Agriturismo Il Capoverso is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive groves, in a quiet and quiet position, 1 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, medieval village and crossroads ideal for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.
In the years we have been living a cozy place where we live, taking care of secular olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, cultivating vegetables and breeding bees, all with natural methods, respecting the environment.
Today we are happy to host you in the main house, renovated with finishing touches.
It consists of three separate apartments but, if necessary, communicating through an internal staircase.
It is therefore an ideal solution for family groups or friends of up to 14 people.

We have a large 15x5m swimming pool, set in sunny and secluded location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
There is a shaded patio, solar heating shower and wooden fence for the younger ones.
There is free unlimited Wi-Fi in all rooms and close to the property.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ecological detergent, ironing board, iron, ironing board available to guests.
The cottage comes complete with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and pool towels and linen change weekly.
During your stay, you can taste our superior quality OLIVA VERGINE OLIVE OIL, produced with the inside oil mill, as well as picking ripe fruit and vegetables from the garden, as well as savoring our honeymoon honey.
