The villa is easily accessible by taking the SS 170 dir A "Andria-Castel del Monte" and is about 5 km from the famous castle built by Federico II of Svevia.
The villa of about 140 square meters is surrounded by a large garden of about 3000 square meters in addition to an olive grove of about 6000 square meters. A short distance from the villa there are several typical restaurants.

For the whole period of the stay, my wife and I will be available to advise you and / or accompany you to get to know our beloved land. Andria has a very favorable and central position to be able to "compulsorily" visit, besides the Castel del Monte, many other places of exquisite beauty (Andria, Trani, Barletta, Canosa di Puglia, Altamura, etc ...). For lovers of gentle mobility by bicycle we can indicate some natural routes in the Alta Murgia Park.
