales de dos de los dormitorios aunque cómodas son muy pequeñas, de 0,80 cm cada una. En el jardín, algunas de las tumbonas estaban en malas condiciones y la pérgola que habia no daba sombra. Si se tiene en cuenta todo esto, sería fenomenal.

Villa tranquila y muy bien equipada
La villa es tal y como se describe, muy cómoda y totalmente equipada para disfrutar en pareja o familia, la urbanización es muy tranquila, dispone de supermercado y restaurante, además de campo de golf, encontrandose muy cerca de Murcia, Cartagena y Playas.

VALORACIÓN DE MI ESTANCIA
He de decir que nos ha sorprendido el alojamiento.Está en muy buenas condiciones,todo como nuevo y muy completo.Pese a que en los dias que hemos estado ha hecho bastante calor se ha estado muy cómodo con la piscina. El sitio es ideal para descansar.El complejo en sí está muy bien cuidado y limpio.Próximo al complejo hay restaurantes donde dan menus con comida caseras.No descarto volver otra vez.

La plus belle des villas
Une villa magnifique dans le golf el Valle. Nous avons séjourné 14 j dans cette splendide villa ou tout était féerique, la Piscine très propre et très grande, la cuisine complète, la grande salle à manger salon, les chambres excellentes avec des literies très confortables. Le barbecue avec du vrai charbon de bois pour de bonnes grillades. Il y a la climatisation dans toute la maison et pas une seule fois nous avons eu chaud malgré les 38° extérieur. La propriétaire est une femme extraordinaire, elle est à votre écoute pour le moindre besoin et elle est vraiment très aimable, très rare pour une propriétaire. Nous remercions encore notre chère Sarah pour nous avoir fait rêvé pendant 14j. De chaudes larmes en quittant cet endroit merveilleux mais nous reviendrons c'est inévitable. En choisissant cette villa vous avez fait le meilleur choix, voilà des années que nous louons en Espagne, Orba, Torrevieja, Sayalonga, Malaga, Torre Pachecco et enfin El Valle, c'est notre plus belle location croyez moi👍👍👍🙏🙏

Super easy and Sarah is so easy to engage with. The villa is in an amazingly quiet resort and is so well equipped. We hadn't spotted in the online details that there was a cleaning and laundry fee to pay whilst at the villa.

Lovely, spacious villa with everything needed for a perfect holiday
Recently returned from this beautiful villa with my husband and four children. Villa is large and airy and very clean. Very comfortable lounge area and well equipped kitchen with all mod cons. Pool area is well equipped with plenty of loungers. Pool was cleaned every couple of days. El Valle resort itself is quiet but there is plenty to do in the area and Sarah the owner was most helpful in recommending day trips etc.

Lovely relaxing holiday
We've had a wonderful 3 weeks at the villa. All you would expect and more. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, and the pool is very clean and well maintained. On a quiet road on the resort and not overlooking the golf course, so you don't have golfers coming past your pool every 15 minutes (and no noise either!). The course is well worth playing; not overly long, but well protected by bunkers, and some fabulous tees, especially the 11th, over rocks. Sarah kept in touch before we went and we were well looked after there by Sally and Neil. A car is necessary. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa, fantastic owners!
My experience overall has been outstanding; from communicating with the owner Sarah who is the most considerate and patient person letting me ask a million questions and making this the smoothest trip ever to the villa being absolutely perfect and amazing. We struggled with the outdoor shower on the first date and Sarah made sure someone came to check on it; the service and the communication was great! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful with their own private pool, AC all over the house and just small really sweet touches, like basics In the kitchen, lounge chairs, soap. I'll definitely be coming back here next year! Thank you again, Sarah!

Perfectly placed villa, with all you could need..

Summer Relaxation
We booked this villa on the El Valle golf and leisure resort because it looked great and we were not disappointed. The private and secure resort has some great facilities based around the golf course. We didnt play golf at all (our priority was relaxing) but the facilities on site were great. The villa itself was lovely - very clean and well equipped

Family Holiday
Myself and my partner and daughter stayed in this villa for a week in summer 2012. We booked as a family holiday and are not golfers! The accommodation itself was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything we needed as a family. The bar served lovely food in the afternoon and the restaurant had great food and entertainment every night. We were close to a number of towns including Murcia where we found lots of family activities to do on days away from the pool. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay in El valle and would recommend it to anyone whether they are golfers or not.
