This beautiful old wine makers house which overlooks vineyards, is a charming spacious property. Peaceful Location on the edge of a Village, close to the Canal du Midi and local amenities. It has been sympathetically renovated, losing none of its character. Furnished to a high standard in traditional french style, using some of the original pieces of furniture. It is situated in the attractive wine-producing village of St. Marcel, close to Narbonne and glorious Mediterranean beaches (25 minutes). The house is very well equipped, a home away from home.It has been featured in '25 Beautiful Homes Magazine' May 2014 where it was also considered good enough for the front cover picture.

The house is very large and easily copes with maximum occupancy and outside there is also plenty of space. The pool area is nicely segregated from the rest of the garden providing an oasis of calm surrounded by lavender and other vibrant plants. Later in the year you can even pick figs.
The grounds of 1 hectare are totally secure and provide plenty of shade for children to run around or adults to chill out.
During the high season, most meals will be taken outside on the large terrace where the big gas BBQ with cope with the task easily.
