Walk to everything downtown and beach

Large 5 Bedroom property, with 2 bedroom suites. This was purchased in 2015, with new flooring and paint thru out. This condo is located in a 4 condo complex close to everything. The adjoining property numbers are 119549 205955 and 705461. Just in case, you have a really large group. 5 decks, and grill. Deck off of every bedroom. 1 suite on first floor. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor, one with a private bath where the entrance to the property is located. Living area is on the 3rd floor, with plenty of dining area There is a large master bedroom suite on the 4th floor, with jetted tub. Parking for 5 cars.

I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.

Linens and towel are not provided.

We had an amazing stay, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Great place to stay especially with a group. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for all and huge area on the main level for everyone to hang out.

A Extended Family Get Away

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed in Dewey and these town homes and we are delighted. We used to own a home in Ocean View and never thought we’d like Dewey, but this place, so close to the beach, has made our vacation really great. We hope to spend time every summer at your place. You do a great job!

Perfect stay for a teenage troop!

This house was the perfect fit for our troop of a dozen+ Girl Scouts and adults. Short walk to the beach and to the main dining/shopping street. Bedrooms on different floors meant plenty of privacy; well-equipped kitchen, big dining table and roomy living room gave us space for gourmet meals and movie nights. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Overall a fantastic stay -- we really appreciated our great hosts and highly recommend!

Great home

Great home in a great location. Walking distance from everywhere we went. Once we parked, we did not use our cars until we left. Home was clean, great layout and common area open concept. Host was exceptional. Would definitely plan to bring my family back.

Spacious rental 5 min walking distance from Dewey

I stayed with a group of friends at this vrbo and it was a great size, layout, and location. Privacy on 3 floors of bedrooms with a range of bed types, good sized common areas, and a 5 minute walk to downtown Dewey which was a draw for us. The only downsides were that linens aren't provided, you get a starter supply of TP and paper towels, and the back porch door didn't lock. I suggest bringing your own TP, which is a silly thing to need to bring to a weekend rental. So, a little bare-boned but otherwise it was just what we needed.

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend. We had a blast! This house was beautiful , spacious and very clean. Walkable to all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to book again for a girls weekend!

Girls weekend

We had 12 girls stay and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend this house to a large group or multiple families vacationing together. We all had enough space to separate when needed and privacy. Never worried about waiting for a bathroom. The grill is off the deck that aligns with the kitchen so you didn’t have to lug anything up and down the steps to get back to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough stuff to do some cooking or food prep. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and easy walk to the beach

Our family group of five adults and four kids (that’s mom, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandkids) enjoyed the layout of the unit. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together, do a jigsaw puzzle in the common space, but also ways to retreat for quiet time. The neighborhood is tree-shaded and family friendly. The walk to the beach easy! Probably not good for anyone for whom stairs are a challenge.

Nice Beach Home and Great Amenities

The home was really nice. We were very appreciative of the amenities and parking passes. Very close to beach and downtown area of Dewey Beach. The only issues we had was that there was a burned down condo immediately next to us. The trash and recycle was full and there was trash outside all over the ground when we arrived. I did alert owner and all trash and recycle was picked-up the following day.

Great house, great location

This beach condo was awesome. The common area and kitchen was a great area to hang out and there was more than enough room to house the 8 of us. Getting to the beach and bars was a very short walk. The only problem was getting in touch with the on-site owner. I reached out about parking (there were construction vehicles in our spaces - but it was the weekend) and the wifi went down the second day. I never heard from them. Still that didn't stop us from having a great time.

The place is huge and perfect for my family and my sisters family and our kids. Great location. Short walk to the beach and into town. Love the kitchen with the large island and dining room table seated our entire group. Communication with the owner was great. Very reasonable rates during the week. Will be visiting again.
