This modern villa located in the small fishing town of Betina on the Island of Murter is perfectly fitted with its stone exterior for this architecturally rich town making it and this location one of the unknown jewels of the Adriatic. Whether you are looking for a peaceful vacation or a vacation with much activity this is the place. The house and grounds are fenced and gated for security and privacy and the village is full of activities such as day excursions by boat, scuba diving lessons and paintball activities. Local tourist bureaus organize many festivities and activities to highlight the culture & history of this small village as well as the surrounding villages of Murter, Tisno / Jezera. The house is an oasis all on its own with the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, massage room and indoor stone barbecue and dining area. Two separate apartments joined by outside stairs each have two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen/dining area, living room, terraces, etc.

I am Anna Mustac. The daughter-in-law of the owner of the property, Davorka Mustac. I am an American born Croatian who moved back to Croatia in 2005 with my husband and, at the time, 2 children. We are now a family of six and enjoy living and working in Croatia.
Why they chose this property
This property was inherited back in 2000 and has been completed redone and improved. The land and previous house were lived in by my mother-in-law as a child and hold sentimental value for her. The village is her home town. She spends much of her summer in Betina and every weekend the rest of the year. I have been placed in charge of running the rental side of the property.
What makes this property unique
The property is private and quiet. It enables you to escape from the hustle and bustle whilst being close enough to all the modern amenities.
